The drainage of washstand and shower booth was very bad. The price of this hotel is not cheap.

젬마 엘프나 시장 바로 옆에 위치한 리아드 입니다. 호텔의 거의 모든 스태프가 친절하며 협조적이고 깨끗합니다. 조식의 종류가 많진 않지만 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 사전에 메일로 요청한 공항 픽업서비스에는 유로로 지불할 것처럼 안내를 해주었으나 모로코 화폐로 결재를 하길 원하여 계획에 약간의 차질이 생기는 일이 발생하였습니다. 또한 픽업 서비스 요청시 미리 언급하지 않았던 다른부분에 추가적인 비용이 부과되었습니다.

We stayed in three different Ryads during our 10-day stay in Marrakech, so we are using this information to write this review. The place is located right next to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, which is very interesting touristically. But they close it during certain times, making it very inconvenient to access the Riad: if you get a transfer or even to get some tours pick-up/drop-off they can't access it so you will have to walk a couple blocks (sometimes walking with your luggage and/or at very inconvenient times). so accessibility is an issue. The staff was fine, not rude but very serious compared with other places. This Ryad may have been a better place a couple of years ago, but now it looks outdated and not well taken care of. There is a clear lack of cleanliness at least in the room we stayed in, we thought about playing a bit extra and staying in this place but it was a bad decision. There were live ants inside the water kettle in our room, after letting the reception desk know they sent someone to replace it. Still not a good experience, and we doubt the cleaning of the rest of the place.

If you want to be in the thick of things this is a great place to stay. It is right in the central market and everything else is very close and walkable. I highly recommended if you don’t want the stress of getting taxis everywhere. The staff are very friendly, this charming.

Struttura direttamente in piazza Jemaa El Fna. Ottima accoglienza con the e biscotti. Parti comuni puliti e ben tenuti. La camera assegnata non era quella che era pubblicizzata al momento della prenotazione. Camera senza finestra, bagno minuscolo con angolo lavandino veramente piccolo e pavimento rovinato. I letti erano comodi ma a causa di una insufficiente insonorizzazione della camera non ho dormito. La camera era molto pulita. Colazione eccezionale. Non ho potuto cenare al ristorante dell'hotel a causa di un malinteso con la receptionist e non ho usato la piscina per mancanza di tempo. Per concludere direi che la struttura è bella ma per la camera assegnata non la definirei un 5 stelle

The location of the property is remarkable- Inside the Medina of Jemaa el Fnaa; like you are living in the middle of Marrakech life. The staff, especially the driver Mohammed and Restaurant Staff Amine were exceptionally kind and made the stay so special ! The hotel does not have an elevator so be sure to note your needs. Breakfast is served on 2nd floor restaurant The junior suite had 1 full bath and one half and is perfect for 3 people The vendors they contracted with were not as good; such as the hot air balloon company and you may need to do some homework before booking excursions All in all a lovely experience!

Great place to stay!
Lovely Riad with great staff. Pool a little too warm but nice pool area. Breakfast was a little uninspired and A/C uneven and slow in room. Great common spaces. Might consider pursuing liquor license …. Would have been nice to have a glass of wine after a full day sightseeing.

Great Hotel
Great hotel (ryad) on the quiet side of the main market square. Fantastic location to everything and quiet enough to get lots of sleep. The hotel is not huge, nor small. Plenty of common areas to hang out including a roof-top deck, with heated pool. All the staff are excellent and their food is also. Rooms are very nice and quite large.

Very unique and beautiful property--it really highlighted the vibe of Moroccco. It was right in the Jemma el-Fnaa square, so very vibrant area. It would have been difficult to find the hotel (as it was right in the square and unaccessible by taxi), but my taxi driver arranged a hand cart operator to escort us to the hotel, with luggage in tow. We were greeted at the door by the staff and provided tea upon arrival. As were Expedia VIP guests, they also provided nice snacks in our room. The room was beautiful (nice, hot shower after a long flight), and the dinner on the rooftop terrace was amazing (you could see the action of the marketplace square from the terrace). The staff was very attentive and made us feel like pure royalty. I wish we could've stayed much longer, but we were only there for one night, as we had many excursions planned, beginning immediately after an early checkout the next morning. Breakfast was not to begin until 7:30 am, but the chef arrived early (7 am) since we had to leave early, and the breakfast buffet was ready at 7 am, as promised--I was thoroughly impressed at this service. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return there on my next stay in Marrakech!

The property is in an ideal location, next to the large Jemaa El Fna square, which is always buzzing particularly at night. The hotel is an oasis of calm to retreat to, when this all gets too much, and is safe and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful, with top tips for places to visit and the best restaurants. So much within walking distance - Highly highly recommend

This is amazing place. Very well located and the staff is very helpfull and kind. The room is confortable and it has many detail to make your pleasure and confortable. If I go to Marrakech it will be my choice again

I booked this hotel/ryad based on the other Expedia reviews which we accurate. The location is perfect. I had a junior suite which was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful with artwork and Berber blankets on display. The service was excellent. I swam in the pool three days and enjoyed the large roof terrace and it's view of the square. If you want to stay close to the square, Medina, souks this place is for you!

A lovely riad right on the square in the middle of Marrakech. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I was concerned when booking that the riad may be noisy due to its proximity to the busy market, but it was extremely quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were very peasant and helpful.

City Center Gem
This stay was warm, welcoming and beautiful. Center ally located and close to everything you would want to see and every excursion you would want to go on this Ryad was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating and all of them spoke English. It was safe, secure and guarded even though there were thousands of people just a few footsteps away in the city center. A highly recommended jewel.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better. Extremely convenient to Jamaa Fnaa and to all the shopping. The entire staff (the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady) was very friendly, nice and accommodating. Prepare yourself for a big, delicious breakfast of many local items.

This Ryad was just about perfect, the decor was stunning, the location ideal tucked away in the corner of the main square. The breakfast every day was plentiful & the pool on the terrace was wonderful. The rooms were big & clean. I would strongly recommend.

Arriving at the hotel they tried to book me into a double room when I had paid for the executive suit. When I asked for an upgrade they said none were available. Staff in the restaurant were frosty and I felt I couldn’t even ask for a 2nd cup of coffee for breakfast. Reception staff were really friendly but would take every opportunity to make money from us. Overall convenient location; clean hotel was all that was going for this hotel

Outstanding service
The rooms are decorated in a beautiful Morocco style. The beds are ok but not super comfortable. The service is stellar! Concierge and restaurant service was impeccable. Concierge helped us with many tours. The driver Redouane was the best! Very professional and knowledgeable about the history and culture.

Fantastic hotel/ryad right on a quieter corner of the main market square in the medina. Feels like a wonderful private space at the edge of the buzzing excitement of market activity. The breakfasts are delicious (and huge!), and the rooftop terrace with the cafe and pool are wonderful for spending a little downtime. Staff are professional and very helpful. Loved this place!
