For a 3 star property and price it’s great. We were happy with everything. It is dated but is kinda cool. There is only an indoor pool no outdoor.

Resort is quite dated, as other travelers had commented. It was close to the few restaurants that were open (from Sunday to Tuesday!) but the downside for us was the lack of information that the hotel restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. A mention of this at reception, in the room or in the lifts would have helped! They even gave us copies of the menus, breakfast & dinner when we arrived, with times available, but no mention of what days they were closed!

Dated and disappointing
This place is old and dated. While staying there the place was being renovated so we could not use the facilities. The shower was small with cracked tiles and hair from the previous occupant. With Covid I would’ve thought bottled water to be included but it was not.

When we walked into out $200 a night room it smelt musty. The towel rails were falling off. The place in general is just very old and need modernising. The customer service was excellent so no complaint there

Bed, bathroom, clean.pans fat left on, no shelf in fridge, sofas dusty,crumbs, step carpet very worn n frayed, corridors taped as ceiling leaking in several places. No use of pool, restaurant, spa..very disappointing as a NZer taking Perth family to a resort after covid freedom. Asked for refund as cancelled 2nd night, went to Seashells which was amazing , paid alot extra, but wanted to make up for night before.

We were informed over the phone prior to our stay that full dinner and breakfast dining would be available during our stay; IT WASN'T. If we were correctly informed we wouldn't have stayed at the Atrium. This dishonesty means we won't be staying there again. Also, the room we were in 320 was very tired looking and this area was very noisy throughout the night.

We couldn’t stay there cause our reservation hadn’t gone through to them but it had come through to me. So I was not a happy person with two kids

Unfortunately, on arrival to the room we discovered the toilet seat was broken and created a safety issue. Later in the evening when returning to the room, to our sheer horror! we noticed blood stains on bed sheets to one of the single beds. We obviously avoided that bed and had to make do with the small sofa. In the morning we reported all the above and was informed that they would look into this but have had no feedback from the hotel to date!

Loved this accommodation, my only gripe would be there were 3 mirrors in suite but none of them had sufficient lighting around them to apply makeup proficienrly.... was hit and miss!

We stayed for 2 nights, first night no problem, second night was the worst night in my hisory of staying in a hotel, as we literally had no sleep due to the next door guests which were partying all night and morning. Called after hours care taker but didn't make a difference. Knocking and kicking our door. Singing on balcony. Spoke to Atrium manager , she will give 1 night compensation refund. (understatement)

Very recommended
Atrium Hôtel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the foreshore, marina, Dolphin Quay and city centre. The room is very spacious with small private balcony. The staff is very Court and friendly.

Budget not Business
Budget accommodation which would be ok for families wanting something affordable. Not suitable for business; the desk and 'stool' are different heights so you can't work at the desk. The heater in my room didn't work and is quite old so not surprising. The onsite restaurant is only open 4 nights a week and nothing can be booked to your room. I won't be back.

It was very noisy but it is family style accommodation so that has to be expected. Was disappointed the spa wasn’t running. Room although quite out dated was comfortable and clean. Great price. Would definitely return

Nice looking, but the room was very dated and the noise level from the rooms either side where very disturbing, one side was four people watching tv while shouting at it and then the other side where a couple noisily making love(sex) could here all was not happy at all .

I like the atrium but this time I payed extra than I normally do because I wanted something a bit luxurious but instead I still got a standard room that I normally pay for, it wasn't the room I seen in the photos that I payed for... The only thing it was actually smaller and had new carpets 😑😮‍💨

Starting with the positive, the check in staff were nice. Literally dumped my bag inside the room and left for a function, lesson learned. When I got back I was tempted to call an Uber back to Perth . Absolutely nothing Deluxe about this room , standard would be a stretch, it stunk like a public swimming pool, dated decor , cracked and mouldy tiles in the bathroom, questionable stains on the carpet, no power points close to bed to charge devices, only one bedside table for a king size bed and the lamp was broken, no climate control in the room and what I can only assume was the ancient sounding industrial aircon unit sounded like road works, had enough by 2am so checked out.

Spa not working, the heated pool not working, rooms very old and dirty, the 3 bedroom is not 3 bedroom it's 2 bedrooms. very bad experience. the photos are different don't waste your money .

Upkeep of the property needs to happen , facial of air conditioner missing in our room, shower is not clean, strands of hair. Kids screaming in the pool early in the morning, we find it hard to sleep.
