The hotel didn’t offer any blanket or if you had to iron your clothes … there was not any iron available in hotel … the room and bathroom are so tiny for two people

For a quick getaway and cheap holiday it was ok. Staff were excellent, I’m glad I didn’t pay what other guests paid, I got what I paid for.

We couldn't sleep the first night of our 2 day planned stay because of the very loud noise coming from the dance bars across a narrow street from our room. It was late and the staff told us to wait until the morning to change rooms. We decided to leave next morning and change hotels because we were not sure changing rooms will make much difference. We asked the manager to charge us only one night because we are not staying for the second night. He asked us to call Expedia which we did. Expedia talked to the manager and requested the cancellation of the second night. The manager later told me he would only refund the second night if I gave his hotel a positive review! I thought that was blackmailing but i told him I don't normally leave reviews since I don't have time for that. We left with the understanding that if I don't say anything bad about the hotel he would refund the second night that we did not use. He was lying. What a dishonest management.

At the beginning of June I stayed at Elite World Marmaris. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is spotless and so lovely. The food including breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as the snack bar were all great & there were so many options. The views from the beach are stunning also. I’d highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. The staff were first rate throughout and couldn’t do enough. As a vegetarian they ensured I knew what I could eat from the buffet and offered bespoke meals if required. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Tanning deck near the water is nice. The buildings have a nice esthetic with white and blue colors. My main complaint is the food, service in the kitchen area and the gym facilities. Food-I understand this is all inclusive, how ever the food is extremely low quality I had to step out every night to have dinner. Staff-seemed annoyed and agitated with every questions and request. Even one the “covid” off season where it is not busy at all. Gym facility is falling apart! Old and dirty weights with the seating missing knobs l.

Would stay again
The hotel is nice, unfortunately we were staying here on part of a road trip and paid the same price as we did at some 5* hotels so we were a little disappointed. This is a 4star hotel so we didnt expect the same standard but for the price we paid we expected a little more- i cant put my finger on exactly what it was! The staff are FANTASTIC and the most attentive we have seen. They make your holiday. Location is good as in the town centre. It is a very chilled out place with no loud music or entertainment. Rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms lovely, decor great. Overall this was a great place to stay and would stay again if in the area.

Absolutley superb. How is this only 4 star!
From the moment we arrived untill the moment we left, the staff of elite world were superb. The place was spotless, food was too a good standard and plenty of it, room was modern and always kept stocked with clean towels and water etc, pool area and bar were outstanding and the staff never stopped. Covid was taken extremely seriously here and again staff made sure that your health and safety was prority. This is only a 4 star and having stayed at it's 5 star neighbour (club aqua) last year I wasn't expecting to find what we did. It was in my opinion better in all aspects apart from entertainment than club aqua was so it definitely should be a higher rating. I never stay in the same place twice but I can honestly say this will be considered next year when booking to go away. As I said all staff worked extremely hard but I have to give special mentions to Ishmael at the pool bar who never let your glass go empty and 2 of the bar/restaurant placed guys in Sedat and Serkan who had is in wrinkles laughing with they're cheeky grins, playful banter and high energy. And I nearly left out the best part which in my opinion was no kids!! Will most definitely be back.

Hepsine selamlar :) + Havuzu keyifli + Coffee company kismi harika Eksiler: - Giriste daha cok bilgilendirme yapilabilinir. Ne nerde kendiniz kesfediyorsunuz. - Plaj hotelin onunde degil, kisa bir yuruyus ile ortak alandaki ayrilmis bir bolumu kullaniyorsunuz. Plaj keyfi yapmayi seviyorsaniz bu biraz sorun olabilir zira bir suru cocuklu insan vardi ve plaja yiyecek/icecek servisi yok. - Yemeklerde salata kismi iyi fakat sicaklarda hem secenek az hem de bazi gunlerde lezzette sorun vardi. Ozetle verdigimiz ucretin karsiligini aldik. Guzel zamanlar icin tesekkurler :)
