Good location, good food available at all times. Good rooms and clean bathrooms. Good big balcony space as well. The only issue was the staff was slow to respond due to overwork. Staff were polite and friendly. They changed our room to another because we weren't happy. The booking of the A La Carte restaurants was the only bit that was dissapointing as there is a limited booking time (10-12) and we were unable to fit any bookings due to it being fully booked.

The resort is east facing, so one can expect to catch sunshine until late afternoon. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools (1 indoor) with good number of sunbeds. With close proximity to the beach, I think there is enough space to cater to large audience during high season. Outdoor cleaning staff does a pretty good job in picking up any litter and keeping the surface constantly clean and tidy. Food and Restaurants - Food in the main restaurant is pretty good with a wide selection of hot/cold food and salads. One can find a large selection of pastries and breads during breakfast. Similarly, there is a large selection of yougurt based salads during dinner. In the afternoon, as food is served in multiple locations i.e. main and the tapas bar, one might find that the number of items in the main restaurant is considerably less. Food served in tapas bar is pretty much like pub food. Also, in the evening there are some snacks viz. waffles etc. served in the tapas bar. During peak times, i.e. 9am or 7pm, the main restaurant can get very busy so best try and avoid those times. We found that the selection of fresh fruits is pretty limited especially during lunch and dinner. Also, I would like to give a shout out to cleaning staff who do an amazing job in picking up litter on the floor very quickly and also for clearing dishes from tables. There are 3 ala carte restaurants viz. Olive tree, Turkish and Chinese Garden, we did not dine in any of them due to lack of vegetarian options

iş için geldiğim marmariste 3 günü tatil olarak değerlendirmek icin seçtim 5 yıldızını hakediyor fakat ultra lüks değildi. Animasyon ekipleri güzeldi tatil icin gidilebilir fakar sezonda tercih edilmeli yoksa diskosu falan kapalıydı

Good off season all inclusive rate. Nice modern clean room. Beautiful view from the sky bar. Very good food. I should not complain much for the price I paied, but there were a few issues. Terrible wifi reception in room. The receptionists were not so friendly nor efficient. A male receptionist never smiled. A female receptionist promised to send someone to fix the wifi issue but no one came. A lot of family with loud kids so I don't recommend for couples.

very nice view, delicious food, good staffs. but: there is not any plan to entertain guests. disco location wasnt good for those quantity of persons reciptionist doesnt help for 2 problem, like:1- booking flight and 2- permit to see our friends in the hotel for a little time...

hotel had no plans to entertain guests. hotel supervisor and receiptionist(name: Alper) for our friends were staying at another hotel to meet us at the hotel demanded 50 TL per person. It was a shamelessly manner. the hotel has very beautiful view.

Ramazam bayramı 1.gününde 1 gece kaldım. Bayrama hazırlıksız yakalanmış bir otel. Otel %100 dolu ve personel sayisi yetersiz. Yetersiz oldugu kadar hicbir bilgi verilmemis. Ornegin bardaki arkadasa birsey sordugunuzda verdigi cevap :"bilmiyorum ben baslayali 3 gun oldu kimse bize bilgi vermedi ve beni buraya koydular gelene gidene icecek vereceksin dediler, siz oteli benden daha iyi gezmissinizdir" . Ayrica 3 kez istenen nevresim 4 saatte gelmez, en sonunda resepsiyon telefonlara bile bakmaz olmustur. Odadan cikilir resepsiyona gidilir ukala tavirla on buro elemanlari sizi cevaplar. Daha sonra odaya gelen arkadas 3 saattir housekeeping departmanindan yetersizlikten dolayi restaurana kaydirildigini soyler ve kendi departmaninda kimse kalmadigini itiraf eder. Ayrica ultra hersey dahil diye gecen format sadece lobbydeki barda ve 2 tane dusuk kaliteli ithal viskiden ibaret. Oteldeki diger barlarda bira viski disinda alkollu icki bulamiyorsunuz. En sonunda otelden sikayet icin istedigim turizm bakanligi sikayet defteri 1 gun boyunca bana ulastirilmayip gizlendi. Hatta bu sektorde calisan oteldeki bir cok arkadas bile bu defterin varligindan bir haber. Sonucta sikayetlerimi oraya yazamadim defteri vermedikleri icin. Bunun gib epey bir sorun yasadim 1 gun icinde bu otelde. Butun bayram tatilini burada gecireceklere bol sabir diliyorum. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Beautiful surroundings but their English skills are very limited. If you speak Russian, this is your place. Wifi was a joke. Didn't work at all in the room.

Staff were amazing. Best we've ever had. Hotel had many relaxing areas & comfortable beds. Food could have been better, choice a bit limited but plenty of it. All in all , would recommend it to all ages.

Wonderful place, fantastic people, restful and beautiful. The all inclusive concept is just so generous and enjoyable. Ismail in reception and Nazan in the restaurant are singled out for fantastic service!!!

something went wrong when I booked this hotel through expedia for 4 nights, when I came to chech in , the reception employees told me that I don't have reservation , I called expedia , but the hotel managment told that the hotel is fully booked, unfortunately they gave us 1 night only to stay in this hotel

Beautifully located near sea with great views
This supposedly 5 star hotel had good facilities with great location but falls very short of a five star experience. Customer service is appalling with a 'take it or leave it' approach. The restaurant offer a range of choice but the menu is on the cheap end akin to a 3 star - eg chicken, turkey, pork in stews. The dining area is cream coloured so after only a few months is grubby. The table cloths and cutlery often stained or dirty. Reception staff are inconsistent in their behaviour with a few helpful and cheery but many surly and unhelpful. On several occasions we had to chase cleaners to change towels etc which is a standard daily offer. The bar facilities are lovely but completely inadequate for the size of the hotel and volume of guests . Our recent stay demonstrated this hotel had been significantly overbooked with a number of people (including us) not having the rooms we had booked several months ago. As a result two adult males in our party had to share a double bed!! No attempts made by reservation team or reception staff to change this or keep it reviewed. They had to be chased up daily and because they had mismanaged reservations there was no flexibility to move during our stay. The reservation manager gave orders from the back office never appearing but I'm sure will write a lovely bland response to reviews! There are some fabulous truly 5 star hotels in that area. Don't waste your money on this one. It is an overpromoted hotel offering a very average stay

Yeni hizmete açılan bir otel olduğu için,beklentilerimde yüksekti... Beklentilerimi çok fazlasıyla karşıladı.Odalar çok düzenli zamanlarda temizlendi.Bütün personel çok iyi ve deneyimli. Günün her saatinde farklı mekanlarda zaman geçirdik.Yemek saati beklemedik çünkü sürekli ikramlar vardı.Otelin animasyon ekibi ile çok eğlendik.Çocuk kulübünde çok güzel vakit geçirdik.Kızımın kendi elleri ile hazırladığı pizza ve kurabiyeleri birlikte yemenin mutluğunu yaşadık.Deniz hiçbir yerde bulamayacağınız kadar temiz ve güzel. Çok güzel ve huzurlu hiç bitmese dediğimiz bir tatil geçirdik.

Sentido Orka Hotel Marmaris
We visited this hotel post 3 months of it being newly opened. The hotel was not 5 star quality with poor finish of many areas. The hotel staff were new and untrained. The hotel beach is rocky and it feels very cramped.

Я была в этом отеле в июле 10 дней. Расскажу по подробнее. Отель новый и очень красивый. Номера новые, красивые и самое главное чистые. Что касается персонала, начиная с ресепшена особенное огромное спасибо Mr Dogan и его команде и заканчивая персоналом по обслуживанию все очень приветливые и проффесиональные. Если видят что вы в замешательстве, сами подходят предлагают свою помощь. Отличная еда, отличный берег.

Arrivo con sorpresa non prendono la carta americani express. Stanza in pessime condizioni di pulizia con bruciature sulle tende e doccia nemmeno toccata dagli inservienti. Wi fi scadente, spesso senza accesso. Polli e galline che giravano libere per i giardini. Personale assilante per cercare di venderti qualcosa. Di contro le strutture per i piccoli erano gradevoli e la spiaggia carina. Il servizio all inclusive da accesso ad un ristorante, con menù limitato ai gusti locali, e a quasi tutti i bar. Il periodo in cui sono stato l'albergo era piuttosto pieno e il via vai continuo. In definitiva sconsigliato sopratutto per il pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
