Tanto los trabajadores del hotel ( los y las recepcionistas y la limpiadora), como la dirección o gestión del hotel se han computado como excelentes profesionales y personas con humanidad; enhorabuena, esta es muy buena combinación. Both the hotel workers (the receptionists and the cleaner), as well as the management of the hotel, have been considered excellent professionals and people with humanity; congratulations, this is a very good combination.

The key system and the showers reflect the hostel was designed by someone who travelled a lot. You have your own key opening the hostel, the room and your own locker. Amazing. In the shower you have a specific curtain to protect your things. Very good idea. Hostel is a bit old in furniture but definitely good choice.

I like the location, the stuff were very good especially the guy from Serbia and the guy from Bangladesh they were really helpfull and very nice. I dislike everything at that hostel, very expensive hostel, they never provide their customers anything, service very bad, they charge you 37 Euro per punck bed, and never give you lotion for taking bath. the kitchen horrible, the fridge very small its enough for few persons. not safe at all cos i never found my beer and water after i put it the fridge. the prices for drinks at the rooftop was crazy expensive. No have any kind of services provides to the customers. Really very bad hostel.

Highly recommend to avoid
Staff was nice but that was where the positives end. The building was 1000 degrees and the AC in the room did nothing. I don’t understand how much it was hotter inside the building than outside. The quality of the mattress and pillow were embarrassing. I could feel every spring in the mattress that is probably old as sin and the pillow was crap too. The hostel owner needs to put some money into the place because the comfort provided is pathetic. The main purpose of a hostel is sleep so if the beds are horrible and the AC does nothing then the hostel is a failure.

Very dirty room. Mould on walls and smell of mould and mildew! extremely dirty and the dirt is built up on the sides of beds and on floors. no common area to relax, only pub area which is not idea for working and if weather is bad the deck isnt possible for working. Essentially only a bed and that is it. Microwave also needs replaced. 20EUR deposit is taken for key. Received it back at end of stay.

Marco Polo Hostel is a nice youth place to stay! Well located, close to busses stops and restaurantes. Everything was good, nice people in the room and staff. Highly recommend.

Very cheap hostel, but the bunk-beds bed are pretty uncomfortable. Good location close to bus stops to get to nicer parts of Malta, but the area itself doesn't offer much, at least not in November during a pandemic. It's probably much better in 'normal' times.

Séjour agréable ! Personnel sympathique ! Manque un peu de propreté dans les chambres. La pression des douches pas assez forte. Un bon roof top avec vu sur la ville. Idéalement placé, bus à proximité pour voyager sur toute l'île.

nice but noisy
The hostel was nice, it’s proper even if we saw a coakroach under the bed. It’s also difficult to sleep well because there is a lot of noize at the night when people don’t respect the silence in the common areas. When you heard someone talking as if they were in your room at 2-3am... The Rooftop is really nice, you can cook et eat on it with a nice view on San Giulian.

Ottimo hostel, alla reception c'era bryan che mi ha aiutato tantissimo a sapere bene come e dove andare, bravissimo!!! Le camere sono comode, pero un po di pulizia dentro i letti a castello ci vuole, tantissima polvere. A parte questo, consiglio tantissimo.

Love the curtain which offers private space to each person and the bed is very cozy. Its label as a party hostel but at night its not noisy at all, even when they were having the pub crawl on the rooftop. The downside is when its raining, you wont be able to have a seat on the rooftop but stay in the room. I miss the bed.

客層が悪すぎる とにかくうるさい
これまでに様々な国のホステルに宿泊しましたが、こんなにうるさいホステルは初めてでした。私が一番初めに入った部屋は欧米系のパリピばかりで、音楽をスピーカーでガンガン聞いたり(何度注意してもきいてくれなかった)、私が外出中に誰かが私のベッドで靴で上がり寝ていた跡があったり、覚えのないゴミも置いてあったりと、荒らされてしまいました。また、喫煙、セクハラもされたので我慢ができず、部屋を変えてもらうようにレセプションに頼みました。正直、ホステルに泊まって部屋を変えてもらったことは初めてでした。部屋を変えてもらってからは、割と何事もなく過ごせたので、ルームメイトによるのかと思います。ただ、全体的に若い欧米系が多いです。物静かなアジア人には向かないホステルかもしれません。ホステルは中心部の道路に面しているので、救急車も通り、周辺にはパブもあるので、週末は特にうるさいです。 冷蔵庫は名前とチェックアウトの日付を書いておかないと捨てられます。名前と日付を書いていても捨てられましたが。笑 ドライヤーはレセプションに頼めば、パスポートと引き換えに貸してくれます。シャンプー、ボディソープはありません。シャワーは水圧の当たり外れがあるので、浴びる前に確認することをお勧めします。出てこないものは本当にチョロチョロとしか出てきません。各ベッドにカーテンが付いており、プライバシーを確保することができます。ただ、ベッドの上には枕とブランケット代わりの薄いシーツ1枚しかなく、10月中旬に行きましたが、夜は冷える上にクーラーがガンガンついていたので、長袖を持参することをお勧めします。レセプションに頼めば布団を貸してくれます。ベッドの下に大きなロッカーがあり、カードキーで開けることができます。 比較的大きなスーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内に2つあります。 私は後日スリーマにある別のホステルに宿泊しましたが、値段があまり変わらなかったのにも関わらず、そちらの方が全然良かったです。San Piju V通りにあるところです。参考までに。
