Dear guest, Thank you for your comment. I regret that we didn´t line up to your expectations. However, we would have appreciated to have been informed about the not functioning of the air conditioning during your stay as our maintenance team would have repaired it or we would have changed the room for you. In reference to the breakfast, we offer a Continental breakfast, but all our clients can enjoy previous notification in reception desk a breakfast at any of the other hotels of Holiday World, including Polynesia Hotel. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you again in the future. Best wishes,

Gracias por su valoracion y comentario. Lamentamos leer que ha tenido problemas con internet, actualmente tenemos servicio de internet gratuito de 10MB, y suele funcionar perfectamente. Conociendo su comentario, hubiéramos preferido nos comunicara este incidente durante su estancia para poder solucionarlo en el momento ya que entendemos se trata de algo puntual. Para la próxima temporada tendremos instalado otro internet de pago de 20 MB. Esperamos recibirles el año que viene y que pueda disfrutrar de nuestra nueva conexión. I regret that we didn´t line up to your expectations, especially about our hospitality and service as we are usually known for our attentive and friendly staff, who treats each guest with the same respect. We are trully sorry that you felt differently and therefore, like to apologize. Concerning the opening time of the Bar at the terrace is: from 12:00-20:00 during Summer, however, as a client from Hydros Hotel & Spa, you can enjoy the facilities at other Holiday Word hotels (Village Hotel, Polynesia Hotel and Riwo Hotel). They do close later. We are sorry if the variety of food offered in the restaurant did not meet your expectations. We offer a Continental breakfast and daily change our products. For a wider variety of food, you, as our client had the benefit of having breakfast in any of the other hotels mentioned above, by informing us 24 hrs in advance. It is a shame that we didn´t hear any comment from your side during your staing about the cleaning aspects you mention in your review, as we could have inmediately amend. I agree with you that you need a car/taxi for the nightlife. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you in the future, and contribute to enjoy your staying with us. Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment. We are sorry you find our breakfast poor, we offer a continental breakfast, and cointains everything (fruit, bread, cereals, varied pastry, yogurts, cheese, ham, juice, coffe, milk, tea) but hot dishes.

Concerning the towels, all the towels placed on the floor should be removed, everywhere else, our housekeeping staff will keep them in the room. In reference to your poor experience on Saturday, we are sorry, had we known on Saturday your needs, we would have helped satisfying them.
