The apartments where new, the pool was quite and the Paella was really good. The staff was so nice with our daughter and the beach was a 5 min walk away. Everything was perfect 👍

Gorgeous apartment. Staff were friendly and security on the night was helpful as we lost our key card so he let us in and into our room. We will be staying again next time we come to magaluf

Good value, bad smell 🤔
Apartments are great and very good value. Communications prior to arrival were excellent and indicated we may be allowed to check in early as we were arriving at lunchtime to go and meet friends. Although advised not guaranteed. Arrived the following day at 1pm and we were told it was impossible to go into the room so to come back in at least two hours. Left and came back. Checked into room as one had just been cleaned and was told that it had been left in a state so they were just finishing it off. Room was clean but had a really bad smell during the stay. External balcony area was lovely so went out there most of the time. Evening staff in reception were really nice and shower powerful, just need to sort out the bad smell.

Podría repetir estancia
Apartamento bien ubicado, tranquilo,cómodo y acogedor.(Cómo en las fotografías) Comentar que se les "olvidó" limpiar el microondas a nuestra llegada y durante toda la estancia ( no comíamos en el apartamento) deben de controlar estos detalles. Sin problema en la zona para aparcar.

God beliggenhed, renlighed og kvalitet til prisen
Boede 6 nætter her og havde intet at klage over. Prisen var rigtig god og vi fik fine og rene værelser. Vi blev endda opgraderet fra et værelse til en lejlighed. Fordelen var at vi fik køkken, så vi kunne lave mad selv. Der hører en fin pool til og gratis liggestole. Ved ikke om de koster noget, når man er her i højsæsonen. Beliggenheden er god, tæt på restauranter, barer og strand. Katmandu park ligger lige over for, som er god underholdning for børnene.

For the price we got a apartment for 40 euros. It was comfortable and a really good size sitting very central. I'd happily stay here again

The room it is nice and comfortable; unfortunately ( maybe we have been unlucky) it is not proper clean. They tidy the room every day they pull the sheets on the bed bud we came in at first and it was full of sand all around the bedroom and toilet; so i have asked to be cleaned but it seems like the vacuum they use it is broken... :)

Apartamentos viejos, necesitan reforma. Sucios sin limpieza de otros huéspedes, arenas,migas de pan. Pensados para grupos de jóvenes que van a Magaluf al turismo de alcohol. Lo mejor su situación.
Todo lo que comentas ha sido modificado, renovado y mejorado para esta temporada 2016. Hemos acabado una reforma radical de nuestro establecimiento, que espero sea del agrado de nuestros clientes. Espero que puedan volver a nuestra isla y ver lo que hemos hecho.

séjour en famille, hotel situé dans un quartier très animé, et fréquanté par des jeunes venus faire la fête mais gros probleme :isolation phonique des chambres inexistante. partage des soirées live music des bars situés sous l'hotel. et aucun respect des jeunes dans leurs chambres ou sur les terrasses ou couloir. et aucune remontrance du personnel de nuit auprès de ce public. l'état des chambre est vieillot, carrelage sanitaire cassé, literies vieillissante, 4ème lit en très mauvais état. personnel accueil et entretien sympa et souriant.
Merci pour votre commentaire. Pour cette saison 2016, nous avons fait une réforme pour changer tout ce que vous avez dit. À notre avis, nous avons amélioré nos installations, et d'offrir un appartement moderne, confortable et chaleureux. J'espère que vous pouvez revenir à vérifier et nous dire ce qu'ils pensent. Beaucoup de jeunes anglais qui ne respectent personne à la piscine et qui viennent de l'extérieur
Désolé pour le désagrément. Nous essayons tous d'améliorer la zone Magaluf, afin que chacun puisse profiter de ses plages et lieux de divertissement. J'espère répéter voyage dans la région, et de voir ce qui est fait pour le bien de nos touristes et les habitants.

This hotel had good air conditioning ,clean rooms,friendly staff.close to everything.located next to\above two karaoke bars.small pool with bar.its noisy outside and inside most of the night , its what you expect in magaluf.
