cleaning service was only available every other day. meaning no fresh towels daily. asked the cleaning staff and hotel reception who refused to give us clean towels, even after we explained that our clean towels were on the bathroom floor. They provided small kids beach towels. The bathroom has an odd sewer smell and the shower was so small you couldn’t move. the shower curtain doesn’t block out any water so the water goes everywhere, hence why we had to put our bath towels on the floor. The shower head was rusty and only a little bit of water comes out. the shower head fell off one night when we were having showers. The air conditioning was horrible. Little to no air comes out even when the temperature was set at 16 degrees. It is impossible to sleep when it’s 40 degrees outside and the air conditioning doesn’t work. the room was disgustingly hot all the time, even with the air conditioning running. We are extremely disappointed that this hotel was so horrible considering the price and the advertising on the internet. It was extremely expensive considering the poor facilities. We traveled around Malta for a month and stayed in multiple hotels. This was one of the most expensive hotels we paid for and the facilities were so much better in other places. The only good thing about this hotel was the location as it was a 5 minute walk from the beach but it does not outweigh the poor quality rooms. Would not recommend staying here

Dear Guest ,Thank you for your review albeit a negative one .please note that the cleaning of the rooms is clearly shown at the booking stage in the fine print .As regards the towels, yes that is correct, towels are changed every other day and only upon request we give normal towels to our guest , not kids towels as you stated . As regards the room, note that if this was highlighted during your stay, im certain we could had put remedy into it, however I will appreciate if you could spare couple of minutes to send me an email with your arrival date and booking reference number .Kindly send me an email at Santiago@lhcmalta.com regards

Short walk to the waterfront and multiple restaurants. Great location, nice facilities, and very friendly staff.

Basic but fine
Overall it was good. Room was ok, bathroom door didn’t close, it is quite basic. The cleaner only came once to the room in our stay. The staff were friendly, but we paid quite a lot of money for the service we received.

Great holiday from start to finish-some of the Studio rooms are better than others but a refurbishment project is being undertaken. Cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff was great. Excellent Sky pool area for adults only.

Preis-Leistung war super. Armaturen im Badezimmer sollte erneuert werden. Z. B. Wasserhahn mit Mischbatterie - aktuell ein Wasserhahn für kalt und einer für heisst. Dennoch würde ich das Hotel empfehlen.. Kleiner Supermarkt mit im Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Frühstück ist gut. Gibt auf Nachfrage auch glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good price for a reasonable hotel
Clean hotel with good service. I liked that one of the outdoor pools was mainly in the shade as it was very hot during August. The apartment was quite small but everything was working (shower, AC).

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war jederzeit super freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffer war leider nur "okay". Die Betten waren sehr hart und mein Badezimmer wurde nie gereinigt, nur das Zimmer. Dennoch ein insgeheim schöner Aufenthalt und dir Lage ist auch super.

Really good value for money and the staff/service was amazing. Some of the complex was a bit dated but there was upgrading work going on in the building while we were there so looks like it is going to be improved

Decent stay
Overall the hotel is good and pretty well located, near beach, few restaurants and it also has its own mini market for groceries. We could buy food there and cook ourselves. Reception staff is very helpful. The beach of ghadira is among best in malta. Water is shallow and convenient for small kids. Only problem we had with the hotel, the room was not cleaned daily. One day they just replaced towels while floor needed an urgent cleaning. They didn't even do the beds. The next time it was done properly.

No free parking.
Old fashion. But in good shape. Aircondition don't really cool anything down. Got quite annoyed that on the booking they said there was free parking, and in reality there are none. There are public parking, if you are lucky, and if it's not busy.

Très bien
Très agréable séjour avec une mention spéciale à Ahmed à l acceuil, très compétant, très agréable et au service des clients. Coté restauration bonne nourriture mais le service à table peut être amélioré (mettre les couverts,..). Les équipements du spa inclus c est top.

Horrible Service
We tried to cancel as it was too far away for us. The management was rude. The room was cold and dirty sheets. We were promised Wi-fi, which then had to be paid for in the room, or we had to sit it the lobby.

Great stay in a great location
A fantastic base for our holiday, a short walk from some great bars and restaurants, near the beach and right by bus stops connecting to the rest of the island and the departure point for boat tours to Gozo and Comino. Rooftop pool was great, though a shame that it was completely closed on Sunday due to a thunderstorm in the morning (the weather the rest of the day was lovely!).

Spendera 4 nätter på Luna holliday complex. Väldigt hårda sängar, städningen var inte alls bra de in gick bara en gång i veckan, saftybox kostar pengar 6euro för 4 nätter, fanns inget diskmaterial. Personalen var otrevlig genom att svara otrevligt när man ställde frågor, om du är Glutenintolerant så är de stora varning att åka hit. För ingen förstod var de betyder. Det som var bra var poolen och utsikten.
