Too noisy
They started construction work early morning on the 4th floor and since we had our three rooms just above on the fifth floor the noise was just horrible and it was impossible for us to sleep. When I contacted the reception desk all they said they could do was to offer us free breakfast for the inconvenience! They should have told us by check in and prepared us for the noise - that way we would 100% have picked another hotel!

Muy pequeña la habitacion y todo, el cuarto de baño todo muy dejado no pir limpieza sino por ejemplo la bañera aunque este limpia parece q esta sucia de lo arañazos yo creo que es la misma minibañera de cuando se inaguro, etc. Y no digo que cuando abres la terrasa parace que esta en la casa del terror del ruido que hace.

Les photos du site web ne correspondent pas à la réalité. La salle de bain n'était pas en bon état. Le mirroir et plafonier rouillés, joints de baignoire noirs, baignoire très endommagée....

We have been back to this hotel 4 times in the past year and it keeps getting better and better. Fabulous location, fabulous hotel - walking distance to everything, love the area so much - beautiful beach, restaurants. Hotel is clean and rooms are modern and have everything you need.

Hotel med stort forbedringspotensial på alle områd
Gammelt hotell med totalt renovasjonbehov. Fin beliggenhet ved stranden med mange spisesteder i nærheten. Lit støy fra byggearbeid ved strandpromenaden og trafikken. Maten var smakløs med litte variasjon. Ble servert den samme enkel frokost og samme frukt og dessert hverdag. Ikke noe spesielt for barn. Kjedelige middager. Noen av personalet på restauranten var ikke hyggelige. Renhold var ok.Renholdsdamene var veldig hyggelige og gjorde sit best men det virket som de hadde veldig mye å gjøre. Det kan være kjedelig for både voksne og barn å bo på dette hotellet, hvis man vil gjøre noe annet en å bare være på stranden. Det finnes ikke noe aktivitet for barn i hotellet eller i nærheten. Man må reise til andre steder med bil/taxi. Det er ikke gym, spa, svømmebasseng.... ved hotellet. Det er ikke mulighet for å leie bil på hotellet eller i nærheten. Man må reise enten til Malaga (sentrum) eller flyplassen ifølge personalet i resepsjonen. Oppsummering: hotellet tilbyr ikke noe annet en seng og mat. OBS: man må betale ekstra (18 Euro 💶 /dag ) for å bruke solseng og parasoll som eies av hotellet, selv om man bor på hotellet.

A pleasant hotel by the sea with parking problems
This is a nice, modern hotel, located right on the Mediterranean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing; rather small and no blankets on the beds. But the biggest problem is parking! On a busy holiday (the day we arrived) it was a challenge to even find a hole to drop off your luggage. That does not make for a good start.

We had a great stay at Fay Victoria Beach. The hotel was very nice and the staff was great! We had a problem in that we had requested twin beds. Apparently they don't offer twin beds (?) or Spain's idea of a twin is different from the American idea of a twin bed (?) but they made sure to accommodate our request. They brought a twin bed into our room. It made for less room, but we appreciated their efforts! The staff did their best during our two week stay to help us with transportation information, site seeing, dining options and everything else. Truly kind people.

Disappointing
Basic room. Supposed to be sea view but wasn’t. No proper reception desk. Room key card did not work most of the time and kept having to come back downstairs. Decor tired and outdated. Considering a lot of my family had rooms cancelled due to ‘refurbishment’ did not see much evidence of this.

Terrific Value For Money
Friendly, helpful reception team. Hotel needs a little TLC but is gradually being updated. Excellent cold breakfast. Overall, represents great value for money.

Will be a better Hotel
Fay Victoria Beach is under major renovation…and will be a great Hotel in the future…currently there are two classes of room old style and newly refurbished …I was in one of the old style rooms which are clean but showing wear…I did have an issue with my room the first night and reception moved me to another old style room that was actually bigger than the first.

Right on the beach which was lovely. We had a couple of REALLY loud nights there because the hotel does a fair number of weddings. Clean and well priced.

Great hotel - right on the beach
This is an excellent value hotel. The main selling point is its position right on the beach. The continental breakfast was ok - nice pastries. We used the gym which is well equipped. The resort is mainly for Spaniards but very friendly.
