찾기 어렵지만 친절한 호텔
찾기가 매우 어렵습니다. 특히 호텔의 위치가 지도상에 있는 것과 달라요. 처음부터 호텔 주소 보고 찾아가야 합니다. 찾다가 찾다가 못찾아서 전화를 했더니 마중 나왔습니다. 호텔 위치는 중심가에서 가까워서 좋지만 골목길이라 어렵네요... 게다가 밤에 떨어져서 더욱 그랬나 봅니다. 암튼 그쪽이 모두 골목길은 골목길이죠.. 하지만 아저씨는 친절하구요.. 옥상의 테라스도 이쁩니다. 근데 방문이 고장나서... 지금은 고치셨겠지요.. 방도 예쁘고 전체적으로는 만족하지만 찾기가 정말 만만치 않았습니다.

Beautiful riad with very helpful staff, and for a very good price. Would recommend.

Ontvangst door Anas was prettig en informatief. Ook Hesna was een vriendelijke medwerker. Kamer met douche en toilet voldoende ruim. De Riad was netjes en eten op het dakterras plezierig. Ligging behoorlijk centraal en goed vindbaar als je de weg eenmaal (her)kent. Voor de prijs een goede keus.

Manager of this small hotel was very helpfull and friendly with us,he helped us to organize ours trips,he give us a lot practically advices.Hotel was clean and if you want to eat there,I recomend you to try some TAJINE dishes.Also you can get there small map how to get back to hotel,because hotel is situated in the middle of MEDINA.IT was very exciting trip.....

Homely Riad near Ben Moussef Mosque
Well kept friendly Riad, 20 minute walk from Medina entrance on the Ville Nouvelle side of Marrakech. Staff are friendly and helpful. They can provide a range of excursions or ideas for how to spend a day in the city itself. Good wifi connection. Nice breakfast. Good roof terrace with loungers.

案内人がいないとたどり着くのは困難。しかもホテルの地図が間違っているのでは？
Expediaで表示された地図ではバイア宮殿のそばに見えるが、実際はMedersa Ben Yousef(ベン ユーセフ マドラサ)の右上であった。 2時間ほど地図を頼りに探し回ったが見つからず、その後現地の自称案内人と住所を頼りに探索。着いたのは真夜中。自分の交渉の仕方も悪かったが、200DHも取られた。非常に頭にきている。金と時間を返して欲しい。

Not a four star place...not a hotel either.
I spent 4 nights in Marrakech and booked this hotel as a 4 star hotel and in a good location. This is not a 4 star hotel; it is an old basic house in the old city. To reach any attraction you have to walk 15 to 20 minutes through the maze of the old city and cars do not get there. It is fine during the day and if you have to do one trip only, but at night it is not the best. It is guaranteed that you will loose your way a few times. The hotel services are at best a 1 star hotel, old towels, no shampoo, and the hot water / toilets are not always functioning. I should mention that the staff is outstanding; the best I have ever seen.

Malgré un service juste et son charme évident, le Riad reste très difficile à trouver. La carte sur le site Hotels.com ne le situe pas correctement ce qui a transformé notre arrivée à Marrakech en nuit de galère. Le service a converti et arrondi la note en sa faveur (10€ de supplément). Prévoyez l'appoint car le service n'a pas de monnaie. Cependant dans le chaos de Marrakech, l'hôtel a souvent été un refuge agréable.

the hotel was a bit hard to find but i arranged for transport directly from the airport which is much better. It is a bit of a walk to the main square (jemaa el-fnaa) but it's close to a couple of other good sites. the staff were very friendly but speaks very limited english. other than that my stay was really nice

Riad simple, propre, service correct et discret. Le Hic : cour intérieure centrale en plein air, même l'hiver (voyage en décembre) donc un peu frais pour le petit déjeuné. Chambre fraiche, climatisation réversible non fonctionnelle, heureusement, 2ème couverture présente dans le placard. Salle de bain, toilette, chambre dans la même pièce : intimité limitée++

Good condition, friendly staff
This riad is very nice. There was some renovation work going on, which is a good sign because it means they are taking care of the place. Our room was clean and comfortable. The one down side to the room were these flying ants - there were tons of them at night. It's hard to sleep when flies are crawling across your face. Also the riad is hard to find. I was lucky my husband is Moroccan and could ask around. The rooftop terrace is beautiful; although we were only up there at night, so we didn't see the view.

Skøn riad, venligt og hjælpsomt personale, stilhed på trods af god beliggenhed midt i medinaen i Marrakech. Alt i alt et rigtig godt valg, hvis man ønsker at opleve Marrakech så autentisk som muligt. God kaffe og appelsinjuice til morgen, men ellers er maden ikke noget at skrive hjem om (især ikke for dem, der ikke kan tåle at spise brød). Virkelig godt til prisen. Dog er der 2 minusser: For det første er bad og toilet ikke seperat, men en del af selve værelset. Det skal man kunne affinde sig med. For det andet er riaden svær at finde, så man kommer til at betale en lokal en smule for at guide én til stedet. Porten, hvorigennem man normalt kommer til og fra souken og Djema el Fnaa, lukker 20.30, og herefter kan det være svært at finde hjem ad andre veje, især fordi det bliver mørkt.

Nice riad
Nice little Riad. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us anytime we needed. It's located in a little allay (not shown on google map), but they came to get us by foot at the nearest taxi drop point (taxies cannot get you to the riad's door due to size of the streets.) Room was cleaned every day and in good condition. Not far from the Jemaa place.

Marrakech es algo raro y da la sensación de ser peligrosa la zona donde esta este hotel pero alfinal nos dimos cuenta que no es tan peligrosa aunque si es muy difícil llegar a el ya que las calles son como laberintos y necesitas 1 semana para aprender el camino.

j'ai vraiment ete decu par l'accueil le quartier ou se trouve le riad , la personne qui nous a acceuilli l'homme a minuit on etait fatigué on c'est dit qu'on poserais nos valises ensuite nous irons diner , a cette heure si tout etait fermé et jama3 el fna etait a 15 min en voiture ce riad se trouve dans un quartier mal famé, j'ai reserve la chambre sylvia et je ne l'est pas obtenu quand j ai dis au responsable que ce n etait pas la chambre que j'ai pris il ma repondu que tout etait au complet, la troisieme personne a dormi au sol il n y avait pas un 3 eme lit....il n 'yavait pas d 'eau chaude pour ce doucher avant de dormir, ce riad n 'est pas du tout digne d'un 4 etoiles.. mais plutot d'un moins -4etoiles, je le deconseille et le riad dar nael restera bien dans ma memoire un cauchemar

Leider fällt an manchen Stellen der Putz ab. Die Ausstattung der Dachterasse hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Jetzt muss man aufpassen, wohin man sich setzt, weil einige Sitzgelegenheiten nicht mehr vertrauenswürdig sind. Die Zimmer sind zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet und sehr hellhörig.

Très bon séjour, le personnel est discret, serviable et très gentil.L'hôtel est excentré de la place mais dans la medina et du coup à l'écart de l'agitation du souk et de la place. Compter 15 à 20 minutes de marche, agréable et nécessaire pour faire passer les delices culinaires marocain.

Wunderschönes Riad mit tollem Service
Das Riad kann vom Flughafen aus mit dem Taxi für 120 Dirham in 15- 20 min erreicht werden. Die letzten 100 Meter mussten wir durch die schmalen Gassen zu Fuß gehen. Da es in Marokko nicht immer möglich ist, mit dem Auto bis vor das Hotel zu fahren, hat unser Taxifahrer das Hote gebeten, dass uns jemand abholt. Daher ist es bei dieser Unterkunft ist es sehr hilfreich, die Telefonnummer parat zu haben. Wir wurden von einer Mitarbeiterin mit einem Minztee empfangen, sie spricht hervorragend Englisch und hat uns anhand von einem Plan den Weg zum Djemaa el Fna erklärt. Sofern man sich in den Gassen nicht verläuft, kann man ihn den theoretisch in ca. 15 Gehminuten erreichen. Wir haben deutlich länger gebraucht, auf dem Rückweg wären wir ohne den Plan völlig orientierungslos gewesen ;-). Für absolute Notfälle ist aber eine Telefonnummer auf dem Plan hinterlegt. Da unser Flieger am nächsten Morgen schon um 7:30 in Marrakesch verlässt, müssen wir bereits um 5:15 zum Flughafen aufbrechen. Dafür haben wir das Shuttle Angebot des Riads für 150 Dirham in Anspruch genommen, das wir bereits vorab zusammen mit dem Zimmer bezahlen konnten. Wir haben sogar um 5:00 noch ein kleines Frühstück bekommen!

Charmant riad typique
J'ai séjourné 2 nuits en novembre 2013 et ça correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes. Riad situé dans le coeur de la Médina, quartier Ben Youssef, à 5min à pied du Musée de Marrakech et de la Médersa, à visiter absolument. ATTENTION le point rouge qui situe l'hôtel sur le site internet est faux, il faut taper son adresse (38 derb el Baroud) dans google map. La chambre Selma avec 2 lits jumeaux est charmante mais attenante à la salle des petits dejs, prévoir des boules quies. Superbe terrasse, service irréprochable, personnel attentif.

Highly recommended for a traditional Medina Riad experience. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast included & dinner on request was excellent. Comfy bed except pillow was very hard.

Le riad en lui même est très bien: propre, beau, typique. Le service est impeccable: changement des draps et serviettes tous les jours, possibilité de se restaurer, propose des excursions et navettes aéroport...mais il est tout simplement introuvable! A 10 min de la place jemaa el fna à pied pour ceux qui ne se perdent pas dans le zouk!!! l'hotel fournit un petit plan mais très mal détaillé...perdu tous les jours et des heures pour retrouver l'hotel (même les taxis ont du mal et l'hotel n'est pas accessible en voiture car dans une très petite ruelle sombre...). cela nous a un peu gâché le séjour.

difficult to find, dark and lonely neighborhood
Even it is a good experience to stay in a hotel with a very moroccan style, the location is not safe nor easy to find. Streets that sorrounds the hotel are narrow, much of them with no names, a little dirty and gloomy. It took me a lot of time to find the place. I should pay to a biking person to guide me to the hotel since taxis cannot get to the hotel due narrow streets. Inside is a clean and nice place. The people is kind and give you a map to guide you to the Main squeare (Fna). I certainly will not come back.

The Riad is nice looking and well kept, but is not in a very good location. It is a long way from the points of interest and very difficult to find. To make matters worse, the map on Expedia shows the wrong location.

Nice quite hotel in the ghetto
Great Riad, located very close to the square and Ben Yousuf Madrasa. Very quite place to sleep and staff are very friendly and helpful. Marrakesh definatley a place to visit once, but not worth shopping in and best to ignore people at the shops. Rooms are clean and breakfast very standard, but fantastic for the price you are getting.

Nice stay in Marrakech
We stayed at Riad dar Nael for 3 nights (booked for 4, but had to leave early). The staff are quite nice, however, we were surprised on two occasions. The first being additional taxes on the room, although it is not stated in Expedia contract - I did not feel like arguing over it. The second was, Mhamed (night staff) asked us if we wanted tea when we came back one evening. We assumed it was a courtesy, but discovered the next morning that we needed to pay for it. We had left a tip and were told it was not X amount, but 11 dirhams. Perhaps not the staff's fault, but just did not feel very good being told we did not pay for our tea. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. Room was large and clean. The riad gives you a map on the first day that helps you navigate through the medina without passing through some of the closed souks. I would recommend either calling the riad for a pick up or have someone meet the taxi driver somewhere. Our taxi driver called when we were almost there - finding it on your own with or without GPS would be very difficult.

nice and cozy moroccan room.
The young owner of this hotel was very very nice and helpful. highly recommendedl. The room was clean with A/C and WiFi also nice interior design. Soap, Bath towel and toilet paper included. The room costs 21 Euro incl Tax for 2 ppl per night. Hotel locates in old city and about 15-20 min walk to main big square / market which is quite far but there are lots to see on the way so wont get bored. Taxi can get only 1min away from hotel because streets are too narrow for car, also you need at least 7 min walk to get taxi area or 15 euro for private taxi which is very expensive so if you have lords luggage to carry you might not want this hotel.. Breakfast included - orange juice and a few breads and butter, not special. If its not long stay we definitely come back to this hotel again!

The suite was comfortable and no noise :) Internet is reliable. The area to get there in the evening was a little unpleasant. Breakfast was great. Taxes are 4 euros per night. Laundry was 2 euros and bottle of water was 1 euro.

Für den günstigen Preis kann man das Riad nur empfehlen. Es ist etwas größer, bunt und man sieht im die vergangene Zeit an. Die Zimmer waren wirklich sauber und bequem. Das Bad war offen im Raum integriert. Wer sich also aufs stille Örtchen verziehen möchte, muss entweder den Partner aus dem Raum schicken oder schmerzfrei sein ;-) Alles in allem eine runde Sache für den Preis und 100% Marokko-Flair.

Bien situé ... quand on l'a trouvé !
D'une manière générale j'en suis satisfait. Le problème vient de sa situation sur le plan (même celui donné par l'hôtel est TRES succint !) et que le moindre renseignement ... se monnaye. Sinon : très calme, rapport prix/qualité très correct, y compris le repas du soir. Nous avons même été surpris d'avoir le linge changé chaque jour (ce qui n'était pas le cas dans un autre riad).

Cute little place but difficult to find
Cute little place but difficult to find. We took a cab to a area in the medina and had to walk a little. We were there 3 nights and I barely remembered to get back each time. This is no fault of the riad. Marrakech is extremely chaotic but that adds to its charm. I would suggest staying near Jemma el F'na. After 7:30 some of the gates close and you need to walk arou d the whole medina. Arm yourself with. gPS device. The room was night but the toilet/shower were all in the room. Sp one big room and separated by the frame of the shower. The people were extremely nice. Jemma el F'na is about 15-20 min walk if you go around by the main road. I'm sure there is a faster way.
