We take hygiene seriously and would like to assure you that our AC filters are cleaned regularly to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our guests.Regarding the absence of a Hot/Cold water dispenser, we offer a more environmentally friendly option by providing 8 gallons of water for our guests, along with a fridge/freezer and a kettle to accommodate your hydration needs.Regarding the broken window lock in the dining area, we apologize for this inconvenience as well. We do our best to ensure all facilities are in good working condition, however some guests will force it open which damages the lock.If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our management team. If you had mentioned this to our staff we could have provided a WIFI booster. As you have made numerous repeat bookings with ourselves we trust the issue did not severely impact your stay.

As a Filipino I am sure you are aware of the fact that both phone and cable services can be disrupted due to adverse weather or maintenance which is outside of our control. Coffee is provided and if it was not there on arrival you only have to request it from our staff.

None of our reviews on this site mention cockroaches and if there were why didn't you voice your concerns with our staff who would have immediately rectified the problem. As we can not find any individual with the initials S J with a recent booking we would be grateful if you could supply us with full details of your reservation so that we can establish the facts.

Hi Sir, Thank you for your appreciation. Regarding aircon, it is a window type thats why thier is noise. We cannot change to splite type aircon because that is the design of the unit. Best Regards,

Thank you for your comment It would be helpful if you could clarify what you found lacking in our service as you made no comment during your stay. We are not a full service establishment, we do not provide room service or meals. We provide cleaning of the apartment and we note your comment 'a nice room and apartment' so we performed our services to your satisfaction.

Thank you for your comments. We do provide a LAN cable if you experienced problems with the WIFI. Thank you for pointing out that the shower tap was broken we will schedule it for repair. We are pleased that the minor problems did not adversely affect your enjoyment of the apartment.
