Hôtel a fuire si vous souhaitez la propreté et le respect des clients. Toutes les chambre de cet hôtel sont infester d'enorme cafards. Ce qui est logique quand on voit les femmes de ménages ne pas passer l'aspirateur ni nettoyer les sol ni même faire votre lit ou changer les draps pendant deux semaines. Un jour il y a eu une panne d'électricité et d'eau qui a durée plusieurs heures, donc nous avons dû monter les 5 étages a pieds et pas pu se doucher après une journée plage et bien-sûr aucune excuse n'a été présenter. L'hôtel est fait uniquement pour des espagnoles ou des allemands, il devrais retirer le drapeau français. MAIS QUI LEUR A DONNER 4* ??

Modern place. Breakfast good. Building and rooms clean. But no electricity/ water for 2hours, no information. Room service blocks gangways, elevator for more than 1 hour, had to carry whole luggage of my family on myself over stairs. AND: much too loud, party location/ disco directly nearby!

Estancia muy agradable
He ido 2 noches con mi hija, todo genial, personal de recepción muy simpaticos y amables!. El hotel está muy limpio. La piscina no es muy grande ,pero está genial, mucha tranquilidad. El hotel esta a pocos minutos de la playa y de la zona de bares, restaurantes y tiendas! Recomendable

Nice holiday, very good price quality
The hotel is located in a good area, close to the beautiful beach of Can Picafort, a short distance from everything: shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sea promenade where you can take evening walks. Although we arrived late at the hotel and missed dinner that evening, we were directed to serve a brunch in the restaurant, which we appreciated. The receptionists are not the warmest people in the world, but they always responded promptly to all our requests. The triple rooms are ok in terms of space and comfort, cleaning is done daily and towels are changed on request, but the bedding was only changed once in the 10 days we stayed in the hotel, something that should be fixed. Being a 4* hotel, we expect to receive slippers, bathrobes, a shower cap, soaps in the toilet, unfortunately nothing is provided from the listed items. The food is super good and varied both at breakfast and at dinner, the staff at the restaurant is amazing. Drinks at dinner are not included in the price, but the prices are more than ok. Almost every evening there are entertainment shows and they are very attractive and entertaining. There is a clean swimming pool, with free chaise lounges and towels provided by the hotel. Overall it was a very nice holidays and we recommend Farrutx Hotel for your stay in Can Picafort.

Ich war bereits in mehreren 4* Hotels in Can Picafort, aber im Farrutx war das Essen mit Abstand am Besten! Toll angerichtetes Buffet mit super frischen und lecker zubereiten Speisen.

You can’t fault how clean and organised this hotel is. The staff are friendly and the options in the restaurant good. The rooms are small but tidy and modern. The hotel entertainment wasn’t great but the bar is pleasant. We didn’t like the area but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall we’d stall at a Grupotel again for sure but probably not in Can Picafort.

The food was tasty. I just didn’t like the bathroom because it always had a non pleasant smell. After the shower gel finished, we were not given more. Location is good, close to the beach and shops.

Snyggt hotell och rum, men väldigt opraktiskt med en glasskiva man skjuter åt sidan (med springor både uppe, nere och på båda sidorna) som badrumsdörr på hotellrummet. Man hörde och kunde känna lukten av alla toabesök. Väldigt lyhört rent allmänt. Vi kunde höra alla utanför hotellrummet. Det var väldigt dålig städning. Vi hade sand på golvet (blir lätt så när man kommer från stranden) men det dammsögs aldrig under vår vistelse. De tog våra smutsiga handdukar men glömde att ge nya. Om man inte paxar solstol vid poolen på morgonen innan frukost får man ingen plats, för alla andra lägger ut sina handdukar då. Som tur är ligger hotellet väldigt nära stranden. Stort utbud på frukosten, men ordningen på buffén var lite opraktiskt. T.ex. yoghurten var på ett ställe och flingorna på ett annat, så man fick gå fram och tillbaka och kors och tvärs för att hitta allt man ville ha. Trångt och mycket folk om man vill ha sovmorgon. Trevlig personal! Det var en man i receptionen som kunde svenska.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg over alles. Ik mocht eerder inchecken, ideaal. Keurige kamer. Niet veel ruimte, wel voldoende. Ik zat op de 7e verdieping in het gebouw boven de receptie. Dat is een aanrader: prachtig uitzicht over de baai en zonsondergang s avonds achter de bergen.

Nice hotel
✅ It was a calm and nice stay for us as a family, 2 adults and 1 child (10). Guests in the besinning of june was +65. Friendly staff, fresh, clean hotel with a cool nice pool. The beach is close by but would recommend Alcudia for a nicer beach and for families. Takes about 45 with taxi from the AirPort aprox € 80-90. We stayed 6 nights. Shops and restaurants around the corner. The breakfast & dinner was ok. Very friendly staff. ❌ We booked with all incl with breakfast and dinner but no drinks was included. We don’t drink alcohol but it would have been nice to get at least soft drinks included in a all inclusive price. Over all a nice stay. The beds are a bit hard.

Excellent property and good service by the staffs all round.The propety is also in a good location only about 4 minutes to the beech. Breakfast was the best, will visit again.

Sadly a lack of nightly entertainment in the height of the summer months. lovely friendly staff. No recognition for returning customers. Great food, spotless hotel, lovely hotel rooms, fabulous pool and bar area and well air-conditioned throughout.

Hotel propre et on y mange bien. Le gros reproche qu'on peut lui faire concerne l'isolation phonique des chambres. Nous avions eu une chambre donnant sur un marché de nuit d'été. Chaque jour à partir de 18h00 démarre la musique jusqu'à tard le soir. Il est impossible de bien dormir ou de se reposer car c'est mal isolé et on a l'impression de séjourner dans le marché!

Ottimo hotel
Ho soggiornato 4 notti presso questo hotel. Avevo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale normale ma ho avuto una stanza vista mare con terrazzino con lettini.senza costi aggiuntivi. Hotel moderno e pulito. La mezza pensione comprende una colazione e una cena a buffet con molta scelta. Ha una piscina abbastanza comoda con numerosi lettini. Disponibile gratuitamente una spa con sauna, bagno turco e piscina con idromassaggio. L unico neo è che la spa non è sorvegliata. Oltre a poter essere pericoloso se una persona scivola o si sente male in sauna noi abbiamo trovato per due giorni di seguito dei ragazzi che giocavano con il pallone nella piscina. Quindi niente relax. Per il resto tutto ok.vicino al lungomare e ai negozi. Consigliato

Ottimo Hotel a due passi dal mare
L'Hotel è molto carino completamente nuovo frescosco . Gli arredi moderni e funzionali. Il personale gentile e disponibile soprattutto in sala da pranzo vorrei menzionare due assistenti molto capaci e gentili Sofia (capo cameriera) e Antonia entrambe molto efficienti. Il cibo ottimo e sempre vario, adatto ad ogni nazionalità Le camere modernamente arredate e pulite , l'unica nota negativa è il fatto di avere due letti singoli che seppur vicini non sono adatti ad una coppia. Nel complesso L'hotel merita pienamente le 4 stelle.

Super Hotel, das Essen inkl. Auswahl ist der Wahnsinn, die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und das Meer ist fast vor der Haustür. Der Pool ist ebenfalls top.

Schönes und modernes Stadthotel in Strandnähe
Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und in der Nähe vom Strand mit seiner Promenade und vielen kleinen Geschäften. Es hat einen kleinen Spa-Bereich und einen ansprechenden Pool mit ausreichenden Liegen. Die Aussicht ist nicht so schön, dafür ist das Personal top und die Zimmer klein aber fein. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz; die Suche mit einem Leihwagen ist manchmal etwas mühsam aber nichts, was uns davon abhalten würde, noch einmal das Hotel zu buchen.

On arrival receptionist noted one of party was in a wheelchair, she asked if they were ok to use stairs as room was in the annex section. Although we were able to use them they moved us the following morning to a room with lift access. All staff very friendly. Good selection of food at both breakfast & evening buffet. WIFI connection was ok, but you could only log in to one device at a time, once logged out you had to wait a while before it would let you log in again which was frustrating. With the hotel been just off the main street it was quiet, but near enough to the sea front, only a couple of minutes walk. The only down side was that the pool was not heated, it was really cold. Been able to hire pool/beach towels very handy.

Check in was easy even though we had to wait a short time for our room. The hotel was most enjoyable but due to the pool water being extremely cold we used the beach more than we would normally. The area around the hotel could be quite dirty and you needed to be aware that the pavements were not clean ( due to dog owners not cleaning up ).

Hotel moderno e confortevole
Nuovissimo hotel, vicinissimo al mare! Camera confortevole e bagno grande (no bidet). Asciugamani per piscina e stanza per doccia/cambio nella zona SPA nel caso si avesse un volo serale di rientro e si volesse godere del mare dopo il check out delle 11. Adiacente ci sono diversi ristoranti e pub, zona pedonale con negozi per fare shopping. Unica pecca la cena a buffet viene offerta fino alle 20.30, per cui con un orario così limitato in si riesce a godere a pieno del mare fino a tardi! E ultimissima cosa ... si paga il bere che si consuma a cena, 1/2 litro d'acqua 2.30 euro! A parte queste due piccolissime cose , Hotel Consigliatissimo!! Prezzo/Qualità ottimo!!

Vacaciones perfectas
Hemos pasado 14 días en este hotel mi familia y yo y lo hemos pasado estupendamente. Lo primero es hacer mención especial a los empleados que sin duda son un diez y más concretamente Sofia, Jaime y el chef Rodrigo. Nos pusieron toda clase de facilidades en nuestra estancia para que todo fuera lo más agradable posible. Sinceramente ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas y si podemos repetiremos en un futuro. Muchas gracias a todos ellos por estos días tan agradables.

Un excellent séjour
Très bon séjour dans cet hotel qui bénéficie d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix.Personnel accueillant et chaleureux,repas variés et adaptés à toutes les attentes,chambres confortables et conformes aux photos,tres propres .Seul petit bémol si il en est un nous avons dépensé plus de 100€ au bar en 4 jours et nous n'avons jamais eu un verre offert.

Lugnt,trevligt hotell och god mat.Bra poolområde men kanske inte så anpassatt för mindre barn. Läget var bra med kort promenad till stranden. Skulle gärna återkomma till detta hotellet.
