Stayed three nights for a pool tournament and I've never smelled a cleaner hotel! Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! Full list of tv channels including premium with no extra cost. They provided a continental breakfast too. It was perfect for what I needed and will stay there again when the pool tournament comes to town next year.

Awesome hotel
We purchased a drive a tank experience, looked at so many hotels. This was reasonably priced and not far from where we needed to be. Awesome customer service when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, they accommodated what we wanted, asked preferences, and upgraded our king room to a king suite. Great low key breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Made the reservation ahead of time and once arrived at hotel they required a huge deposit just for one night. This deposit was never mentioned when reserving the room

Need more knowledgeable employees
They could not find the reservation. I showed them the receipt on my phone, but they said they didn't have it, so I had to pay for the room again and it was more expensive. I paid for the room twice, so I will be needing a refund. I don't know if the problem was on their end or your end. The lady at the front desk tried to give us someone else's reservation because both of our names were Amy. Totally different last name. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Our group we were going to meet got kicked out, we were told that we booked through expedia deal with them. Had to pay to stay at another hotel for 8 year olds birthday, american inn in mankato was very empathetic and acomidating

When we first entered the hotel, there was no one to greet us and check us in. After finally reaching someone to help us, we walked down the hall to an obvious smell of air freshener. When we opened the door to our room, the room wreaked of musty cigarette smoke. The shampoo and conditioner were half empty bottles and the sheets on the pull out couch had obviously not been changed for quite some time as, they too, smelled very musty. The kids really wanted to enjoy the pool, but that too was a disappointment. We ended up joing other teammates at another hotel to enjoy their pool instead. The fridge was not cleaned and had something spilled on the inside. The continental breakfast also left a lot to be desired and we ended up grabbing breakfast at the Kwik Trip across the road instead. For the amount of money that we paid to stay here (I am assuming it was higher due to sporting tournaments) we could have stayed at a much nicer place according to our teammates. Another family asked if they could check in early and were told that they couldn't. They then received a call at 3pm (while they were at the ball feild watching their child's game) telling them that their reservation was canceled as they were not there at 3pm to check in. On a weekend where almost all hotels were completely booked, this was very inconvenient and unfortunate for this family. Thankfully they were able to find a cheaper and nicer room at a hotel down the road. Not the greatest experience for our family.

Check your room over I was charged 200 dollars for a door that was already Damaged, also it was patched twice. So they already charged someone else for the door. Also charged 1547 dollars of preauthorized charges iI had to wait 4 days to fall off my accounr. The also locked me put of my room and forced mMe to sign a paper accepting responsabilty for the door. Thia is Illeagal by the way. Dont stay here.

The reviews for this place were not good but I took a chance and I am so thankful I did. Our stay was very pleasant and affordable. I think maybe the “rude” reviews are just a language barrier because the people at the hotel were very very nice. We will stay here again.

Please Do Better. Know better is to fo bettet.
Not safe outside door was broken anyone that was not a guest had access. Very scary did not realize this until after check in an went to vehicle. The door was next to a wooded area. Guest were loud and noisy complained to front desk not that he could control the situation. Stayed here before twice never had bad experience but this time was absolutely ridicolous.
