This is an older hotel but for a *** hotel nice facilities. Service is good and friendly staff. Unfortunately the food (buffet) is poor, not tasty and often cold. After trying the first bite at diner…we decided to go out for diner.

Our room was of reasonable standard and cleaned every day. we were impressed by the quality of food in the restaurant the only think that let it down was it could have been hotter. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach. Sadly the hotel is surrounded by a number of cockerels who start at 4am and continue till dark. Our holiday was marred by German youth in the room next door and we had to ask security every night to shut them up.

Arriver à 22h30 au lieu de 15 heures le chauffeur était désagréable avec tout le monde il nous jette littéralement 50 m avant l’hôtel il vous dit votre hôtel est là-bas Pas d’accueil on nous dit qui a à manger alors que il y a un buffet il y a trois tomates et trois carottes je suis sorti de l’hôtel à 23h avec ma fille pour aller chercher une pizza Alors que j’avais payé un repas J’avais réservé une chambre Premium vue, mer je me suis retrouvé avec une vieille chambre vue sur les arbres et vu sur une déchetterie enfin du balcon, quand je baisser mon regard, c’était tout plein de déchets, de bouteille de tout ce qu’on veut avec un lit, taché des poils dans la salle de bain, une télécommande casser, un frigo tout seul des fils électriques apparent qui je pense peuvent être dangereux je vous parle même pas du restaurant ils veulent mettre des nappes je pense qu’il ferait mieux de s’abstenir moi qui suis française quand je mange au restaurant avec une nappe, ça veut dire que l’hôtel et la nourriture est excellente l’animation, pas d’animation, un animateur qui danse tout seul j’ai été quatre ou cinq fois faire des réclamations pour avoir ma chambre vue mer on me disait toujours de revenir le lendemain je leur ai dit que j’avais payé pour cette chambre, mais il s’en fiche complètement en gros il aurait fallu que je passe toutes mes vacances à la réception et encore le restaurant, mais alors vraiment horrible nourriture horrible j’ai pris des photos vous l’avez vérifié c’est hôtel.

La limpieza no es buena estuvimos tres días con el baño sucio no lo limpiaban a mi reclamo en recepción mandaron a alguien a limpiar la taza del baño,al día siguiente ni barrieron el baño lleno de pelos la terraza llena de arena así por los sucesivos 7 días que quedaban las sábanas cuatro días sin cambiarlas y cuando la cambiaron solo las fundas y la sábana de abajo la de arriba la misma por los 10 días es una lástima porque el hotel tiene todo para ser un buen hotel. La piscina demasiado pequeña para tantas personas algo que deberían de solucionar la piscina hidromasaje muy sucia y dentro de dos baños prácticamente que era mejor no entrar. Las habitaciones son refrigerador es una gran falta de respeto jamás encontré un hotel sin refrigerador solo para que compres el agua a dos euros la botella pequeña y tres euros en el bar del hotel un vaso de agua una cosa increíble al final de media pensión tuve que cojer obligado todo incluido 500 euros más pues teniendo un niño era imposible aún más sin refrigerador en la habitación en la recepción muy disponibles y gentiles en el bar de la piscina que decir trabajaban tanto era difícil recibir una sonrisa solo la muchacha de Sevilla muy sonriente siempre pero los comprendo son tantas personas es agotador la animación una sola persona sinceramente no es lo máximo aún que si el muchacho que lo hace es muy gentil y amable y para ser el solo sinceramente hace tanto mis respetos para él

Hotel Bahamas, lyder for mig eksotisk og afslappende, det her var fuldstændig modsat. Hvis du drømmer om en ferie med afslapning og god mad, er dette IKKE stedet. Maden er usmagelig og direkte ulækker, så vi valgte at tage ud og spise hvert måltid i stedet for. Så tænker man sikkert at det bliver dejligt at slappe af ved poolen og nyde dine drinks med all inkl. du har bestilt hjemmefra. . Men nej det kan man hellere ikke, for det er kun på det ene hotel man kan, og der er man omringet af unge mennesker der kun vil feste og være fulde. Så tænker man sikkert, det bliver godt med en god nat søvn, men nej det kan man hellere ikke fordi der er så meget larm om natten, så det er umuligt at få en god nattesøvn, udover det virkede bruseren hellere ikke på værelset og poolen åbner først kl. 10.30. Så hvis du er på par ferie, vil vi ikke anbefale dette sted.

Til å være et tre stjernes hotell, levde det opp til forventingene. De ansatte var hyggelige både de i resepsjonen, på renhold og i matsalen. Den første natten var vi uheldige å fikk et (av våre to rom) uten aircondition. Men den andre natten fikk vi byttet rom til det andre hotellet deres, det rett over gata. Og da fikk vi aircondition som virket. Hotellet var lytt, og sengene harde. Maten var variert og god. Bassengene var godt oppvarmet. Badevaktene kunne nok raskere tatt vekk håndklær som gjestene hadde latt ligge mens de ikke oppholdt seg i bassengområdet etter flere timer. Om dette hotellet er for festglade, eller familie er usikkert. For de har lekerom for barn, og et mindre basseng for barn. Men å kombinere barn og festglade på et og samme hotell virker for meg fjernt. Det var mye støy i gangene og fra rommene på kveldstid/natterstid.

Habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und dafür extra aufpreis bezahlt, bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Wald . Die erste 3 Tage funktionierte mein Kuhlschrank im Zimmer nicht, nach dem 4ten mal reklamieren wurde dieser dann entlich ausgetauscht.

Das Hotel ist solide. Man weiß anhand der Bewertungen was man bekommt. Die Ansprüche dürfen nicht zu hoch sein. Es ist jedoch sehr ernüchternd, dass das Personal schlecht englisch spricht. Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich schwierig. Für einen Urlaub am Ballermann ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Der Weg ist weit. Wir haben das deutlich unterschätzt.
