Was a nice finish to a 2 Mo stay in Costa del Sol…Staff wonderful & environment peaceful & gracious…the Buffet Breakfast was excellent & well serviced with a good selection & the 2/1 “Happy Hour” was Fun! Easy walk to the Torremolinos Promenade by the Sea - loads of Restaurants & Shopping! Gracias to the Staff & Management at Hotel Arcos!

Like the earlier reviews before me, the staff are amazing! Ask about the 1-1 happy hour drinks and the taxi to the airport (good rate).

Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid, gevarieerd en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd. De kwaliteit was buitengewoon goed. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk maar met name de receptie medewerkers verdienen een extra pluim door buitengewoon vriendelijke, informatieve en behulpzame houding.

Veldig bra hotell! Fine fellesområder med anelse av luksus uten å være prangende. Hyggelige uteområder. God frokost. Hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Et sted å trives for de som liker små, personlige hoteller. Eneste minus er sengetøyet med tynt overlaken under sengeteppe. Men slik er det mange steder i Spania.

We only stayed one night because we had a flight to catch in the morning. The hotel has a great location to the airport. The room decor was dated but the room itself was still super clean. The staff was also extremely friendly.

Been here twice in June and August for 4 night stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless. Will return ideal for relaxing break

Great hotel for a stay
Hotel was great, clean and serviced daily, sheets every 3 days. Decent sized walk in shower and big wardrobe. TV had a fair few channels in a few different languages. Happy hour 6pm-7pm which is good, premium spirit happy hour 10pm-11pm or 11pm-12am I forget. Food decent, pool small but functional. Staff were excellent and helpful when needed. No noise issues, and a good location for going places with an Aldi 100m away

This should be a 4 star hotel. Rooms, staff and facilities are at least 4 star. I had a fantastic stay and will choose in the next trip.

The staff is friendly and efficient The hotel is very nice, located in a good neighborhood, and close to the beach. Nice pool and good cafe. A real bargain!

Excellent service, not so good breakfast
Först var det en besvikelse över bilderna mot verkligheten, rummet luktade mögel och lyhört och högljutt på natten. Men servicen var oöverträffligt bra och supertrevlig stämning! Maten och frukosten lämnade tyvärr mycket att önska, det mesta var bröd och socker.

Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay. The staff are great and we were really look after. I had asked for a twin room with a shower which they gave us. The only thing I would say as a light sleeper I did find it noisy with the patio doors open.

Bra läge på hotellet och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God frukost och trevligt med Happy hour på eftermiddagen mellan 6 och 7. Det enda negativa var att det på vårt rum var lyhört.

Winter sun week in February
Reception desk was very helpful with information on bus routes and places to visit. Extremely clean - even our curtains were taken down and cleaned during our stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Bar with snack menu competitively priced, including 2:1 on drinks from 6pm - 7pm Highly recommended.

Exceptional Hotel.
Lovely small traditional Hotel where every member of staff went out their way to make you feel very welcome. Nice breakfast, food menu available day and evening and friendly bar. Small pool but very pleasant areas for catching the winter sun. We had nice room with large sun terrace.

Spenderade 3 veckor på detta lite mindre hotell. Allt var till stor belåtenhet, utmärkt frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Hotellet är beläget i ett lugnt område med behändiga avstånd till strand och kommunikationer. Det ska också nämnas att det är ganska lyhört mellan rummen. Under vår vistelse hade vi vissa dagar några mera bullriga och många dagar helt ok grannar runt omkring oss.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made my stay one that I won't soon forget. They went over and above to make me feel welcome even when I arrived 4 hours before check-in. And they went over and above to meet every need and request I had including offering me sunscreen that a previous guest had left behind. And they did it all with a smile and with kindness that truly blessed me. Thank you for making my short stay such a wonderful experience.

The hotel didn’t seem full and there were no kids so the hotel and pool area were quiet and relaxing. It was clean, staff were friendly, plenty of choice at breakfast, and there is car parking available, but at this time of year I managed to park on the road. A pleasant stay.

A five minute walk to the beach area where shopping dinning wand off course relaxing on the beach is fun Slightly out of the main centre A reasonable pool area and good happy hour with 2 for 1 drinks Breakfast was awesome - best we have had in Spain by far for variety and quality. Bed as a bit soft and it would be great to have some English tv channels. Overall a good stay and happy to give it 5 stars given the price and breakfast 😀

Lovely staff - nice hotel - great stay
Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and even though the pool area was not large, there were enough sun beds and sun from approximately 9-18. It is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and placed in a quiet area. The breakfast is simple, but will get you ready for the day. Selection of fruit was great. For the price this could not have been better, taking the competitors into consideration.
