We clean the Gym every day.The Bike shop is a bike shop yes, its not advertised as a sport shop, we are sorry to read you had different expectations.The outdoor heated pool after rain or when temperature drops a little we adjust the temperature, sometimes it takes a little longer.The Spa is under charge, its in the information paper we give you on check in. If you didnt like the apartment, you had 16 days to ask for an Apartment change or for more cleaning.We saw you running every day, we are happy you found where to.But anyway since the first moment you checked in you where not happy with us, you accused us of not replying to your questions, and in fact you where writing to another hotel from the same Hoposa chain.We are happy to read you liked Breakfast!Kind RegardsReception Team

Herr ,Es freut mich zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt im Villachondra so angenehm war und dass es Ihr Lieblingshotel unter allen bisher besuchten Hotels ist. Es scheint, dass Sie die Apartments, ihre Größe und die Ruhe besonders genossen haben. Es ist großartig zu wissen, dass Sie nachts und morgens nicht durch Lärm gestört wurden. Das Frühstück, die Lage, der Sportbereich und die Möglichkeit, Kleidung kostenlos zu waschen, waren weitere positive Punkte für Sie.Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass es einige Punkte gab, die verbessert werden könnten. Das zweimalige Einchecken aufgrund der getrennten Reservierungen war offenbar etwas umständlich. Das Problem mit den seltsamen Haaren auf Ihrer Kleidung nach dem Waschen ist sicherlich unangenehm gewesen. Es könnte hilfreich sein, diese Angelegenheit dem Hotelpersonal mitzuteilen, damit sie sich darum kümmern können.Die Enge im Schlafzimmer war schade, aber ich freue mich, dass der Rest der Wohnung großartig war. Die Badezimmertür, die Geräusche verursacht haben und eine andere Person gestört hat, ist auch ein Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte.Es ist verständlich, dass Sie sich möglicherweise eine herzlichere Begrüßung gewünscht hätten, wie es in einigen anderen Hotels der Fall ist. Das sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, aber solche kleinen Gesten können den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten.Insgesamt freue ich mich jedoch zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt großartig war und Sie definitiv wiederkommen möchten.
