Clean and well supplied. Difficulty with key to door. Was reported, attempted fixing by maintenance but not fixed properly.

Apartment was clean, not huge but with lovely views over the marina. Very noisy overhead neighbours and the bedrooms were quite hot once bedroom doors were closed. Couldn’t open the windows at night due to the street noise and noise from the restaurants below.

Our apartments are very conveniently located right in the heart of Mandurah overlooking the bright blue waters, and a few meters away from all the restaurants. This does mean you are right in the 'hustle and bustle' during the weekend. If we have the pleasure of welcoming you again, feel free to book one of our Superior Marina or Palladio View apartments, which are located at the quieter side of the building. Nice location and good view from the balcony, however not worth the money you pay by any means. Apartment was below average, odd smell inside, balcony seemed unclean (bbq, table etc), showers ran hot then cold and didn’t stay warm, carpets quite stained, blinds in the twin bedroom also had gaps from being previously broken. Iron / board didn’t work well, and the TV wouldn’t load YouTube when we tried to use it. Photos make this place look a lot better than it was and show the best pictures to sell the rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating at check in, and the property is secure! Wouldn’t stay again for the price

Spectacular views of Dolphin Quay
We really enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Quay Apartments. The best thing with our second level apartment was the view of Dolphin Quay. It was spectacular. There are restaurants at the floor level, the building is next to a small swimming beach and is a short stroll across the pedestrian bridge to cafes. The apartment itself is comfortable for a family of 4 and has two bathrooms which was appreciated. There is also a small kitchen and European style laundry. The balcony is quite large too.

A great apartment to stay if attending Mandurah Performing Arts centre or accessing Mandurah foreshore or Dolphin Quay ( a short walk). Close to restaurants and bars, downstairs, at Dolphin Quay or Mandurah foreshore. Shopping not too far. A nice apartment with views of marina and small beach/parklands. The property had spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Secure parking provided. Apartment had a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

I paid 880 aud for 1 night stay Marina View, and we got a room with total obstruction of the view by the roof of buildings below. So sitting down on the balcony our view was this roof. We left the same night.

The rooms were very hot. The conditioning is in the main lounge room. Which made it difficult to cool and get the bedroom cool. Really not a good fit for warm summers in Perth.

The only thing to mention was the shower was hot cold hot cold and when we mentioned it to reception we were told about 10 other guests had mentioned it already

Very very small and narrow beds in second bedroom. Totally unexpected. Not ideal for normal sized adults. Lovely location but would not stay in winter. No covered corridors to unit. Friendly staff and great position with lovely outlook but poor beds.

Accessibility of restaurants was good. Outdoor parking was good. Loved the dishwasher, & proximity of ocean. Very poor noise control, there was a lot of bass noise from one of the restaurants downstairs. The lights in the central area were left on all night and the blinds did not lock it out. Single beds were very small, ok for children, not adults. Ensuite shower for the larger bedroom was very slippery.

Lovely and clean. Parking is a pain for larger cars 4x4 roofracks as they are too high, so on street only. Coffee and milk scarcity, even after requesting more. Overall though a lovely spot with heaps of great food and drink options and gorgeous views. Will return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. What truly took my breath away was the spectacular ocean view. Waking up to the serene sight of the waves and the vast expanse of the water was an experience in itself. The apartment is well-maintained, and the amenities ensured a comfortable stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay by the ocean.
