Dear Anders, Thank you very much for your review about your stay at our hotel. We are so, so sorry that, by mistake, we did not register your reservation for a room with a terrace but for a regular double room. Since our hotel was fully booked and there was no room with private terrace available, the only thing we could do was to give you a room with access to a shared terrace. We hope the bottle of wine we offered and the free breakfast during your stay compensated a little bit for this error and, of course, we made every effort to make Expedia refund the price difference as quickly as possible. Your negative experience with Expedia's customer service made everything even worse and then came this storm that flooded parts of our hotel - something that has never happened since we opened the hotel 10 years ago... We understand that you are disappointed, please be assured that we truly regret that this happened. Unfortunately, we can't change things but we can say sorry once again and we can work on ourselves and improve constantly. Thank you so very much for having been our guest, we would be delighted to get a second chance and welcome you back again. All the best for you!

Dear Stephen, Thanks for your review. We are so sorry that your arrival was not a positive experience for you. It is true, Wednesdays can be quite crazy in Sineu which we can't influence actively but of course, you should feel like we are welcoming you with open doors when finally arriving at our hotel. For the safety of our guests though, we decided to keep our entrance closed at all times and put out a sign for new guests that did not receive an access key yet, indicating that one has to ring the doorbell and we try our best to come and open immediately. We are very sorry that we did not manage to welcome you in a way that you as our guest can expect us to, please accept our apologies for this. We hope that the positive memories you made during your stay compensated this bad start we had.
