For us the opinions of our guests are very important and they will always be welcome to improve in order to fulfill our mission, which is that our guests enjoy their stay. In your particular case, I think there has been an error, we are known for not having air conditioning or television, our guests come to relax and enjoy the surroundings and decoration, usually enjoy what they see, as you could see the rooms are open, with thermal insulation, do not know your particular case, but I guess if received an upgrade was given a room on the first floor which has a small private garden, chairs to sit outside and an open bathroom, the rooms are designed to provide a pleasant temperature, but do not have air conditioning, television and it is not within our expectations or policy to put them because we would be against the precepts that we try to respect, which are to be friendly with the environment. Regarding the front desk, we will take note of your observation and try to improve in that aspect. Thank you for taking your time to write and have a good day!

Estimado huesped, nosotros sentimos mucho que ustedes hayan tenido esta experiencia, pero hay que reconocer que aqui hubo un error tanto del Equipo de Expedia, como el de ustedes mismos. Ya que con Expedia se habia acordado una cosa y luego aparecia otra, además ustedes reservaron una habitacion para 1 adulto y 3 niños, y los que vinieron fueron 2 niños y 3 adultos. Les explicamos que no podian estar en una habitacion cuadruple y se les dio un precio muy especial que por supuesto no son nuestros precios, 3 adultos y 2 niños de 15 y 17 años con desayuno incluido por un precio de 40 dolares con impuestos incluidos, ni siquiera un backpacker tiene esos precios Hubiera sido interesante que usted diera tambien esta informacion, sentimos que nuestro staff estuviera un poco inconforme, pero ciertamente la situación para nosotros era un poco sofocante, con precios de habitaciones para 4 personas con desayuno incluido de 25 US. El baño ha sido revisado y no presenta ningun problema, quiza fuera que la ocupacion del mismo, superior a la recomendada y la manera en la que fue usado no fuera la adecuada. Agradezco que se haya tomado el tiempo en dar su opinión y trabajaremos sobre los aspectos negativos para mejorarlos.

Thank you for choosing La Tora Hotel. We keep our rates low by Eco Architectural design with many open air spaces. This in turn keeps our hotel fresh and less expensive then others. Electricity is very expensive here in Nicaragua La Tora Hotel
