Great location,friendly staff always willing to help,everything you need for a memorable stay. Will definitely stay again. Parking outside room,security gate,great barbie area. All in all fantastic stay !

Easy check in and out. Staff very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit a bit outdated but very clean, tidy and comfortable. Stove had gas elements that you had to use a match to light. Toilet and Shower fresh and clean. Lounge suite a bit worn, TV only have your plain digital tv channels. Beds very comfortable. Reasonably priced at $180 per night

The location is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. The facilities are clean even though it is due for a renovation soon. For the value, it was a great place to stay.

Great location, quiet and comfortable.
Compact, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, walking distance to city centre. Will definitely stay here again when next in Busselton.

A beautiful little flat within a lovely family home situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with stylish furnishings. Every amenity you could need is provided. The host was very welcoming in her communications and information for contactless check-in was clear and easy to understand. It is under the main roof of the house (but with your own entrance and no shared areas at all) so not sure it would suit noisy night owls - but as a single mature lady travelling alone it suited me perfectly! I highly recommend this place.

Hi there!! Apologies if you experienced a problem with the TV channels. In the country we have GWN(usually ch6) which is Ch7 - but some days (very rarely) throughout the whole SW - it goes off air. I do recall a day not so long ago when this happened. Unfortunately it is out of our control. I do hope -that you still enjoyed your stay with us.

I had previously booked back on the 25th of May, not paid for, then when I went to confirm on 22nd July I couldn't get through on the old phone number, so then had to book again on line and pay by credit card. When we arrived in a Busselton from Perth on 23rd July we had quite a mix up as there were 2 bookings for me. Kelly is still in the process of working out the end cost of $360 as opposed to the $464.18 (pending) I paid by credit card.

Well organised for late arrival. Clean. Good air conditioner and room lighting. Paper thin walls and therefore noisy. Towels for two when three were on the booking. Cramped.

This place was a great surprise package. Due to the Covid lockdown we had to cancel a booking a Mandurah and stay in Busselton an extra 2 nights. The rooms have clearly been given a 5 star design makeover which was very classy and comfortable. Not a typical motel room at all. The owners were really helpful and flexible given the Covid situation. It is a few minutes walk to town, the famous Jetty, restaurants, and the main beach at the end of the street, location location location. Anyone visiting the South-West really needs to check this place out.

What a fantastic little motel! Location is PERFECT! Short stroll to the stunning beaches, short walk into city centre - perfect central location. Rooms and facilities were all beautifully presented and clean. Prices are very reasonable and we were very surprised at the value for $$. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. One of the best stays we have had in the region!

The property was in great condition however there was an issue with a screeching shower in our bathroom when the person next door was having a shower. I think it also affected the guest on the other side of them also who went and banged on their door angrily to advise them what was happening.

I liked that the motel was generally clean and had security gates. I didn't like the shower (it had low pressure and the temperature was difficult to set) and also the fact the kettle had some debris inside it. After checking out, extra funds were debited from my debit card for no reason so I had to contact them to get it refunded.

Hi Errol. We are sorry you did not fully enjoy your stay. We do apologise about your shower pressure. That is being sorted today. Unfortunately we do get lime in our water and that leaves debris in the kettles. We try to check them very regularly and the filters prevent it from being poured out of the kettle. Unfortunately your card was charged a small booking fee in error, which was rectified immediately. Errors do occur, particularly in these peak periods.
