Hello Arunlak. We are really disappointed reading your feedback here what is not even close to the truth. We would like to place our statement here too. First - short explanation what happened from your side. You were sending us an Email and tell us you made a wrong flight booking and you can not arrive in our resort the day you make the booking with hotels.com . We were writing Emails and we were constantly in contact by What's app. Even by night time. Your problem was that you wanted to delay your arrival one day later and stay one night longer. We were checking our availabilities, but we were completely booked out. Your first Email reached us already late in the cancelation window - means we can not delete your booking for the planned arrival date. On top you made the booking with Hotels.com and it's not only on our company police, it's also on their police. We offered you of course in case we can sell the room for the one night that we will not charge you the room, but we could not sell it. You made your booking via Hotels.com - if you cancel the room this is running over their booking system and not with us directly. We apologize, but we can not take your claim on our side. Thank you very much for understanding.

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. We are really upset reading your feedback about our resort and the poor ranking. Maybe you felt upset that we did not accept the amount of person you wanted to check into the room, as you booked the room for less people upfront. We clean our rooms daily as soon our guest leave them in the morning. If our guest stay all day in the room we also don't come in and disturb privacy. We don't offer TV and this is also noted in the description of our rooms, so this should not be a surprise as you can always choose if you need resort with TV in the rooms or not. We are always open minded getting in touch with our guests to perform as best we can, if you like we can get in touch again to discuss about the discomforts during your stay.
