We can only apologise for the problem with the lift, as it is a technical error beyond our control and the maintenance company in charge of the lift, ORONA ASCENSORES, is not exactly efficient, as you have seen. In view of the total lack of professionalism, the hotel has taken the necessary measures to ensure that this situation does not happen again, as it negatively affects our image and our commercial brand. En cuanto a los aspectos negativos que menciona, no es el tipo de comentario que nos gusta leer y estudiaremos su punto de vista para encontrar una solución adecuada. Creemos que su opinión es muy importante para mejorar nuestro servicio. . Como ya le comente en mi anterior mensaje, de nuevo sólo podemos pedirles disculpas por el problema del ascensor, ya que se trata de un error técnico ajeno a nuestra voluntad y la empresa de mantenimiento encargada del ascensor, ORONA ASCENSORES, no es precisamente eficiente, como usted ha podido comprobar. Ante la total falta de profesionalidad, el hotel ha tomado las medidas necesarias para que esta situación no se repita, ya que afecta negativamente a nuestra imagen y a nuestra marca comercial. Nos hubiera gustado atenderle mejor en recepción y ayudarle con su equipaje o con cualquier cosa que necesitara. Sobre el desayuno y dada la capacidad del comedor , aunque pidamos turnos para tratar de evitar aglomeraciones, es inevitabloe que haya tramos horarios donde se junten a la vez la mayoria de huespedes, provocando en momentos puntuales colas en el buffet.Solo queda disculparme de nuevo en mi nombre y en el de mis compañeros y como ya le comente en mi anterior mensaje, me tienen a su disposicion para futuras estancias.
