The hotel is classic and very nicely appointed. The attendant at check-in (Miguel) was very pleasant and helpful throughout. The room is small but adequate and quiet with a small balcony and view - quite nice in many respects. I did not like that the room had a chemical smell, perhaps trying to cover up the stench of smokers (there was an ashtray in the room). The WiFi ranged from terrible to non-existent both in the room and on the terrace. It did not even work in the lobby. One of the waiters in the restaurant was unprofessional to the point of being rude.

Very nice location with excellent view of the sea from the rooms and the terrace of the restaurant/bar. The pool is good for refreshment before dinner. Simple and functional rooms

We stayed in Sa Baronia for two nights and overall had a great experience! The room was good sized with a breathtaking sea view. The lack of aircon made sleeping at night a bit difficult, and the walls are a bit thin but we had no unexpected problems. Breakfast was good and fresh and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Del alojamiento hay que destacar aspectos positivos como: las pedazo de vistas, en especial de atardeceres. Por otra parte, todo el personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Aspectos negativos: desayunar siendo invadido por avispas no es nada agradable. Y por ultimo, en Mallorca hace bastante calor y no disponen de aire acondicionado. En nuestro cuarto había un mini ventilador pero que no servía de mucho.

Struttura nel complesso buona, da valuta il discorso formiche/insetti vari in camera, (mi svegliavo piena di becconi nonostante vari spray, sono dovuta ricorrere ad antistaminici perché erano insopportabili) dovuti a formiche che mi trovavo nel letto, e il parcheggio inesistente ed era un terno all’otto ogni giorno sperando di trovarne uno. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, piscina bella, e vista ottima.

I can't stress how amazing this hidden gem of a hotel is : ) The staff is beyond accommodating, transparent, and overall only seen when needed. The room itself is spotless, great ocean/sunset view. I'm seeing noise complaints on here but the only noise I ever heard was room service at around 10/11am when breakfast was wrapping up. It's only about 30 minutes of them switching linens/towels and etc. The couple next to our room got engaged and we never heard them not once besides when my friend and I overheard their engagement on the balcony.... The breakfast was also a very nice gesture. The food is very fresh and also the same that you would get at any Spanish restaurant so it's such a nice treat. Sidenote: Some of the fruit are picked on the the property.. OMGOSH best part is the pool which was never packed, always clean, and so scenic. Can't stress how obsessed I am with the view : ) If, the pool isn't your thing then the beach is also very beautiful and a bit of a hike but nothing extreme. Only like 10 minutes away and wonderful snorkeling location. The only thing about this hotel is they don't have A/C but most places in Mallorca don't so it's totally normal. To be honest, I'm shocked it's a 2star hotel because they truly do offer the best service I've seen in Mallorca. Oh and last but not least, no obnoxious tourist in this side of the island or town. We made the mistake of going to Camp de mar for a day and immediately ran back to the rest of our stay!

Hervorragende Unterkunft. Balkon, Pool, Terrasse mit Meerblick. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Nur eine Klimaanlage fehlt im Zimmer. Mit der Bereitstellung vom Ventilator ging es aber auch. Komme gerne wieder. Danke

Der Ausblick auf das Meer, die fast schon romantische Lage im Dorf jenseits des Massentourismus und die grandiose Freundlichkeit des Personal sowie der Pool ohne viele lärmende Kinder waren absolut klasse. Das half hinweg über das einzige Manko, dass es recht hellhörig im Hotel war.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og atmosfære. Ældre faciliteter, men overalt fornemt vedligeholdt og meget rent. Der er lydt mellem værelserne, dog ikke tv-støj, idet der ikke var tv på værelset... Vi fik god morgenmad. Dette hotel kan anbefalet til kunder der vægter kvalitet og god service , fremfor sidste designtrend....

- Lage in dem kleinen Bergdorf TOP! - Aussicht der Zimmer atemberaubend - Eingangsbereich hat was - für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet (kein Aufzug, Parkplatz ist 5 min Fußweg auf einem Berg) - Zimmer sehr veraltet (Einrichtung Ausstattung) -> keine Seife, kein Föhn -> Geruch im Zimmer sehr schlimm - Frühstück lässt zu Wünschen übrig -> länger als 1 Nacht hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen, dafür aber OK - Preis/Leistung eher schlecht

Wonderful place. Eating area and place to have drinks on the roof are unparalleled. Amazing. Only one thing to note is when we were checking out two other guests (separate rooms and not related) had their rooms broken into and lots of property/money stolen. The receptionist seemed defensive, dismissive and didn't seem to take it seriously. We left before the situation was "resolved" but we sincerely hope that management/the receptionist changed and took this serious. To have two rooms broken into within 24 hours of each other is incredibly suspicious....

Loved the property! Very traditional, quiet, no fuss. Uniquely set up and with a gorgeous view and pool. We used the hotel as a base to travel the island from. The first morning we woke up to stale eggy pipe water from the toilet all over the floor (luckily no damage to any of our things), I let them know and they were able to fix it before we came back for the evening. The rest of our stay was very nice. However, there was one staff member with a hamburger and soft drink tattoo on his arm who made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and insulted my significant other by calling him 'miserable'. Here's the thing, my partner is never one to take advantage but on our way out after check-out, he really thought the simple coffee cake on the bar was included so he started to cut a slice... That is when hamburger started to scold us about paying. We apologised for our mistake in albeit poor Spanish but the dude just kept fallowing us out the door and continued to berate us in Spanish... By this point we were very flustered and embarrassed, that is when he pointed at my partner and called him 'miserable'. It was horribly awkward and a weird situation and so I just said "no comprende" and we walked to our car to leave for our next destination.... I do highly recommend this place, seriously do not let this review put you off but that dude (employee) was something else. Maybe he thought we had just wandered in from the street, we will never know.

Preciosa puesta de sol desde la terraza, tanto del bar como desde la habitación. Lugar tranquilo y agradable. Piscina también muy acogedora y con bonitas vistas al mar. Limpieza mejorable. Las sábanas no las cambiaron en toda la semana, teniendo en cuenta que había ola de calor y no tienen aire acondicionado. Por estas mismas circunstancias el protector del colchón que es de plástico, resultó muy desagradable para dormir.

Das Dorf und das Hotel mit seinem einmaligen Ausblick auf die Terrassen und das Meer. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, der die Ruhe liebt und ein anderes Mallorca sucht. Vom Hotel aus kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen machen.

Trevligt men enkelt hotell som har som främsta företräde läget och en fantastisk terrass med en vidunderlig utsikt över hav och solnedgångar. Restaurangmenyn var inte så inspirerande, men frukosten var bra.

Dejligt hotel i super hyggelig lille by
Skønt hotel, dejlig by. Smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Fantastisk tagterrasse lige ud til havet samt dejlig swimmingpool. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt som udgangspunkt for vandreture. Flere gode restauranter/cafeer i den lille, hyggelige by.

The views from the terrace are exceptional. Unfortunately the terrace and pool were unavailable due to a large wedding. Not enough staff to look after paying guests. No drinking water provided but no staff or fridge for bottled water. Expedia confirmation says room service is available but it is not.

Ubicación excelente en la localidad de Banyalbufar
El hotel adolece el paso de los años, pero su estado de conservación es impecable. Importante tener en cuenta que no dispone de ascensor. Las vistas, lo mejor. Tanto desde la terraza como desde la habitación. Se agradecería que variase algo el desayuno, cuando llevas más de 3 días resulta repetitivo.

Vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons traverser l’île dans tous les sens pour revenir a Banyalbufar tous les soirs et dîner à l’hôtel . Il faut aimer le calme d’un petit village .... randonneur foncez .Sinon gros problème d’insonorisation, notre voisin de chambre ronfle et les chaises de la terrasse bougent avec le vent donc bruit au plafond....les portes claquent ...

Wir haben es bei unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem 2*-Hostal genossen, in sehr gastfreundlicher Atmosphäre, bei fantastischem Blick auf das Meer sowohl vom Zimmer als auch von der Terrasse aus die Seele zwischen den landschaftlich reizvollen Wanderungen baumeln lassen zu können. Der Pool sorgte zwischendurch für die richtige Erfrischung. Da benötigt man keinen Fernseher auf dem Zimmer. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte absolut.
