Very charming property, the only thing was really hard to get to and taxi drivers were not able to locate it with just reading the address. I would really recommend it but with proper instructions about arrival!

Très bon riad un peu a l'écart des souk. Le personnel est adorable et a votre service h24, ils repondent à vos besoin. Le cadre est merveilleux du faite que le Riad est un ancien palais, portes berbere et moulure artisanales magnifique. Le jardinier entre autre s'occupe vraiment bien de la vegetation a l'intérieur. 10/10. Le seul point noir est que les clients peuvent vraiment faire ce qu'ils veulent il n'y a pour ainsi dire aucunes règles claire de savoir-vivre. Resultat des courses nous nous sommes faits menacer et insulter par une cliente car nous avons demandé a ce quelle baisse sa musique ( qui se trouvais a 2 metres de notre chambre ) cette meme femme a ainsi pu tranquillement se recurer le corp entier dans la piscine partagée, le personnel lui ayant procuré du savon noir. 1/10 pour les clients suivant qui iront se baigner dans la crasse de madame. Globalement tres bien, nous avons neanmoins du changer d'urgence d'hôtel a cause des menace de mort reçues. Pas de remboursement.

We had a great experience in the Palaus Tinmel. I hope the area won't get damaged by the earthquake. I know the hotel didn't get any damage. The staff are amazing and very helpful people and fave a good recommendation for restaurants and place to visit. The rooms are very authentic and everything is clean. I'd rather cleaner shower area instead of the traditional or if they fix the drainage of the showers it feels a lot better. Not the property but the area itself was dirty and I could see roaches in the street with rubbish on the corner of the street.

Superbe Riad digne des milles et une nuit. Personnels très à l’écoute. Bon petit déjeuner et possibilité de se restaurer à toute heure. Chambre magnifique. Un peu de harcèlement de rue, sans conséquences dans les environs direct. Bon à savoir: les taxis ne sont pas très loin ainsi que le Jardin Majorelle.

This Riad was exceptional. The staff are beyond kind and treat you like family! Unfortunately I got sick and they took such good care of me. As two young girls travelling, we felt super safe in the riad. The riad is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the location is excellent. Would 10/10 recommend.

Er meget skuffet over vores junior-suites , som var mørket og kan høre alt fra gaden! Det er som at sove udenfor ! Personaler er flinke og hjælpsom, men ikke nok at skifte værelset . Stedet er svært at finde, pga. parkering plads er lidt langt ud .

Bortset fra at vi havde ændret dit værelse i modsætning til hvad du siger, men støjen der kom udefra var fordi dit ophold faldt sammen med Achoura, som er en religiøs begivenhed, som marokkanerne fejrer med små trommer, fyrværkeri og fyrværkeri. i sidste ende synes vi, at vi ikke fortjener den seddel, du gav os, og vi inviterer dig til at komme tilbage og besøge os, så vi kan indhente det.

Everything good but no roads to take our car near to the hotel. Dont feel safe walking at nights to the hotel for non locals. But the staff were really great and caring.

This is a great place to stay in Marrakesh. The staff are so friendly, the Riad is beautiful and relaxing after a long busy day in the Medinah and you really feel at home.

We loved staying at this property for so many reasons. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and polite. They helped us throughout our stay in multiple ways and the service was always fantastic. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. There were so many different foods that we were given and they all tasted really good. The property is so beautiful and really peaceful. The room was a perfect size, clean and included everything that we needed. There were also many different areas to relax in other than our room. We would definitely stay in this property again the next time we come to Marakkesh.

Cet établissement remarquable a dû être très beau par le passé. Si la structure est toujours impérial il en est pas de même de l'entretien des murs intérieurs et ceux de certaines chambres. Le propriétaire néglige ce joli patrimoine Marocain! A contrario il faut louer la compétence, disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. Merci à eux pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Not too far from the parking so the walk from the cab to the riad is only 3 minutes. MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE MAP OF THE AREA BEFORE GETTING THERE! Not easy to find the first time around and cabs cannot bring you there. The staff was great at giving guidelines for the city and places to visit. Although a bit far from the popular areas, we did enjoy it being in the quiet part of the Medina. The room was very clean and the Riad is very cute and pretty. The free breakfast was also pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The outdoor space upstairs was beautiful with lots of plants, flowers and birds. My room was quiet, beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the fish tagine was delicious.

A little hidden gem.
The place in totality was a great experience but really the big cheers go to the people working there. They tried really hard to make the experience an amazing one. Since the booking were really responsive. They helped me to get my transfers, to book a Hammam. Breakfast was good and abundant. The riad beautiful .

Smelly bathroom. Not enough breakfast. Stale breakfast. Expensive for what they offer. We have stayed in better riads for much lesser price & in better area
