Comfortable room
Here is very comfortable. Staff is kindly. Refrigerator and microwave, little kitchen in room it is so good. But don't change towel before request and very weakness wifi signal. I think here is good location for go to downtown.

시내관광하기 좋은 위치라는 점 외에는 장점이 없음 첫날 체크인 하는데 예약한방이 없다면서 쉬위트로 예약했는데 트윈 침대로 줌(애인하고 따로 잤음 ㅜㅜ) 관광 나가면서 청소 부탁했는데 청소도 안해줘요, 수건도 부족하다며 큰타월 안주고 작은거 2개 줌 ㅜㅜ 둘째날, 새벽 2시에 같은층 여자 비명소리에 잠 깸(아침까지 잠 못 잠) 네쨋날, 비상벨(화재시)이 오작동하는 바람에 잠 깸(아침까지 잠 못잠) 트론트 직원은 인사도 없음(손님과 눈도 안 마주치고 스마트폰만 주구장창 만지고 있음)

We only like the location and the early check in. Other than that, nothing else. No tissue. No toothbrush. No slippers. No trash can...only in the toilet. And they charged a lot for a stained blanket which is almost equivalent to one night stay. Unbelievable. When you give a deposit, they won't give it back and find ways to keep it and charge you for something. Worked in a hotel before and we don't do that.

be ready to share ur room with cockroach.
after we unpacked, we noticed that the floor was flooding with water from the sink. they soon transferred us to 7J which a bit better when it comes to cleanliness.it was a smaller with double bed but the bed is actually single.its not advisable for 2.i asked for twin bed as we are staying for 3nyts but no luck,as they usually not attending your request. for me its better to ask their sec.guards than the actual receptionist. oh shud not forget that we have to share room with mosquitos and cockroach too.lolz also no shower curtain so expect that everytime you use the shower, you have a wet flooded bathroom. lolz.. so thats the first and last stay for sure.

No parking. The shooed us away because we arrived with our car and they have no space to park it. The reception is not accommodating.

安くて清潔
場所はマカティ、マビニの中間に有り空港からも比較的近く、周りにはファーストフード、薬局等も有ります。 部屋はベッド、TV 、シャワー、トイレ、エアコン完備で清潔です。 旅費を抑えたい方やただ寝るだけであれば十分な広さと設備です。

The faucet in the washroom is awful, the fridge is so noisy and can’t sleep to the sound of the faucet leaking besides the bed. 😒😒😒

Mediocre at best. Staff was helpful.
Top floor has low pressure water shower. Toilet was plugged and/or slow draining Kitchen without cooking stove and dishes as listed. No chairs and table. Good stay for a short period of time

Not bad for its price.
When I was booking there was a free breakfast mentioned in HOTEL.COM but during my stay I was told it's not included. There is also a "free wifi" but wasn't specified that it's only in the lobby. I also asked them for room clean up and they said it starts 10AM. But after I came back from work the room was still the same. I called them why and they say it should be pre arranged like I didn't call them earlier before leaving. Otherwise the reception is polite. Room is better than none. And good airconditioning.

3 days i stay and Near have constration Building 24 hours. Can not sleep until morning. Check out time 12noon if over add on 170/hour. In side Room is just not high quality.

I've been here before and my previous stay here, it was ok. This time though it was really bad. Before there was wifi access in the room. Now it's only in the lobby. The AC was making so much noise it was hard to fall asleep. There were tiny cockroaches running in the bathroom. The pillowcases were so old, it was tattered. The shower curtain was torn, the shower was broken and it did not have hot water! I was supposed to stay for 4 days, I only stayed for 1 day!

Das Zimmer wird nur alle paar Tage gereinigt. Handtücher fehlen danach meistens. Toilettenpapier geht oft aus und muss angefordert werden. Toilette war einmal völlig vestopft. Internet war erst vorhanden, dann tagelang nicht. Die Handtücher wären in anderen Hotels längst entsorgt worden. Die Angestellten in der Rezeption wirken teilnahmslos, wenn man etwas beanstandet. Der preis des Zimmers war aber günstig.

Hält nicht alles, was es verspricht.
Wer empfindlich gegen Kakerlaken ist, sollte das Zimmer nicht buchen. Bettwäsche wird selten gewechselt. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Spüle mit Kaltwasser vorhanden. Toilette neigt zum Verstopfen. Ärgerlich, dass jetzt seit 2 Tagen kein Internetzugang mehr möglich ist.

I’m so disappointed with the bathroom shower, not working well the hot and cold water. The towels are so old and not too clean. The door locks are broken, had to call maintenance to take out the door key every time we get in, so frustrating.

OK as in OK but towels are too old (greyish white), pillows needs to be replace and also please secure additional locks in the front door and the terrace sliding glass. Hot water not working too.

We stayed for 3 nights room and bathroom we nice and big, no running hot water in kitchenette or bathroom basin or the plumbed in shower instead there was a gas heated unit in the corner of the shower with a hand held shower nozzle and no place to hang it. House keeping never checked to see if we wanted our room cleaned or not. Felt as if the place did bare minimum to keep there rating. On check in the receptionist felt unfriendly, but the other counter staff were always happy

The hotel room was clean, but the TV is really bad, with only 3 or 4 channels clear but they were mostly advertisements. The staff were nice and helpful. The small restaurant down stairs has a good assortment of dishes and the food was good. Getting a taxi was no problem especially at 3am. 15 minutes to the airport at that time. It is not bad for one or two people but no entertainment. The A/C is great.

I booked the room on expedia and paid for 3 nights. Arrived at hotel 7 pm same evening, I was politely told no room available. I do not blame the Hotel. Expedia is the merchant.

最低限の設備の揃ったホテル
1ヶ月前に予約したのにも関わらず、チェックイン時に部屋がないと言われ24h Apartment Hotelに強制移動。タクシーで10分くらいの別のホテルに移されホテル到着から1時間後に部屋に着きました。タクシー代はもちろんホテル持ち。深夜に到着したため、なぜ満室なのか説明もなく郷に従いました。部屋の清潔感は普通でしたがホテルスタッフはフレンドリーでした。

très bon hotel et très propre , le personnel de la réception est vraiment adorable , la chambre est très confortable avec une très bonne literie et une bonne climatisation , possibilité de rajouter un petit lit pour faire dormir deux petits enfant pour seulement 500 pesos de plus , possibilité de laisser votre bagage a la reception pendant quelques heures le jour du départ . vous avez une pharmacie a 50 m de l'hotel , je reviendrais dans cet hotel /

Convenient, Clean Hotel & Friendly Staff...
This is a basic Hotel Suites, Not a B&B but theres a 'lil restaurant by the lobby...Across the street are diners, bakery, barber shop and a 5 minutes walk to "Cash & Carry" Mall, where you can shop, dine & exchange money and even cinema. Also walk a block and you can catch bus going eastward to Ayala Ave, Makati CBD, thence to EDSA where the SM Megamall, SM Cubao, SM Trinoma are along the way. Or catch a bus westward towards Mall of Asia or the Manila Bay areas. Wi Fi are not the best but you can access it nonetheless. Would stay there again.
