部屋は清潔で広くよかったです。ただシャワーが時々水になりました。 エレベーターはありませんが、階段の数は多くなかったのでなんとかなると思いました。 朝食がイギリス定番のメニューでとてもおいしかったです。 全体的によい滞在でした。

Altes Gebäude, Zimmer sind sauber und modern bis auf das Badezimmer welches sehr klein ist. Hotel liegt fußläufig zur AO Arena und der Shoppingmall, Bahnhof Victoria ist ebenso fußläufig

Will never ever stay again, place needs a lot if work tbh. Iall the fllors were wonky, best way to explain is if you imagine the old haunted house you would around at fairground, then you'd have a good impression of how wonky the floors were. Carpets were old and threading. Our first room stunk of damp, it had black damp on the walls, some of which looked like it had been plastered over very recently, so went to complain at reception, however, there was another persin there with the same complaint, room full of damp. I mean you font pay 150 for the night for this. They showed an alternative room, again smelt of damp, was small and dark. Then showed us another couple of rooms to which we picked the best of a bad bunch, although it was still awful, had black stains on the carpet, shower didnt work, no hot water out of any of the taps, so we couldnt get a showers, also had some little flies in the bathroom. Telly didnt work, had netflix and prime buttons on the controller, can only assume they hasn't paid their bill or subscriptions had run out as none of them worked. Bathroom tyles had black damp, toilet seat chipped, and my go the toilet brush was disgusting. Lampshade was damaged. If we had seen 4 rooms in this hotel and they were all bad, hearing others having the same issues, to be honest i dont kniw how health snd safety havrnt been and shut the place down, it's awful.

The TVs are not connected to the internet so we do not have Prime or Netflix on them, we do, however, have all of the freeview channels available to watch. The gentleman who checked me in was very professional and friendly. Check in was very quick. The room was a good size, very pleasant, clean and the bed was comfy. Check out was less pleasant, the woman at reception was on the phone and stayed on the phone whilst checking me out. No pleasantries, no "I hope you enjoyed your stay". Breakfast was fantastic, all self serve. The hotel is in a great location and is very quiet.

First Class Service and facilities.
Hi The Mitre is a first class Hotel it is actually better than the Premier Inn, better facilities friendly staff and a breakfast that is included in the room rate to die for, the breakfast was second to none, I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again if back in the area.

Es hing ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Der Bodenbelag war ein unhygienischer und schmuddeliger Teppich. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht (Ende Dezember). Das Bett war ganz in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Insgesamt aber leider definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Superb…
Apart from the shower, which trickled out for a few seconds before you had to press the button again, and the soap was like 90% water - This hotel was amazing. Great location, great breakfast (yum), nice staff. Will be back, with my own shampoo and shower gel.

Room was dirty, hotel had an odour that was terrible. Stained mattress, one toilet per corridor. Pretty much like staying in a hostel.

Needs some love
Wasn't quite sure what to expect. The photos on the website make it look really nice. In reality, my room was very dated, very small, and in need of repair. The bathroom was tiny. Unable to sit on the toilet without having your arm in the sink bowl.

Ok stay
Check in smooth, very friendly receptionist, manned 24 hrs/day. Room recently refurbished, quiet and warm. I was on top floor. Hotel is right opposite cathedral and exchange square. No outside noisecafter midnight. Good hot buffet for breakfast. Hotel is undergoing much needed refurbishment. Staff very helpful and trying hard. Did I miss the write up that it is above a busy pub?

Lovely staff
Very friendly welcome at reception with lots of useful info about the hotel and area. Room was reasonably clean but refurbishing was going on in the corridor. My veggie sausages got forgotten at breakfast but staff were nice and gave me a bonus cappuccino while I waited. Buffet was a bit limited and scrambled eggs were terrible- definitely not worth paying for if it's not included. Room was very cold, space heater was provided but obviously not ideal to use that all the time.

Hotel muy viejito
El staff es super amable y el desayuno excelente. El problema es que es un hotel muy viejito y absolutamente insonorizado. Se oyen los ronquidos del vecino como si estuviera en tu cama. El sistema de bombeo de agua hace tanto ruido como una bomba de la segunda guerra mundial. Las ventanas tampoco sin insonorizadas y menos aún doble vidrio contra el frío. Es devir que si viajas en invierno te congelas. La calefacción es además muy débil.

A grim threat to life - where’s the fire service?
Obvious fire safety risks and thus this hotel is a risk to life Electrical wires hanging out of damp ceiling. Extension wires roughly attached to walls, sockets falling apart - not clear tgat no bathroom in the room - Noisey pub below Shift manager Holly Beckan? Just not possessing basic knowledge required to have appreciation of threat to customers or need to resolve issues - staff training seems poor

Sockets and repair if room poor and dangerous

Nice hotel. In the heart of Manchester
We had a good time. The only thing we have to complain about is the water pressure in the shower and the temperature in the bathroom. Almost no water pressure so it was impossible to wash your hair and the bathroom was so cold.

Lovely building, room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Ideal location for the arena and shopping and the train station, will definitely be staying here again, also the breakfast was yummy too

Terrible place but great staff!!!
Very dirty, bathroom tiny, macerators going all night, could hear all other guests coming and going walls paper thin could hear tvs! Woken up at 6 with barrels in pub next door clanging about! Milk was off at breakfast, nothing on offer like menu stated ie pancakes, avocado only Buffett which was not v well stocked . It was located perfectly for city and staff were really friendly!!!!

Great location by shops and bars, the staff are very polite and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The room was not so great we had no bathroom in the room 🙈 it was shared facilities with other guest on the landing across from the room, apparently all the other rooms have there own bathrooms it’s just the top floor that doesn’t. Also the pictures on the booking site are not the same as the room we stayed in.

In terms of the room, we have 39 rooms in the hotel and 5 of which have shared bathrooms and unfortunately looking into your reservation details you did book a 'Triple room, shared bathroom' therefor there wasn't much we could do when you came for your booking as we was fully booked with it being a Saturday. In terms of the photographs we do not have all 39 rooms photographed online, when you stay in any hotel usually the room pictures are quite limited if the rooms are the same type and sometimes we are limited to how many pictures are allowed also on different sites. If you come and stay again please do not hesitate to ask us for any advise when booking to ensure next time you have an en suite room. La entrada está atrás de la calle de acceso, no hay ninguna señal que indique que es atrás del restaurante y pub. Legamos de madrugada por retraso del vuelo y no encontrábamos el hotel. Luego del susto por no encontrarlo, finalmente lo hallamos y la estadía estuvo bien.

Sorry, stayed here before so thought would use again, should have looked at travel lodge availability. Beds ok but cleanliness of showers etc not good. Stayed a second night in room 24 heavy rain during the night kept awake by sound of dripping water obviously roof repairs needed toilet seat in shared bathroom top floor broken. Ok for a sleep i suppose.
