I understand your comments. You know that a riad will never be like an hotel, never. We like the charm of a riad or not. That's the problem and if I read, it's the problem you had. A riad (means garden) is build around a garden. So it's open and you can't expect not to have birds flying... some rain sometimes ....!!! That's the nature and the way it was and the way it is in the old houses inside the Medina. If you come back to Marrakech, choose an Hotel and not a riad, it will be more comfortable for you but with less charm. All my best Jack

Hello I dn't know who you are because your message is anonymous but you are very hard with us.. No hot water, i am surprised and it's not normal, I will look after that.....but the beds, they are at the normal standard size. We didn't get them smaller ..... The breakfast, you should tell me what you have because we serve a real good breakfast with cheese, eggs if you want, orange juice ......like a 4 star hotel !!! May be, you didn't enjoy it because you didn't sleep well in a too small bed, you wake up because of the flies and you didn't have hot woter when the weather was 35 °C outside ... No, I am serious, you can have flies sometimes depending on the weather, the jam or honey you had for breakfast. About your pick-up, you had the price before and you accept it. But the driver was there waiting for you, he takes you in a Air conditioned car to the door of the riad which is a good service because it's not so easy to find... and you pay 5 euros more than a taxi who drop you at the Jemaa El Fna Square and there, you have to find your way to th riad !!!! I really think that if ererything is not the best, you like to exagerate.Look at all the other comments and you will see (good breakfast, nice place....) Next time, you should go to the Sofitel, 5 star hotel, you choose what you want for breakfast, you can have an extra large bed. For the transportation, don't ask them, they must be more expensive so take the bus. For sure the room must be 10 times more expensive.... I don't think, we will meet again so good luck in your life and do the right choices. regards Jack

Our rate on this website is 5/5 concerning the location of the riad. Obviously the riad is not easy to get..for you.
