Property was as per the photo's, communication was great, arrived an hour earlier than expected and asked if we could check in early and we could which was great. Location is great, right on the main street, close to pubs and shops.

I booked the accommodation early in the week and was disappointed when at 8.26pm the night before, when they advised me that they had double booked and I would receive a full refund. This was very disappointing as I am not able to cancel within the 24 hour, but it appears that they can. I am still waiting the refund.

Great central location within walking distance to pubs and cafes. The best bed I’ve slept in apart from my own. The shower was fantastic and the bathroom was nice and clean. The only negatives were that we had to re-tune the TV and there was some pealing paint and spider webs scattered around the walls.

The property was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities one could want. The location was excellent being in the heart of Mansfield I would book here again.

Second time staying at this lovely hotel. The only downside to the suite was no social sitting area in the room for everyone, although there is a common room downstairs which is nice and comfortable.

Good location and big bathtub. The design of the room was so nice. However,I was worried about the dirt in the bath and the dirt on the cup. so I washed them myself. Other than that it was very good.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Clean and quite in a central area of Manfield. Unique loft style with bedroom upstairs and self contained kitchen downstairs fulfilling all our needs.

An absolutely delightful and fuss-free stay in a beautiful room. From the entrance with it's stunning stairway up to my room 'Boudoir', it was oozing with period style and class. Wonderfully comfortable, warm and cozy despite the dropping temperatures outside, with everything you could possibly need within a short walk. This place is cut from a different cloth and I'll most certainly be back to stay again.

We were disappointed that when we asked for a credit fron THE DECK as my wife came down with Covid, we have not heard from them. We have always booked through Expedia as you have the cancellation option, not with THE DECK, we have stayed their numerous times, motel next time.

A beautiful experience with comfy beds, the stair case is not for the faint hearted with heavy baggage for the upstairs bedrooms. Host was easy to contact and follow up lost property promptly located and return arranged. Highly recommend this hotel. Will most definitely stay again!!

Location was fantastic, Clean room, welcoming and served it purpose perfectly No contact with any staff due to fantastic coded entrance system but helpful hints at the property for the surrounding area. would stay here again, very comfortable and easy.

Certainly lovely and clean, decor a bit over the top but in great order. I would probably swap the chaise taking up a large space for a small table and a couple of chairs so we could sit and eat or read, write. First time I have had entry by code with no personal contact at all. I guess I am old fashioned and prefer some personal contact but understand the world has changed. Probably feel it is a bit overpriced for no real service, Comfy bed and very convenient, great bathroom (shower could be higher for my tall partner). Very pleasant overall

Stayed in the loft room which is on the ground floor but there is a spiral staircase which may be a problem for some. The kitchenette (well equipped) within this room is however large enough to store luggage and access to a sunny yard gives this room a definite appeal. Bathroom adjoining the bedroom is large and clean. All over a very positive experience.

The amenities where very beautiful, we were very comfortable. The location was great right in the middle of town. I would highly recommend a stay at the Quarter Deck .

Ideally located in the heart of Mansfield. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Very good amenities. Cleaning is done to a very high standard. We enjoyed our stay.

The room décor is as pictured. What isn't shown is the tea/coffee making facilities and bar fridge area, which was a let down compared to the look and feel of the rest of the place. The bathroom is tired and could do with a good clean, as well as a box of tissues! Nice and central, but I would class it as over-priced.

I didn’t like that Wotif had not notified them of my booking. The cost had been debited from my credit card however The Deck Quarters did not have my reservation even though I had email confirmation from Wotif.
