Was really nice and clean. Pool area is super nice and new looking. Has a nice big hot tub and nice walk in pool for the kiddos and a large slide that opens at 4 for the bigger kids

It had snowed earlier in the day and when I arrived, about 6, the parking lot was still snow covered. I am an amputee and need to watch where I step, very unsafe.

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean and as it was described on website, pool area was clean but dark, sauna was not working, hot tub was not hot, sign said 104 degrees (temp was comparable to lukewarm bath water) if you like firm mattress this place is for you! I prefer a softer bed to sleep on. I look forward to sleeping on hotel pillows but unfortunately I have better pillows at my home. Coffee was hot and okay. I would not book another room for the price here.

Very welcoming staff and very professional. The hotel itself is outdated and the breakfast was horrible not a big variety at all. The big slide isn’t open until 4pm so it wasn’t very fun early. However it’s very clean feeling and welcoming!

Friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable beds. The pool and spa were very well maintained.

My grandson and I have stayed at this AmericInn before it's a nice, clean, quiet and excellent location. I really enjoyed the sauna after a 6 hour drive. We also enjoyed the slide & the pool...the slide is a lot of fun.

Walked in and stood at the desk for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to check me in. The desk clerks at check out didnt even thank me or smile nothing! Not a friendly staff for a business that serves the public!

We stayed in the king suite and was not impressed. Have picturws of dirty room, mold in shower, old and uncomfortable furniture. Booked hot tub room online and ended up with this. Told no other rooms. Needs a good cleaning and a good update.

As a guest staying in the king suite, we should not have had to go to a store to buy a plunger to unclog a toilet that was clogged previous to our stay. We paid for an in room hot tub and it unfortunately did not work. The evening staff was extremely rude when we first got there and told them about the clog and again when we told them about the tub.

Quiet relaxing 2 nights
Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Room had a bit of a musty odor. When we realized it was a 2-star hotel rather than 3 or 4 star we realized that we got “what we paid for” since the price was so reasonable.

Great pool area with waterslide and shallow entry for smaller kids, hot tub and sauna for adults.
