My partner and I frequent Cafe Cubana for drinks and live band on our visits sinxe 2022. We didn't realize there was a hotel in the building. The hotel is quite nice for the price. As we only need a room to sleep, RBH is good enough. We will definitely stay on our next trip.

I stayed there for three nights two nights of it. I got to sleep because they transferred me to another room. It is very noisy. The water pressure sucks and the staff is really nice otherwise unless I have to stay there I would only stay for one night otherwise I would look for a new location. It’s right on the perfect street to be on but it’s really noisy at night all day long all night long.

This is my first time in Makati and I’m staying at the Royal Bellagio at first, it seemed fine till it became nighttime it’s super noisy. The windows did not shut all the way and the water in the bathroom was zero pressure and the showers seem to get water all over the floor but on the other side, the staff the front desk change my room from the fifth floor to the 15th floor. The noise was a little bit less of noisy, but the pressure of the water was still no pressure if I come back I definitely would be on the 15th floor if you want to sleep if you don’t mind not sleeping by all means stay on the bottom floors and you won’t get any sleep due to the noise on this road

Im Centrum des Vergnügens viertel. Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllen gerne Sonderwünsche. Bett und Betwäsche waren super und sauber. Leider ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und dem entsprechend sieht es nicht all zu sauber aus. Negativ ist, das der Fahrstuhl immer noch nicht funktioniert, die Fenster konnte man nicht schließen daher war es echt laut im Zimmer. Leider kein Safe im Zimmer.

Not worth the location
I was very disgusted at the condition of the hotel. They had a beautiful and clean lobby but the room was awful. Only one key so it was never cool when you came in and the sheets had been sown and patched there was a half dozen cockroaches that moved when i touch certain things. One towel and tiny little bar of soap and an impossibly difficult bathtub that was filthy with slippery mildew. They also did not have a working elevator which was awful because I was drenched in sweat before i got up to my hot room.

Rather disappointing
This was my first time staying at this property, though I frequently stay in other nearby hotels when in Makati. I had high expectations for this hotel, based on the photos displayed on the website and the reviews. I was a bit disappointed. I would like to note that it is in a great location, right on the corner of P. Burgos St. and Durban and that everything you could want/need (restaurants, clubs, bars, 7-11, etc.) is close at hand. The Filling Station restaurant, accessed via the hotel elevator on the 2nd floor is a consistent and reliable, though not inspired, choice and the Cubana Cafe on the first floor had live music every night. The photos on the website do not accurately depict the hotel. The room I had, though a corner unit with 2 sets of windows, was rather dark and drab. Walls are painted an odd, and somewhat unsettling shade of green, and the dark furniture contrasts poorly. It should be noted that there is NO in-room safe. The shower head had a mind of its own and sprayed water everywhere, resulting in a flooded floor every time I showered. Limited channel line-up and a very small flat screen TV. The cable/satellite was intermittent and I had to have hotel staff come to the room at least once during the 3 nights that I stayed there to reprogram the system. Though I did not use it, and in fact didn't even touch it because I have a full beard, the hotel staff insisted on charging me for the disposable razor provided. Annoying and I won't book again.

Clean hotel in the middle of red light district. Convenient and budget friendly hotel if that's what you are looking for. I stayed there with my Filipina wife and her sister and when checking out the reception assumed my family were my guests from the red light district even though we all arrived there at 1:00pm carrying luggage. We only booked this hotel cause it was cheap and close to where we were visiting but regardless the hotel reception was not justified in assuming my family were local prostitutes and requesting I pay an extra fee for them. My room was prepaid online for 3 adults in my room. Hotel reception did not review hotel check-in paperwork prior to causing shame to my family and requesting I pay an extra fee. I did not expect to be insulted by this hotel considering my bill was paid in advance. This was very unprofessional and a great lack of pride on behalf of the hotel. ALL FILIPINAS ARE NOT PROSTITUTES !!! Maybe if the staff continues to believe this way then maybe they should be careful that someone would think that their mothers and wives and daughters and even the women that work at the hotel are prostitutes also. Besides that drama the hotel is clean and the other hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant is not a real restaurant. Any food you order will take at least 45 minutes because another location prepares it and delivers it from another location.

Bed was hard as a rock. I have bad back pain from it. The shower leaked all over the floor every time you used it. The bathroom sink also leaked all over the floor, so my towels were always soaked. Housekeeping stole a bottle of vape juice from my room and lost my wife’s shorts, but the front desk couldn’t care less. There’s a sign in the bathroom that reads “water not potable.” (Kinda scary) MOST of the staff was great. The elevator guys are awesome and everyone else always greeted me with a smile. The people at the desk need to be fired. Very rude and not friendly at all. I was charged almost 100.00 USD for 2 bottles of water and a couple chocolate bars. Did I mention they lost my wife’s shorts and someone stole a bottle of juice outta my room? Great location for the night life, but there are zero amenities there.

Royal Belagio is at the center of the action and the rooms are really in good shape.. It's got two good restarunts, and the staff are really helpful

Room not ready when i got there at 9.30 might.having booked well in advance they had a Superioir room but the bath tub was faulty I said if the shower worked it was fine. They sad they would give another Superiour room next day never happened 3rd day had to ask for room to be clean. 7 days only clean twice On check out took 15 mins to check room when then said i took a hanger from the wardrobe and a beer.i did not. The guy checking the room came 10 mins later and went to a couple of his mates and the guy cleaning for a chat before comming to rec desk.he had a can of beer in his hand and said it was not hotel stock..i did not use the beer. I guess they found the hanger they were now only charging 80 php for the beer The recpt then gave me back my deposit less 80 php and asked me sign two pieces of paper to say I was happy .that did no hapen

We felt shitty.
When we left the hotel,it cost me pack of cigarettes and a bottle of water. We don't smoke.We didn't drink water in the room. We refused it.We had to wait 45 minutes to check out.

I would not stay in this hotel ever again. When I checked in, they gave me a room on the 17th floor and the next morning, shut down all elevators. My room although on the 17th floor, seemed to amplify the noise from Burgos street and I couldn’t get any sleep

Great large room, bed, fluffy pillows, clean. Staff, security, most attentive. If central location in Makati nightlife is priority this place is for you. My room was on 12th floor and hardly any noise. Best hotel i've stayed in asia. Restaurant on first floor and adjacent are the best in area. If i had to nit pick then the one elevator is slow. But it was working during my stay. Sure beats using stairs. My hotel priorities are basics and affordability. Bellagio is a step up from my usual. Well priced for the area.

Good for the money
This is an adult friendly hotel. You enter the hotel through an open air bar restaurant. Which, depending upon the time of day or night can be quite lively. The hotel front desk is on the second floor. Rooms are clean and the staff courteous. At night and through the morning various foreigners and entertain each other in the bar/restaurant. Security is tight. This is Burgos street, an area where numerous girlie bars, masseuses, ladyboys and ladies looking to exchange their assets for a little cash walk the streets. If you don't want to be bothered you don't have to be. Staff make sure of it. And no one gets upstairs without being a guest or a guest of a guest. It's a good option for a quick stay. Or a boy's get away.
