Exagon is not worthy of its 4 star rating. We visited during a week in May where temperatures were around 30C. The aircon in the rooms was totally ineffective so I pity anyone staying when temperatures climb further. The hotel's handyman said there was nothing he could do. The alternative is to keep the patio door open, but if you do that and are facing the tennis courts, you will be woken by cockerels at 4am!! The breakfast was poor quality, with cornflakes tasting like plastic and cheap bakery items, e.g. croissants bought in bulk - not fresh, and beans, etc. luke-warm. We ended up eating out more as clearly not enough staff to maintain an acceptable service.

hotel avec beaucoup de services et personnel compétant et agréable. notre chambre avait des traces d'humidité sur un mur et du coup avait une odeur de renfermé et d'humidité.

We were staying in an apartment across the road from the hotel which was disappointing as we expected a twin room in the hotel. Unfortunately the appartment smelt very strongly of egg from the drains. We weee moved to the appartment next door as the hotel was full but after one day thus too started to smell very strongly if egg. The cleaner put something down the drains which did improve the smell however the communal stairway often smelt very bad. Very disappointed.

Schönes Familienhotel
Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer grünen Parkanlage ruhig gelegen und trotzdem genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in der Nähe. Es war unser erster Urlaub zu dritt und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Das Essen in Buffetform war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel hat eigentlich überall einen Lift was für Kinderwagen sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer war klein aber praktisch und nett ausgestattet, nur das Badezimmer war etwas abgenützt. Wifi ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Der Balkon baulich zum Nächsten abgeschlossen und nicht nur mit einer Wand getrennt, was ich nicht leiden kann weil man sonst viel mitbekommt. Und man hört finde ich sonst auch nicht viel im Zimmer von anderen, was auch sehr gut ist wenn mal das eigene Baby schreit. Zu Pool und Abendveranstaltungen kann ich nichts sagen, dass haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Strand ist über einen kurzen Fußweg mit dem Hotel verbunden und am Strand ist ein Holzweg für das bessere gehen über den Sand. Handtücher kann man gegen Kaution im Hotel borgen. Die Liegen am Strand sind recht teuer.

Nice hotel with a great pool
Decent, comfortable hotel for a quiet but fun stay with family. The highlight of the hotel is the pool. We visited late August and had no trouble finding a sun bed at various times of the day. The room we were allocated was quite small and the free WiFi didn’t work on the multiple occasions we tried to connect to it (we didn’t bother to ask the hotel staff for assistance as had enough data to last us our trip), however we had a great all inclusive stay for the price.

Helt klart värt ett besök
Hotellet var bra. Poolområdet är stort och riktigt bra. Frukosten var stor med både mycket att välja på och samtidigt många bord så det inte blev för trångt. Städningen på rummen och övriga hotellet var super! Personalen var trevliga. Rummen och vissa övriga ytor kändes väl inte 2018 i inredning direkt. Det tog 5-8 minuter att gå ner till havet via en gångväg. Bra strand med både sand och lite klippor i ena ändan i nivå med havet där barnen gillade att leta krabbor och fiskar.

Not what you expect from 4 star hotel....
Hotel is a bit outdated and rooms are small and not very well equipped. Not quite sure where 4 stars are coming from. Very slow wifi and tiny tv in the room. Nice pool and surrounding area.

Buen hotel pero un poco apartado
Lo que nos ha gustado: El personal amable, los desayunos están bastante bien, la distribución en general de las cosas.. Es bonito. Lo que no os ha gustado: En esa zona la playa cubre por el tobillo varios metros, tienes que irte bastante hacia adentro para que cubra algo y tan lejos no da sensación de seguridad. Hay muchas rocas y algas, es mejor irse mas hacia el sur de esta zona ppr donde los hoteles de fiesta, que hay la playa es mas normal. El hotel está apartado de la zona de vidilla, restaurantes, bares... está a unos 15 mins andando por cuesta o por la playa y se acaba haciendo pesadp todos los dias. La calidad del wifi es pésima, al menos los días que estuvimos alli. .... En general el hotel está bien relación calidad precio, no decepciona.

Exagon-Excellent
Third stay at the Exagon Park and it never fails to provide excellent service. The Staff are fantastic and always willing to help. Facilities are fantastic although for the first time we had to do 'battle' with the German guests for the sunbeds! Food is good with plenty of selection although it may not be everyone's cup of tea as it aimed more at the German guests. fried breakfast every morning can't be bad though. Surrounding area is nice with a pleasant walk to the main shopping area. Overall it's a place e will continue going to as in our view it cannot be beaten

Great Place, even more so for the Price
Updated and a modern feel in the lobby and other areas. Free hour Wi-Fi per day in lobby if you need it. Rooms, though comfortable and have all you need in it. I feel could do with updating. More than happy to help, hairdryer broke and it was replaced in an hour. Outside was amazing, loads of sun beds, pool nice and clean. Inside pool and spa was a nice touch, made all the difference if you have some time and want to relax. Food was good lots of choices, plus get to try new things. Though some days seemed abit plain but that would be thing could pick on. Evening meal is a difference, see where the extra star comes from, drinks are ordered at the table, like eating out at a restaurant. Does make it feel centred around you. Entertainment at this time of the year when season coming to a close was good, something different brought in each night. Would recommend paying for all inclusive, especially if your planning on being around the area. So your food and drinks during the day are there on hand. You do get your moneys worth from it. Just be aware, that for environmental polices they switch the air-con off when temps lower than 24c. So if you like a cooler room to sleep in at night, might find it on the tad warm side.

Vi havde et fint ophold, dog et meget lille værelse til tre personer, og desværre så langt væk så det trådløse netværk - der skulle købes, ikke kunne nå. Men dejligt poolområde, sødt personale og rigtig lækker, varieret mad.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe Motorradfahrern dort. Ganz große Klasse war das Entgegenkommen, daß wir mit 27(!) Maschinen direkt vor dem Hotel parken durften. Das war natürlich auch ein "Eyecatcher" für die anderen Hotelgäste. Das Personal sowohl in dem Restaurantbetrieb als auch an den verschiedenen Bars war super gut drauf. Das war eine ganz große Leistung, waren sie doch morgens zum Frühstück anwesend und haben ausgehalten bis der letzte Gast spät in der Nacht auf sein Zimmere ging. Sie waren stets feundlich, hatten immer ein Lächeln parat und waren auch mal für einen Scherz zu haben. Hut ab!!!! Das Hotel ist schon etwas betagt, aber in einem sehr guten Zustand (wir waren vor 25 Jahren schon mal hier). Der Weg zum Strand ist auch angenehm kurz, vielleicht 300 Meter. Schöne Poolanlage mit großer Grünanlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vielfalt der Speisen und Getränke waren auch sehr zufriendenstellend. Rundherum muss ich sagen, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und ich kann das EXAGON mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und würde meinen nächsten Urlaub auf Mallorca wieder dort buchen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Nach dem Duschen ist im Bad der Spiegel immer tierisch beschlagen; habe aus Jux am ersten Tag das Datum der Anreise mit dem Finger aufgeschrieben und dies am Abreisetag noch immer lesen können

Bed om at få et værelse på øverste etage ud mod vandet. Maden ikke noget særligt. Dejlig poolområde med masser af liggestole. 200 meter til stranden.

relaxing hotel.
the beds were the comfiest I have experienced when holidaying. rooms very clean but could do with refurbishing as does the dining room, stairs and corridors. the rest of the hotel looks like it has been updated. relaxing atmosphere. the staff are very efficient and approachable. food could have been better i.e. the quality/variety of hot meat. lovely pool and surrounding grounds - plenty of green grass and enough trees for shade. quiet at night as it is away from any bars.

Muy buen hotel en todo. La comida muy buena. La animacion nocturna es un poco irregular, unos dias actuaciones muy burnas y otras pesimas. Las habitaciones muy limpias y tomar algo en los bares es relativamente barato.

Lovely stay, excellent facilities.
The hotel was very clean as we're all the facilities, and the staff were all very lovely and pleasant and spoke very good English. The all inclusive buffet was delightful, a wide variety of food provided every day. However, myself being a vegetarian, some days there were a lot less options and it was a lot of guess work as some of the food wasn't clearly labelled. However overall it was a lovely visit, a short walk from a small beach area which was also very clean and well presented, as well as some bars and souvenir shops.

Nice hotel with excellent pool
We had a good stay here - it took the air con 24 hours to get properly going in our room so the first night was a bit warm, but as we were right at end of corridor think the room just hadn't been used for a bit and it was fine after that. Someone came to look at it for us and said to just let it run and if there was still a problem they'd send a technician but it sorted itself out. Pool excellent and nice bars and friendly but professional staff. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent breakfast inside or out.
