Waited at front desk for about 10 minutes before being serviced for check in, and I was the only person around. Room is nice and clean except the rain coming in the closed window. Overall convenient location for my business trip and clean room.

First, when we check in, the reception staff didn’t let us know that they do not clean the room every day. Second, even the room will not be clean every day, towels and trash are supposed to be replaced and emptied. We have to ask the cleaning staffs to replace them. Luckily they are still around.

Everything was perfect, the only thing it annoys me is the noise level from other customers, it hosts a large numbers of kids, and they tend to yell in the hallway making noises at night.

My experience checking in with Sam, could have been more pleasant as the interaction was not welcoming whatsoever. When I arrived at 10:45pm, I went to the front desk but noticed that she was typing rapidly, so I said hello and waited at the empty check-in counter. After some time, she looked up at me and asked me, if I needed anything and I told her that I needed to check in, to which she responded “Ya, that’s what I’m here for”, which I found off putting. She checked me in, told me where the elevators are, and after, I said, “thank you have a great night” she didn’t respond. The employees working at the breakfast restaurant however, were AMAZING! I didn’t grab their names, but they were so kind and accommodating.

This hotel was convenient for our appointment. Parking was easy and we could see our car from our room. We were able to walk across the street for dinner. It would have been nice if breakfast could be included. The heating/cooling unit in our room was a bit noisy but the hotel itself is soundproof. I had a hard time understanding what the receptionist was saying but he seemed nice enough. The wi-fi reception at this location is absolutely terrible, especially on a phone. It only lasts two or three seconds before cutting out. Something to think of if you have any work to do that involves internet access. Spacious bed area, very static blankets (lots of sparks).

overall excellent room, very clean and tidy. the jazz tub worked great except the light fixture was broken. the tv remote was also not working as well. otherwise we enjoyed our stay it was very quiet and staff were friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel, close to restaurants and close to our relatives! Easy to find and park at. Restaurant /bistro in the lobby. Good breakfast served, but not complimentary.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for dining and near the freeway. They had a washer and dryer that guest could use. I enjoyed my stay except the restaurant and coffee bar/ cafe was closed. They had a holiday schedule in place. The hotel was very clean.

Overall it is good as 4 out of 5 if the bed can improve as premium as it shown on the web but I don’t feel the bed is premium bed. The bed quality is about 3 out if 5.

I tend to stay here when in the GTA; easy access to 404 and 407, free parking, lots of food options around. The staff are great and have been quick to see that I have been there before; this time the staff didn’t see it and asked me if I had been there before. A minor thing but I remembered it. Otherwise lovely hotel with modern and updated decor
