The children’s playground backs off to the car park. There’s a very low fence with a small gate. The parking area has a gate that backs off to a main road. Any child can walk off and anyone can walk in to the the playground. It is unsafe for children to play freely.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter dort, und sind tatsächlich erstmals zum zweiten Mal an den gleichen Ort, das Zafiro Palmanova, gereist. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber augenscheinlich stets erneuert und gepflegt. Die Sportgeräte im Fitnessraum sind lediglich nicht mehr so toll und bräuchten dringend ne Erneuerung. Die Abendshows sind super, auch in der Nebensaison noch volles Programm bis zum letzten Tag! Servise Personal morgens und abends ist reichlich vorhanden um stets für Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu den Stoßzeiten zu sorgen, wenn alle Familien über das tolle Buffet herfallen. Tolles Essen, schöne Anlage, toller Strand & klares Wasser, viele Aktivitäten - gern wieder.

Chilled girls break.
Hotel was absolutely spotless. Constantly being cleaned. Very modern hotel with fantastic facilities, we were in a penthouse suite with its own hot-tub...just fabulous.

This was our third visit to Zafiro Palmanova. This year we were disappointed. Our room was adjacent to a neighbouring hotel with wry loud entertainment well into the night. Our children couldn’t sleep until 1am. The room lacked the finishing touches: very poor water pressure, toilet flush faulty, no dish cloths/sponges. We asked for spare towels as room service didn’t arrive one day- took 6 hours.

Overall the property was very nice however we could all of the movement of other guests in the hallways from our room. We also could hear the entertainment every night from our room which was really loud. Rooms are not sound proof at all.

We had a great holiday in the hotel, it was clean, the rooms are big with a terrace, really great for kids, breakfast was great, to the sea 5 minutes by foot, the location is good- you can reach everything really good and fast

Amazing hotel
I would like to thank Maria Lopez at the reception and her team for their wonderful service. In addition to the amazing food, the staff was extremely friendly and the paella was to die for. As a whole, the hotel was very modern, with its rooms being very clean and of a high standard. During my stay, I had my 12 and 14-year-old children along with my wife.

Amazing comfy
Great hotel. Even though it was out of season there was still a few things to do. Buffet food fab room overlooking pool was comfy for2 adults a 2 kids. I think the only thing they could improve on is at reception when checking in they should let us know wher all the facilities are eg indoor pool gym mini golf spa. Also would Have be nice to know as we were self catering what buffet costs were and if we wanted to upgrade to half/full board.

J’ai aimer l’hôtel très beau très grand très propre..le buffet un peux chers car en a pas grand chose ..pas un mot en français..personnellement j’ai u du mal à communiquer..autre chose le parking ..très loin en est obligé de fair tt le tour pour accéder à l’hôtel ..sinon j’ai réservé une chambre vue sur piscine en m’a donné une chambre vue sur route et quand j’ai réclamé en ma dit qu’il fallait que je rajoute 4 eur par jour pour qu’en me donne une autre chambre et que ce n’était pas disponible alor que l’hôtel était presque vide ..mais sinon je le recommande

Très bien situé, l’accueil est bon. Maintenant les piscines sont froides, la piscine d’intérieur est vétuste, le spa également. Les chambres sont très bien. Les kitchenettes très sommaires. Personne ne parle un mot Français, ça c’est pénible... le petit dej est top. Des travaux importants viennent de démarrer à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel donc si vous voulez vous reposer, il faut peut-être attendre 1 à 2 ans...

We got a great deal on this hotel so we were happy. Rooms basic but totally usable. We had the road side of the hotel which doesn’t have a view or get sun so I’d advise upgrading if it’s not too pricey. We went self catering. Probably would have upgraded to b&b but did think 25e each wasnt worth it although apparently the AI is good value. Pools are chilly which is to be expected out of season so a wetsuit for little people stops this from being a problem. Location of the hotel is great. Near beach, restaurants and a great Aldi. We went for a 4 day cheap and cheerful and this is what we got. Not fancy, probably could get much better if you wanted to pay more but the hotel did the job nicely for us x

Unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir kommen wieder!
Wir wollten unseren Enkelkindern einen Urlaub mit vielen Aktivitäten bieten. Hotel Zafiro hat unsere Wünsche übertroffen. Sehr gute Animation mit sportlichen Aktivitäten und viel Spass. Die Zimmer renoviert und gross. Separates Schlafzimmer. Sehr grosses Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Sehr sauberes Ambiente. Das Essen, was das Herz begehrt. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt z.B.Laktose freie Omeletten. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Unser Flug ging erst am Abend und da durften wir unsere Koffer in einen separatem Zimmer abstellen und ohne Aufpreis noch das Mittagessen geniessen.

Hotelanlage ist grosszügig und sehr zentral gelegen. Leider merkt man Ihr das alter an. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden und werden auch in Sachen Unterhalt nur zweckmässig instandgehalten. Das Essen entspricht leider nicht einer 4 Sterne Kategorie. Das Buffet ist zwar reichhaltig und ausgewogen, jedoch fehlt es den Köchen an Raffinesse und dem handwerklichen Geschick. Zu loben ist jedoch der Service durch die Angestellten, stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Unterhaltungsangebot für die Kinder und die Abendunterhaltung sind ganz gut. Leider wiederholt sich das Programm zu Oft. Im Grossen und Ganzen können wir auf eine angenehmen und erfüllten Urlaub zurückschauen.
