Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y el Riad estaba al completo y nos tuvimos que buscar la vida ya que estaba pagado y una vez pagado y reservado nos quedamos allí y nos tocó buscarnos la vida y el día siguiente os llamemos para una solución y la solución fue anular,un desastre por vuestra parte

Het personeel was super behulpzaam! De kamers waren mooi en alles was net zoals de foto’s! Het ontbijt was lekker en verzorgd. Alleen de locatie kan misschien sommige mensen wat afschrikken, het is gelegen in een afgelegen buurt.

The Riad has a good service, confortable rooms, two nice pools (one at the ground level and an other at rooftop). The breakfast has a good taste. The location is a negative point for those who want to be closest to the big square Jemaa el-Fna. Be ready to walk 15 minutes. The positive point of walking is that you can view the traditional Souks.

El riad es precioso, acogedor, limpio y muy agradable, pero se merece una mención especial el servicio, concretamente Khalid y Mohamed. Te atenderán con toda amabilidad porque son buenísimas personas y hacen que tu estancia sea inolvidable por el trato. El desayuno es excelente y te lo prepararán a cualquier hora que les pidas. Te acompañarán a la plaza más cercana sin una pega y estarán a tu servicio las 24 horas. Incluso nos dieron un móvil para poder llamarles en cualquier situación necesaria. La cama es cómoda, la habitación amplia... no podemos quejarnos de nada. Mi pareja y yo disfrutamos de MarraKech al máximo y hemos de decir que el Riad Awatif tuvo mucho que ver en sus esto fuese así! Volveremos, sin duda! 100% recomendable.

Riad is wat afgelegen en niet eenvoudig te bereiken. algemene staat is OK doch dient wat opgefrist te worden. Ontbijt is vrij summier en zeer spijtig dat geen vers fruitsap wordt aangeboden niettegenstaande de overvloed aan verse sinaasappelen(sap zonder smaak uit kartonnen doos). Voor hammam moest je bij betalen en dit stond niet vermeld in omschrijving van de Riad. We verbleven er 5 dagen. Kamer werd niet opgemaakt en je moet zelf om schone handdoeken vragen. WC bril in beide kamers stuk. Insonorisatie laat te wensen over

Nice Hotel (RIAD) in Medina but difficult to find
First of all, it's real name is Awatif 36, not Luxe 36. Airport Transfers: Our flight arrived early but EASYTRANSFERS were there a bit late.Dont blame them bt coming back was horrible,they didn't let us know when they were outside to collect us and not friendly at all. Riad is not too great location, we had to wait in our cab outside for someone to come from hotel to collect us because it's really inside winding narrow streets and there is no street light at night. We got lost on our first night when we came back from square. We were allocated a small room although we booked Deluxe room and my wife reminded but hotel staff did not speak english. Some manager arrived later but wasn't helpful because he thought the room we were staying in is Deluxe room but later night manager arrived (Ismail) he arrived and spoke to him and he moved us into a larger room and could speak english. He was very helpful, showed us around. Cab outside takes around 30 Dirhams and take you to the square (50 on return at night). Bought a local sim card - 30 Dhm with minutes and 1gb Data, enough for google maps. Our shower got blocked after 3 days but we were not bothered to ask anyone to fix it. Breakfast is ok, last day we bought our own eggs and asked the lady to make us eggs (because they are just delicious). Highlight of the trip was Quad Biking (for two we paid 600dhm).4 hours experience including transfers.

Quiet and beautiful riad.
We had a lovely time. The riad is close to everything, but its immediate neighbourhood is not so touristy, felt even a bit unsafe for white female travellers after sunset.

Riad carino, lontano però dalla piazza e difficile da raggiungere. È stato rinnovato da poco ma presenta già uno stato d'abbandono. Il personale è giovane e disponibile ma non abbastanza maturo da gestire la struttura

Tyylikäs riad, joka kaipaisi taas remonttia
Minä, mieheni ja poikani 13 vuotta yövyimme jouluna 2016 riadissa kokonaisen viikon. Huone oli liian pieni kolmen hengen käyttöön, eikä poikani saanut kunnon sänkyä. Kuvissa riad näyttää vasta remontoidulta ja tyylikkäältä, mutta enää tilanne ei ole sama. Seinät ja katot olivat lohkeilleet ja yläterassia ei ollut edes siivottu. Aamiainen oli hyvä, samoin Riadin hammam oli loistava. Riadia on vaikea löytää, eksyimme useamman kerran palatessamme soukeista takaisin riadiin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta vain yksi henkilö osasi englantia. Yleisissä tiloissa oli viileää, varatkaa tarpeeksi vaatteita mukaan.

Aucune convivialité aucun charme !
Quartier à risque (mon amie a failli prendre un parpaing dans la tête à cause d'une dispute entre ados) on ne se voyait pas rentrer de nuit dans ce quartier. Difficile pour trouver le riad, accompagné par un enfant jusqu'à la porte du riad le nom ne correspondait pas à celui réservé. Une femme de ménage antipathique et ne parlant aucune langue (!) nous amène dans une chambre, on ne sait toujours pas si nous sommes dans le bon riad !! A force nous reconnaissons les lieux sauf que la jolie piscine sur les photo... Et vide ! La terrasse extérieure moche sans style est à moitié en travaux et avec vue sur rien même pas les toits de Marrakech. Quand au centre principal du riad, froid sans déco, une table avec une nappe moche qui se retrouve parachutée dans un coin. Aucun style aucun charme aucune convivialité !! Nous avons pris nos valises et sommes répartis !! Nous avons trouvé par nos propres moyens un autre hôtel pour deux nuits...nous avions un petit budget pour nos vacances mais la sécurité n'a pas de prix ! Quant aux propriétaires du riad je ne peux pas dire s'ils sont sympathiques on ne les a pas vu ! A décharge pour eux nous sommes arrivés d'essaouira par bus et donc en avance sur l'heure prévue d'admission pour prendre la chambre.

Loin et difficile à trouver, à déconseiller
À 20mn à pied, si l'on ne de perd pas, de Jema El Fna par un labyrinthe de ruelles mal éclairées où l'on est racketté par des jeunes qui tentent d'imposer de vous guider (2 fois en trois jours...). Peu ou pas d'indications. En taxi vous êtes déposés à au mieux 5 mn à pied et vous devez passer par ces mêmes ruelles. Stressant et pas génial pour des vacances. Chambres correctes mais petit dej. quelconque. À déconseiller. Préférez les riads près du sud de la place.

Good decor but terrible staff and facilities
Terrible staff didn't make us feel welcome at all. We read all the reviews and expected friendly helpful staff but sadly we found the opposite. Stayed for 3 nights in small double room on ground floor. Hotel was empty apart from one guest but we were not offered any other room. Not offered a drink or even water at any point during the stay. Breakfast was ok but no fruit or yogurt which we expected. Jacuzzi on terrace (main reason we chose the hotel) was not working and was almost empty apart from a pool of water and a dead bird. The hotel decor was nice and the room was ok. Deeply disappointed with the rest. We didn't expect much but we were still disappointed. We met other travellers who had a completely different experience at similar hotels nearby for similar cost. My advice. Go somewhere else.

Nos alejamos 3 noches mi pareja y yo y fue perfecto... El riad muy tranquilo, el personal encantador y el desayuno delicioso. Por poner alguna pega esta un poco escondido, tardamos en encontrarlo por esos callejones, pero al ver su farol de la puerta nos entraba la calma que nos ofrecía.

Slightly worn but lovely in heart of the Medina
The place is difficult to find and not directly accessible by vehicle. Cab drivers routinely argued about where it actually was. There will be lots of local folks willing to 'guide' you ... don't pay too much. Have taxi driver call Riad for you. They may come out and meet you. The phone number in the listing is incorrect. Room was nice. Opens into courtyard area. No outside window. Surrounded by mosques with nice early call to prayer. Building is looking worn down and rooftop pool was not functioning. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Bed was comfortable and room a generous size

Une arnaque !!
Bonjour, les photos datent d'il y'a un siècle, nous n'avons passé que 30 mins dans cet endroit non entretenu, 1/ Couette et draps salle (les mêmes que ceux des clients précédents) et ils ne sont lavés que une fois toutes les chambre sont vides 2/ piscine très sale pas très loin d'un nid a moustique 3/ Terrasse inutilisable sachant que c'est l'une des choses les plus intéressante dans cette endroit 4/ Il n'y avait personne a l’accueil ( donc personne a qui se plaindre) juste le personnel de la soit disant Hygiène 5/ Nous n'imaginons même pas qu'aurait été notre petit déjeuné le lendemain (peut-être les restes des autres clients) pour couronner le tout, l’établissement possédé deux appellations différentes dans deux sites de réservation, et il s’avérera que LUXE 36 n'est pas celui utilisé sur les panneaux de signalisations, donc je vous laisse deviner la galère pour le trouver Bref le point noire de notre séjour a Marrakech

Séjour sympathique Riad propre personnel à l'écoute. Le Riad es un peu trop encré dans la médina pas très pratique pour les visites ou pour se restaurer, déçu de ne avoir eu accès à la piscine
