En härlig semester!
Vi hade en härlig vistelse, vi trivdes jättebra och vi kan rekommendera hotellet trots vissa brister. På plussidan: Hotellets läge är toppen, miljön charmig, sängarna jättesköna, utsikten spektakulär, maten i restaurangen är god och poolområdet behagligt. På minussidan: hotellet är ganska slitet, det finns bara en toalett som ska användas av såväl pool- som restauranggäster, personalen med några få undantag är ganska blasé och inte särskilt serviceminded och menyn i restaurangen är lite udda o inte anpassad för lunch och den saknar smårätter som lämpar sig vid poolen. Men som sagt summan är ”ett härligt ställe”

Try it. it’s worth it!
We stayed for 10 days in this slightly tired looking hotel so had reservations about the stay but we couldn’t have been better looked after. The staff are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and to be honest the manageress Esperanza was so wonderful and really couldn’t do enough it’s no wonder the staff are so happy to work there. She was permanently on show and it was lovely to watch her taking the time to talk to all visitors with her lovely warm welcoming nature, it is easy to see she is definitely in the right career! The location, having its own beach on the doorstep is another major bonus . The towel changes, as often as you like is a definite a win in my book. Pool service from the waiters whether ordered or the little treat tasters of cocktails, kept us looked after and were always tidied up quickly and efficiently. We ate in the Masai restaurant and the food was 1st class. Nothing could be faulted. It was so good we went back for lunch on our final day because we wanted to end on a high note. The Al Cala may be next door to a 5 star hotel but the longer the stay, the more you learn to appreciate what it is about this hotel that’s sets it apart from the others. You leave feeling very rested and relaxed, planning your next visit, hopefully not too far away in the future. Try it it’s worth it!

Excellent service and awesome staff
Superb hotel with gorgeous sea view and really nice hotel rooms! What made the stay so pleasant tho was the extraordinary service from the staff, they’re super friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcomed! I would love to come back here again!

Do not stay here if you’re looking for class, luxury or decent facilities. There are stains on everything and bathrooms are tiny and not meant to accommodate two adults. The photos are misleading and the property is not actually representative of what you see in the photos. All of the “amenities”are very old and worn down. When we tried to cancel the remainder of our stay because we were unhappy with the resort but they refused and kept the full amount. We still decided to go stay somewhere else. Buyers beware. I suggest you stay anywhere else but here.

Sehr sehr nettes u zuvorkommendes PersonalWunderbare Terrasse, Zimmer gut. Fusboden im Bad renovieriungbefürftig,ebenso die Schränke. Schade dass es keinen kleinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gibt, ein Standart heutzutage. Und fie Rezeption im zugigen Gang ist schon eine Zumutung. Trotzdem ein schönes Hotel !

Aber zu gross für ein Boutique Hotel, hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich (Verputz blättert ab, defekte Einrichtungen, schmuddelige Vorhänge, Ungeziefer in Dusche, Bad und Bett etc.)

The hotel doesn’t merit a 4 star rating. The bathroom of the room we were first meant to stay in smelled badly. The hotel itself is in need of an update. The lawn chairs by the pool are not in great shape. The main redeeming quality of this hotel is it’s beachfront location and the beach is lovely. The staff at reception were not overly welcoming. I definitely would not consider this a “4 star boutique hotel”.

Guten Tag das Personal war sehr freundlich auch das Management . Was ich nicht gut finde das war das 2 mal bei Hotel.com das ich ein Zimmer gebucht habe kurz vor Abreise . Im App explizit war beschrieben mit Meer sicht ider im Tessin mit Seesicht und Balkon . das Zimmer in Mallorca war mit Stadtdicht . Wechkes ich beanstandet habe . Sie haben mich darauf hingewiesen das es im Mail so bestaetigt wurde . ist schon klar aber es ist nicht ok das ich ein Nail kontrollieren muss gegenüber der Buchung . das war das 2 mal bei Hotel. com zum glück hatte das Management 3 Hotels und ein sehr schönes Zimmer gegeben ohne Zuschlag .Danke dem Management mit freundlichen Hruessen Peter Bruder

Nice hotel with friendly and service minded staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the outdoor restaurant, with good food and a good selection of wines. After check-out you could still use the facilities and book a shower facility to change before heading to the airport. Nice fitness center (but a bit warm in July).

The hotel is nice as is most of the staff. However, the head receptionist who claims to be a “manager” is rude and lacks social skills. He was not only rude to us but also to fellow employees. Lucrecia is amazing and she treats people very well, We cut our stay short because we did not want to spend more money on a business that allows toxic employees to go unchecked.

The hotel is nice and the location is great, however the management protects rude employees (head of reception) that insult guests. There are many nice hotels for the same price in the area, spare yourself the pain, spend your money where customers are valued.
