Défaut : un hôtel 3 étoile plutôt pas d’animation le buffet c’est pas ouf toujours la même chose au restaurant personnel sympa sinon le personnel de l’accueil c’est à revoir vraiment a part le monsieur on est arrivé tard à minuit on n’a même pas trouvé de serviette dans la chambre ni de bouteille d’eau sachant que l’eau n’est pas potable vraiment limite il nous ont laissé vu qu’on est en demi pension un plat de fromage et de pain chacun je n’ai pas apprécié Je me suis fais volé mon adaptateur et câble donc faites bien attention à vos affaires dans la chambre Puis le retour on a demandé à faire le Check out a 13h au lieu de midi ils ont refusé lol que apparement c’est complet en mi septembre la blague Qualité : l’hôtel est bien localisé à côté des médecins de pharmacie a 2min de playa de muro trois supermarchés à côté en terme de disponibilité c’est ouf mais sinon pas grand chose à faire à part la plage qui est super bien d’ailleurs chaude de ouf du 23 24 degrés je vous conseille vraiment alcudia c’est familiale y’a pas trop de fête c’est super calme c’est vraiment a l’opposé de Magaluf ou palma Sinon non je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel honnêtement cherchez plutôt du 5 étoiles si vous souhaitez être vraiment bien. Sinon si vous n’êtes pas trop exigeant ça pourra faire l’affaire

Ubicación y habitación ok, pisci y comida ko
Lo mejor la ubicación, la habitación, y que se aparca sin problemas en la misma puerta. Lo peor la piscina, que es pequeña, y la restauración, más propia de un dos estrellas y con horario de cena demasiado temprano.

4 charter stars hotell?
We stayed here for two weeks, family with 2 kids. We liked: roomsize, short walk to the beach, frontdesk personell. We misliked: WiFi almost nonexistent, ocasional smell from ventilation, no vacuum cleaning, overstressed personell in the restaurant, no playground/kids facilities, no gym.

La relacion costo/beneficio es muy mala. La habitación quedaba sucia despues de la limpieza y hasta hubo un dia que no la hicieron, faltaron toallas, jabon, etc. Se nota que la instalación del hotel es antigua y en algunos puntos le falta mantenimiento. El buffet no tenia lo que usualmente uno se encuentra en este tipo de hoteles. Para lo que sale la habitacion en muchos otros lugares del mundo la experiencia es mucho mejor. Como positivo, la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.

Me he alojado varias veces en hoteles de Grupotel y como siempre está todo genial. Cuidan mucho el cliente así como todos los detalles del alojamiento. Ha sido una estancia corta pero muy agradable y relajante. Lo recomiendo con mucho gusto

Great location, 50 metres from the beach & very close to restaurants, shops & bus stops. Very friendly & helpful staff & a good variety of choice for breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily & nice pool area.

Der Pool war super & die Strandnähe. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super! Beim Abendessen waren die Vorspeisen am besten.

El personal de recepción y el director del hotel encantadores y nos soluciomaron todos nuestros problemas de forma rápida. Lomalo del hotel es que es tiene horario de comidas alemán incompatible totalmente con poder hacer nada si no es quedarse todo el dia en el hotel. Lo bueno tambien es que la playa esta muy cerquita cruzando la calle.

The staff was very courteous. The hotel location was great. The rooms were smaller than expected and noise could easily be heard from other rooms.

Great food, perfect location, friendly staff
One of the best hotels in the region. Great food, amazing staff, perfect location to the beach.. 2-minute walk to the beach and easy access to supermarkets and shops. The half board option is fantastic. great selection of food choices, a perfect hotel for both couples and families with young kids.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the room was nice. It’s very close to the beach. My impression is that as it gets close to the busy season it’s resources may be stretched as the kids pool and pool itself is arguably not big enough if the hotel is full but we had a lovely time and were very well looked after

非常優質的入住體驗
位於Mallorca北部的度假飯店，距離Palma大概40分鐘車程，飯店服務非常好感覺有特別訓練過，隸屬Groupotel飯店集團底下的4星飯店。 我在此待了三天，所定房價包含了早餐及晚餐，若住客多，則都是採Bufet制度，雖然稱不上是非常高檔，但是整體來說還不錯（島上餐廳並不多），房間空間也大，此外，飯店對面即是美麗的海灘，對於早上晨跑者來說是一大享受，若有考慮Alcudia則非常推薦此飯店。

Zimmer war genug groß. Frühstück und Abendessen nicht so abwechslungsreich. Essen sehr oft nur lauwarm was sehr schade ist. Lage war gut. Sehr schöner Strand in der Nähe

Hotel in Strandnähe
Hotel liegt nur 100m vom Strand entfernt. Für einen Bade und Strandurlaub ist also kein Auto nötig. Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Strasse hin gelegen ist konnte man bei geschlossenen Türen nichts von fahrenden Autos hören. Das Personal im allgemeinen ist sehr freundlich. Die Bedienungen im Restaurant im besonderen auch zu Kindern. Die Suite war im allgemeinen sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir werden sofern wir wieder ein so tolles Angebot bekommen wie dieses Jahr, nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder dort sein.

Great hotel
fantastic time had at this hotel, staff and room great, complex great. Walls of rooms thin could hear tables and beds being moved throughout morning probably cleaning staff which often meant getting up earlier than planned. Despite this critic i would highly recommend the hotel and its closeness to beach and amenities at an affordable price.

Bij aankomst gratis upgrate naar appartement met slaapkamer. Dicht bij het strand (150 'm) en toch geen "massatoerisme". Eten was goed en gevarieerd. Hardwerkend en vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zonnedek naast zwembad. Genoeg parkeerruimte in de omgeving.

Very Clean 3 star hotel
I must say this is nothing more then a 3 star hotel with a swimming pool. The big pro's are the facts that the hygiene was at top level everywhere. The problem is that they only offer pool towels on Tuesday and Friday which on hot summer holiday can get a bit sticky. The pool bar was good, the food there was however not great. I have ordered pizza for my kids and we got served one of them "frozen pizza basis" that you buy in the supermarket. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner was very good, the waiters were quite friendly apart from an old bald waiter who was coming across quite rude at times. We had a good time with the kids, the kids clubs were German only, despite the fact that there was more English speaking than German speaking people. I suppose probably because the clubs are run by Thui (Thompson German sister) but would expect them to be more accommodating towards the English speaking children. So, I would say very nice 3 star hotel, we had the biggest apartment and I must say was immaculately cleaned. We were family of 5 but due to pure management the cleaners were told that there were 3 guests despite the fact that there were 5 beds in the room so the cleaners were leaving 3 bath towels each day. Their management view is try and charge everything you could possibly find as extra rather than accommodate the guests. We were family of 5 and we were not allowed to sit outside because the tables were for 4 and the manager did not allow to join 2 tables...

The only complaint I can make about the hotel is the hardness of the bed I was "sleeping" on! I suffer with my hips as a consequence of aging and nighttime was purgatory! I asked at reception if the perhaps had a memory foam mattress topper but to no avail! They did try to accommodate my needs but in the end I put cushions under the mattress protector with the bedding on top. That worked to an extent but it may be something for the hotel management to consider in the future! Apart from that I thoroughly recommend Grupotel Alcudia Suites!
