We appreciate your feedback; currently for breakfast we are serving bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, 2 flavors of Golden Malted waffle, muffins, bagels, and yogurt, however we are currently looking at adding more hot food options. Our hotel was recently renovated in 2018, however we are currently in the process of planning another large scale renovation, so I hope you will give us another chance to provide you with an excellent stay.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The manager visited us and told us about the high standards he sets for the hotel, and they lived up to it. The staff were friendly and responsive to questions and needs. Good hot breakfast options, especially for the price. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and chatted with us about his love for Christmas decorating (which he himself decorated the lobby and it was lovely). The hotel was a extremely clean. It is centrally located. The hot breakfast was ok but could be better given that the sausages were like little bricks! Overall, however, I’d recommend this hotel.

This is my second year staying here. I love to stay here when I come up to peep the leaves and do some hiking. The hotel is quiet and the beds are so comfortable which is appreciated after a long day of hiking. I always have my canine hiking buddy with me and there is a large grassy area for them to use and a wonderful walking trail right behind the hotel. Marion is quiet when other areas are bumper to bumper. Hotel and Marion are hidden gems.

Rooms were clean. Checkin was quick. Staff member gave us all the info we needed - room location, ice machine location, wi-fi info, and breakfast hours and items available along with a list of local restaurants, gas stations, and local attractions.

Nice hotel in a great location - perfect for getting on the highway whether to Linville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville or Chimney Rock. Plenty of parking. Close to food outlets and supermarket. Very helpful reception staff. Only gripe - a minor one - scrambled eggs from powder (I presume) at breakfast.

Hi David, I'm glad your stay was both pleasant and convenient. We in fact do not use powdered eggs, rather they are (real) pre-cooked scrambled eggs; we try to make the best effort to provide high-quality and name-brand breakfast items.

Comfort Inn has become our favorite reasonably priced lodging. I wish you would offer an blankets. I like having the extra weight. Other than that, comfortable amenities are available.

Good for a place to sleep…
The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great. The staff wasn’t very attentive or kind. I checked in and the man working seemed annoyed. When I checked out, the woman was sitting behind the desk on her phone and did not hear me talking to her and asking to check out. So I stood and waited until she looked up before I could leave the hotel.

Best Sleep I’ve Had In Years!
late check-in was a breeze. Very nice lady at the counter. She saved me a room on the quiet side of building as I had requested. The room was clean and well furnished. It looked like it had recently been renovated. The bed was amazing!!! OMG!!! It was the perfect firmness/softness. It had a very high end plush mattress pad that made it like sleeping on a cloud! I the best sleep I’ve had in years. The breakfast was also very good…eggs, sausages, waffles, various pastries, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, instant oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea. Very quick check out. It was an A++++ experience all the way around. It’s worth repeating…the beds are AMAZING!!!
