Beautiful...but lacking water.
The location of this hotel is stunning. The view from our room was breathtaking and the room itself was amazing. However, during our stay the hotel was experiencing plumbing issues and there was no running water in the room and no other open rooms had functioning plumbing. Staff brought up water to flush toilets and wash our hands. A shower would have been welcomed after the long hot day. I was disappointed no discount was provided as we were unable to fully use the facilities in the room. I would still return again (as long as the water is functional).

Great place but FULL BOARD option MISLEADING
Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.

amazing place to stay in the isletas
Beautiful hotel. Great staff. excellent views. quiet clean, and really affordable considering all that you get.

Amazing place
Awesome place!!! A few little glitches but it was taking care from Hotel.com Note.. Do not belive when it says INCLUDES ALL MEAL!! not true only Breakfast was.

está encima de una Isleta, por lo que tienes vistas del lago de Nicaragua en todas las direcciones y además de la vista al volcán
