Was beautiful. The view of the mountains and the creek in the back were amazing. Our room was spotless and huge. Very comfortable stay. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. Would happily book a stay there again.

Nice property, good location and large clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Charged me for extra person when on the app extra people doesn't change the price of the room. Wasn't to happy about that issue.

Please note that when you book through a 3rd party website, there is a charge for extra child/adult when occupancy is greater than 2 people in each room. We cannot control how 3rd party websites decide to show this extra fee in their system. In Expedia they call it "extra guest" fee and you will see the difference in the total amount if you would have added the correct number of people in the room. Hope this makes it clear for the future!

Very cozy and quiet. Staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. Safe and convenient place to lay ur head for a couple of days. I would visit again and recommend.

Such a nice, intimate hotel! Mike is a great owner and manager. He keeps the place neat and with a real homey feel. Great place to stay while skiing VT.

Clean, safe, lots of parking, and very close to numerous restaurants and not to far from ski areas. Price very reasonable. Owner on site throughout at office and takes pride in property and assuring guests have good stay.

It was a dark and snowy night, but the warm welcome I got at TRI was great. My room was BIG, clean and had a lovely view of small mtn and river, I believe all rooms have similar view. The bathroom, while dated, was SUPER clean (I wish my bathroom at home could be that clean ; ) If in Manchester, but skiing at OKEMO, again, I would def stay there again

What a hidden gem! We loved the vibe of this hotel: modern, clean, thoughtful. The hot tub and fireplace did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

Well be back
We only stayed 1 night in the off season to explore the area. The building and room was clean. There was a sitting area with a fire place but the fire wasn't going yet. We still enjoyed the decor. The view from the window of the brook was nice. We're planning to return to the area in the spring and we'll probably be staying here again.

We loved staying at this property. It had retro vibes and was really well done decorations to mid century modern decor. The staff was very friendly and it was really quiet and clean. If you’re looking for a smaller and unique property to stay at this is a great option.

Great place to stay except...
The motel is a retro 60's style which is what we love about the property. The rooms were very clean and neat upon check-in. The property has a nice sun room with a large fire place and a coffee bar that is self served and is well stocked. If there is one complaint I must say its with the owners lack of accommodating guest a couple from NJ and our friends asked the owner to light the fireplace so we could enjoy the space at night and he refused by saying that "I light the fire place in December" We were there on October 18th and the temperature was got down to the high 30's at night. They kept the temperature in the room to cold so that you could not enjoy the space. We had brought cards and games to play and some wine that we never got to enjoy or socialize together with our friends or the couple we met on site. As a business owner I never turn down a customers reasonable request especially if its from several customers. If its a matter of buying wood just soy so and we would be happy to cover the cost of the wood.
Great space...if you can use it.

Thank you Joseph for staying with us. We are sorry you felt put off with regard to the lighting of the fireplace. We operate the fireplace as a seasonal feature much like we do the pool. We do them during the ski season when the temperatures are averaging in the 30s or below. While there were a couple of chilly nights this October, there were also days in the 70s. These big swings are the reason we don't commit to starting the fire so early. Once we start lighting it, it is expected to be lit every night. This requires staging, swapping out patio furniture with the firewood racks, stacking a large amount of firewood and staffing the lounge to attend to the fire all night. The heat in the lounge is set to 60-65F in the Fall. We would have been happy to turn the heat up if someone would have asked or mentioned they were cold.

Quiet motel with large rooms, free parking, and outside hot tub. Next to the Roundhouse pub and Bobs Diner.

Toll Road Inn was a great find.
This hotel is a bit of a no frills property in that the decor is older, but or room was very roomy, the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The best part was the beautiful view and the creek that runs through the property. It is located on the outskirts of Manchester and we loved the Roundhouse Bar and Grill right next door. Great food and friendly staff with a great bar and big screen TV'S.

This property was five stars in all the areas that count. Super soft sheets, soft mattresses, clean room, morning coffee, a nice stream view, and the most important thing for this curly redhead, conditioner, in a big bottle, that was good quality. Just heaven to a tired traveler, at a great price. I want to go all the way back just to stay here and enjoy the big gathering room, games, fireplace, etc. My trip was not nearly long enough!
