It's my 2nd time using Delta Markham since it got changed from Edwards Hotel. Love the new lobby design, the rooms are always nice as well but what standed out was the staff. Samir from from front desk was super nice when I checked in and was accomodating when I asked for a 1pm late check in, he just said yes with no hesitation at all. It was a good stay overall and will always use Delta Markham everytime im in the area :)

Overall my stay was an enjoyable experience. If I had any complaints it is that the shower water wasn’t very hot. It was warm but since I am always cold I appreciate a warmer than normal shower compared to others. 😊

As a four stars hotel, customer service need to be improved. Front desk employee had no smile and just wanted to charge money from your card. And we requested room slippers from him, he told me that they would send them to our room. However, no one showed up, and i tried to call the room service or front desk for half an hour, the all lines were busy all the time. Comparing to Countryard Marriott, their customer service were much better than here. They let you feel like that you are always welcoming back to their stay.

Second day into a four day stay … hotel Sent me a text that my reservation had been cancelled Tried to reach them but lines were continuously busy Had to leave a dinner reservation to get back to the hotel to sort it out and …. When I showed the front desk the text they had sent … got no apology. Just … “Computer does that sometimes. Your reservation is good.” I stepped away from the rather pompous fellow at the front desk before I erupted in displeasure. Dinner and meeting was ruined and unable to reset for another day. So …. Delta Hotel Markham … or possibly anywhere… never again.
