The floors were dirty. Housekeeping was aggressive and took the room key when I tried to check out. I paid for 2 double beds but received a single bed and a double bed. There was no walkway between the two beds and no trash receptacle for large items like a pizza box. Parking lot was not cleared of ice and snow after the storm.

Kept getting kicked off the Internet it was dirty the bed was dirty. The heater took so long to heat up the room when it was so cold but inside lobby where the gentleman helps you pour service he was rude. I would never stay there again, but that’s what you get for staying in a two star hotel for Cheap.

Run down and filthy. Smelled like cologne when I walked in. (Is this a flop house?? Just a thought!) Doesn't even have fitted sheets, just two top sheets. The mattress cover needs washing. Pic and description said kitchenette, no fridge, not even a mini. Lamp wobbles. Curtains do not keep out light. Outside property lights were always on and when I woke up during the night I thought it was daytime. Did I say filthy? I wouldn't use the drawers or kitchenette cabinets.

Surprisingly comfortable for an older hotel
I'll admit I have a soft spot for vintage 2 star motels. I needed a place to stay because of an overnight snowstorm. I tried to call twice to find out about how booked they really were, and nobody answered. The website showed they had only one room left, and it was true! This little hotel was totally sold out! I was grateful for a cleanish and quietish place to stay. The main rooms are spacious and appear to be recently renovated. Bathroom is semi-renovated but the shower was dark but had great water pressure and seemed clean. My room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The heat/AC was easily controlled. The bed was fantastically comfortable, slightly soft but supportive. My neighbors appeared to be having a domestic dispute but they have no control over that.... beware of the toilets, though. Plugged up despite my doing nothing. First time I ever had to plunge a toilet in a motel. I would stay here again though. It's a nice little place to rest in an area with no motels closer than White Plains and that's pretty far away in a snow storm. Also wanted to mention that the cleaning staff are very sweet and do a good job. Don't be scared off by old bad reviews. They are trying to keep this place up and it's an oasis in a desert when you need it! And p.s. it's close to Trader Joe's, Boston Chicken, and all kinds of good eats.

There is no microwave woven, nor a mini refrigerator, not even an iron and hanger to hang cloths!

I didn't like the what we were told as the distance from the airport. We were told 7m, and it was 24m. Had to buy small bottle waters for $2ea. Otherwise, ok for relaxing

It's a mom and pop type of place. We stay one night and it was what we needed. The price was right and not 3x as the other options.

This place is disgusting. Reminded me of a jail cell in fact I put a towel over the disgusting pillows to even sleep and everything was so gross. Do not stay here! Indian owned gross not clean Ewwwww!! Check Yelp for the photos.

Good that was a late check in available. But I do not know how the city of Mamaroneck would not step in for necessary upgrades to bathroom…. No door, duck tape on vanity drain. Dirty windows. Not fit for the faint o’ heart !

Room was perfectly fine, no issues, was clean. A/C worked. Nice spacious fridge and microwave in room was nice. TV great. Good desk. Bathroom small but totally fine, clean.

The place is fine - not elegant, but fine and a good price. The only thing was that the check-in staff wasn't there when we arrived at 3, so we had to wait around, then go out and come back before they arrived.

Surprisingly good enough.
The overall experience was good. The bed was a little too firm. There were stains on the wall. They attempted to remove it without success. The stand up shower was the best experience. The water pressure was so strong and exhilarating. Neighborhood is nice with a pizza shop right next door. It just needs some updates(furniture, structural items).

You get what you pay for. It is not fancy and I only wanted a place to sleep while attending an event close by and it served my purpose. Positive there was a refrigerator and microwave. It was quiet.

Old but clean and charming
At first it looked gloomy but the stay was very nice. The windows opened for fresh air which I liked. Although the room was old it very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. The price was very reasonable and area was nice. Easy train ride to NYC

The man at the front desk when I arrived at 11 p.m. would not honor the reservation that I had made through Expedia. This forced me to try to find a place to stay at such a late hour that I had to settle for a much more expensive one, as many nearby hotels had no vacancies.

Good things first: excellent mattresses and pillows, and the shower worked beautifully. BUT the room was tiny and the building appears to be falling apart, it was just barely clean, and it reeked of smoke. Not recommended.
