A partir du moment où vous nous avez fait savoir que vous étiez dérangés, la situation s’est arrêtée car la cliente s’est en allée. Nous vous informons que la politique de notre hôtel ne nous permet pas de compenser nos clients avec de l’argent. C’est pourquoi la direction vous a offert d’autres alternatives que vous avez refusé au lieu nous informer que vous alliez nous pénaliser en nous laissant un mauvais commentaire tel que vous l’avait.Concernant les portes couvre-feu, je souhaiterai clarifier le fait qu’à l'hôtel, nous avons approuvé et certifié toutes les inspections de sécurité pour nos clients.
