혼자 여행하기엔 딱 좋아요

경비분이 제일 친절했어요 더위 많이 타는 분은 개인숙소에 개인에어컨있는 곳으로 추천드려요 쉐어하는 곳은 화장실 이용도 조심스럽고 작은 에어컨이 밖에 하나있어 팬스 타고 들어와 그리 시원하진않아요 혼여족에겐 나쁘지 않은 곳이라고 생각합니다 세븐일레븐이 바로 밑에 있고 주변에 음식점도 많아서 걸어서 다니기 좋은 위치에 있어요

위치가 역에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 밤에는 이동이 조금 불편해여 전반적으로 청결한편이고 레스토랑 음식맛이 좋습니다. 주변에 편의시설이 부족해요

부담 없는 가격에 큰 방, 무료 조식까지 대부분 만족함

가격대비 방이 커서 좋았다. 창문도 커서 좋았다. 화장실에 창문이 있어서 좋았다. 무료 조식은 방으로 배달 되서 편하게 먹었다. 위치는 카우보이그릴 마비니점 바로 앞에 있어서 찾는데 어려움이 없었다. 착한 가격에 부담없이 편히 쉴수 있어서 좋았다. 부족한점은 tv 채널이 너무 적었다. 영화 나오는 채널도 없고 볼게 너무 없었다. Tv 채널은 제외하고 대부분 만족 스러웠다.

좀 위험한 동네 같은 느낌이었고 바로 밑층이랑 맞은편에 클럽 있어서 잠 절대 못 잠

시끄럽다길래 도로 소음 정도인 줄 알았는데 클럽 노래소리였고 진짜 무디지 않으면 자면서 3-4번 깨게 되는 큰 음악소리. 딱히 위치상 좋은 것도 아님. 방은 넓고(진짜 넓고) 좋았지만 전체적인 건물은 별로 였음. 전체적으로 추천 안 하는 곳

It was very convenient for my mom going to SLEC. And keep telling me that the front desk is very nice, very approachable & very accomodating. You guys need to hire more like her. She deserve a raise.

Terrible Hotel to stay

Had initially had a problem with room reservation. staff not willing to offer help and was not approachable or personable. Internet service sucks.

相変わらず広々しています

２度目の宿泊。最近のホテルに較べれば綺麗とは言えないが最低限のレベルは保っている。そして、相変わらず広々としている。この価格帯でこの広さと開放感はとても良い。

Value for money...Excellent

Speedy Check In. (Php750 refundable Deposit.) Reception/Security Staff very professional and friendly. Room 406 bigger than expected. Bed was very comfortable, bed sheets/towels very clean. Although room fixtures & fittings were a little dated all was working fine. The cleaniness was very good. There is a lift.

I have my brother stay at this property for his interview at the US Embassy. He liked that this is walkable and vibrant community with a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also accessible to transportation if you want to use the local transit.

There is not enough hot water to wash hair. Tooth tube is no good. TV has a few channels.

Disappointment would not recommend

This hotel did not met with price. Room was not cleaned for a while. Bathroom was full of dust webs what i cleared myself before going in, shower floors and walls were really slippery because there had not been cleaned for a while. There was previous customer trashes in closed what might be one of the reason there was a lot cockroaches and some of the was huge. Then services in this hotel: wifi was really slow when it work, sometimes it did not, TV had 2 channel and they did not show anything in English, there is no night club what is mentioned in services. Positive is location.

I like the small open deck at the top. And it is located near to the place in need to go. Robinson mall, church, to supercare where i do my medical, and to the agency where i apply.

My room was roach infested. Roaches on the bed, all over the room. It was a roach infested room. The place was nasty, we had to move out on our first night there and move to a new hotel. I want a refund

部屋が広いです。

部屋がとても広く、またエアコンも良く効きました。水も２本ついていて快適でした。私の部屋は通りから４部屋目位だったのでそれほど気にはなりませんでしたが、通りに近い部屋は週末はかなり煩いと思います。

I suggest the aircon not to be directed towards the bed. Better to Change the direction up the mirror so the whole room will get enough cooling. The blanket is even very thin.
