The breakfast was always very good. The room was clean. The front automatic door was broken, elevator was broken, outlets in the bathroom kept tripping, there was no information in the room regarding any of the hotel amenities and I understand why. We tried to use the pool during normal pool hours on a Saturday evening, but the pool had closed early (we were told due to lack of available towels).
When we arrived at midnight on Thursday, the front desk attendant apologized for the broken down elevator and said, "If you need assistance with your bags, I do not care to assist you."
Our room was on the second floor and we truly did not need assistance to get to it, however, that statement was very unprofessional and not necessary.
The elevator was broken on Thursday when we arrived. I don't know how long it had been out of commission prior to that, however, it SHOULD have been fixed first thing Friday morning. We checked out on Sunday and it was still broken. The front doors were non-functional on Saturday morning with a sign posted to "push the doors apart." There was no sign asking to push the doors back together to keep the cold weather out. People were entering, and not closing the doors. Numerous times I had to get up to close them myself while eating breakfast. There is obvious a serious problem with the management of this hotel. It's owner should be very ashamed of this service!
