Good food, friendly staff, and well kept, if a little dated. The bulldozing and digging machines directly outside the hotel, drilling down into the car park, ruined this. We had to change rooms after the first night -it was so loud the walls shook, and it was relentless from 7AM to 5pm every day. After we moved rooms, you could hear it less, but it was a shame to not know about this ahead of time, as we would never have booked otherwise.
Also, as low season, the lovely pools you see in all the pictures? Unheated, ice-cold, and unusable. Not a single person went in them, just the small indoor pool, which was crowded.
