I arrived to find large stains on my sheets and no sheets or towel for the guests I paid extra for The aircon was not sufficient enough to cool house down in a heat wave I phoned owner as specified and left a message and I did not receive a response I would not recommend this property

Good base for exploring Margaret River region
Family of 5 (3 adults + 2 kids aged 7 and 9) stayed for 4 nights and used Acacia chalets as a base for exploring the Margaret River Region. It is far enough from the town and tourist sites to be secluded, yet close enough that everything is in convenient driving distance. Chalet in good state, clean and well equipped (though perhaps a few more plates/cutlery would help optimise use of the dishwasher). We had a great stay there, and particularly enjoyed watching the kangaroos come out at twilight. Would not hesitate going back.

We loved the secluded nature of the place and it has everything you would need for either a short stay or a longer family holiday. Our only issue was there is no protection on the outside deck to stop a toddler falling off, other than that it was amazing.

Thank you! We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. Chalet 4 - Family Suite has a patio area rather than raised deck so is suitable for adventurous toddlers. but I will certainly review the balustrade system on the other chalets with respect to toddlers.

The property was fine, however it was nothing special or memorable. We were surprised the buildings main rooms and balcony didn't face the view, and the bedding quality (ie. sheets / pillows etc) were very average. We were keen for a couple of quiet days, in a 'rural' setting, close to town and the vineyards, which it was. and it was certainly clean and tidy.

Quality option in great location
Booked for my wife and I and 21 year old daughter. Spotless property, ten minutes from Margaret river town - drive, in peaceful but good location. Ten minutes drive to beach too. Owners text often to check in advance all is well and after leavings. Found the home very spacious and beds comfortable. Would recommend.

Acacia Chalets is well appointed and very comfortable. It is quiet so you can hear the birds and frogs and watch the kangaroos in the front garden. Easy distance to Margaret River and the beaches. A great lace to stay.

Good Choice
Great position a few km from Margaret River town in a forested area with a lake and some kangaroos hopping around; need a car; easy access to caves, beaches, etc. Spacious and comfortable, all amenities in the chalet, carport, good beds and showers. Smoking permitted on the deck where there is also a BBQ. Unusual for guests to be required to wash, dry, and put away dishes on departure although it wasn't a hassle.

Spacious home away from home.
Clean spacious and comfortable. Well located and driving distance to town center as well as many popular vineyards too. Suggest adding on an electric kettle for easier water boiling, instead of using the stove, that’s all

Kangaroos in the garden!
Great spacious chalet, with good facilities and great BBQ set up. Only minor downside was a rather basic laundry facilities.

Beautiful
A beautiful Chalet just 10 mins into Margaret River Town and 10 mins to the Beach of Gnarabup. Fabulous setting in the bush with lovely views. The Kangaroos and Kookaburras were a delight as well as hand feeding the Magpie that visited in the morning. The Chalet was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We will certainly be back again!...A True Delight!

自然の中のすてきなシャレー
ファミリーにはよかったです。きれいで清潔なシャレーでした。夜の星空は見たこともないくらいで感動的でした。きれいなワイルドフラワーも見られ、近くで野生のカンガルーに遭遇しました。バーベキューも簡単にできるのでおいしいステーキが食べられました。場所がわかりにくく、だれもいないので旅行慣れしていないと不安かも。もちろん、車、レンタカーは必須です。寒い時期はリビングのエアコンだけなので寒い。wifiは田舎なのでいまいちです。近郊にはワイナリーやケーブがあり、とてもよかったです。

Central location within Margaret river
An all encompassing chalet in a forest setting with an impeccable array of amenities to suit your every need! Location was central to various attractions within Margaret river, including vineyards, beaches and walking trails. Our hosts, Kim and Lauren were very friendly (although we did not meet them in person) and attended to our every need. Highly recommended for familiar up to 6 people!

Beautiful stay
It was a beautiful stay in chalet 4- more like a house I would say. A nice big personal garden, sitting outside watching the birds and the wildlife was lovely, all kitchen facilities were provided all we had to do was bring the food! The only downfall I would say was the bed, it was a little hard for my liking but that's just personal choice.. overall it was a wonderful stay and I'd definitely go back again, great location!

Fairable stay there,convenient and nice view. We spent three nights there, only one night had WIFI; The 2nd night due to the network maintainance, we have no electricity for whole night from 930pm to 930am as the temprature as low as 9`c... The 3rd night, there was no WIFI collection in the forest...the mibile phone always showed SOS only...

Perfect for a break from daily routines!
Really nice chalet. Lots of kitchen equipment. Unfortunately,no kangaroos while we were there. What we really missed were getting to know the people we rented the chalet from. No personal contacts just by email. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back there any time.

Stunning chalet just out of Margaret River
The chalets are located 5-10 minutes out of Margaret River - the bush setting is very quite and serene. The chalet is complete with everything one would need and beautifully furnished.

Clean and comfortable stay
Stayed in Chalet 4. Nice stay, nice grounds that are fun to walk around and explore. Very big space and everything is very clean and well maintained. Stayed with 2 young children and everything worked out well.

Nice little studio
My boyfriend and I went on a mini holiday for the first time in a year and decided to stay in Margaret River for a couple of nights. I booked us in at the chalets but in a studio room because it's just the 2 of us and the chalets are more for family stays (4-6 people). When we arrived at the chalets we found out the studios are at another address which is closer to the beach but in a suburb behind a house. It was a bit hidden away and the studios are enclosed like your living in a flat in the city. The room was beautiful and so was the bathroom. Everything smelt so clean every time we walked into the room or bathroom. My main concern with the bathroom was the water pressure in the shower which was really weak. The overall stay was nice and we would go there again but next time we will book a chalet even if it is just the 2 of us because it is hidden away in the woods and there is more privacy. We were both a bit disappointed when we found out that we were not staying where the chalets are but in smaller units. It would have been nice to get that same experience as those staying in the woods. One last thing, the ladies who helped us were very friendly and helpful so that made the stay even better
