Great except the air quality
Staffs were so kind and helping, great service. I liked the room since it had pretty big space. The only cons I had was the air condition. Since we couldn't open the window, there was too much dust and the air condition or quality was pretty bad so I had a sore throat during my 3 days in Toronto(2nights). I don't think it's the hotel's fault or mistake because I had the same issue in Ottawa at a hotel, but yeah it's true that during my days in Toronto the air quality in my room wasn't good. Other than the poor air quality, everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel

In my room the phone can’t call to front desk or services, when I need something I have to go front desk to asked, but service very quick, I can get either extra pillows and blankets they bring it in 20-30 mins under, I would highly recommend this hotel every time I tripped to Canada.

I stayed there for 6 nights. After the first night, I asked to change the room because the air conditioner was noisy and disturbed my sleep. They promised verbally, but in the end they said there were no rooms and gave the room to the guest who checked in. I asked to change the room in the morning, and the front desk said they would clean it and change it after 3 pm. After 3 pm, they told me that the room was given to the new guest. This experience was very bad. Hilton will not be my choice of accommodation next time.

Heating packed up. We froze and I had a head cold and missed half the events we went for. Bed groaned as though on a tin each time one turned. Bath jell ran out. Food was truly foul for vegetarians. Hot water kept cutting out. Long waits at reception. Surprising for a Hilton.

Very nice hotel; I stayed here years ago and the room was amazing but this time we booked a kitchenette suite that is pet friendly. Room looked a little outdated and the mirrors were dirty; one of the glasses with the cover on had a white hair in it but asides from those issues of cleanliness everything else was fine. The staff were kind and helpful.

Our stay was just "okay". We had a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor which was very spacious. However, the room had two big glass brick sections instead of solid wall beside the doors (there were two doors into the hallway) that were covered by curtains. If the curtains were not closed, you could see people walking down the hallway, and it blocked out zero of the noise. It was the oddest room I have ever been in. Also, the pool was not great, was under some type of renovation and had a huge tarps covering one wall and bag of concrete laying around. You also had to book a time slot to use the pool. This was a March break staycation, so that was definitely not ideal with three young kids. The staff were wonderful though.
