A bit far from the main square but otherwise nice
The hotel is located inside alleys. If you are arriving at night, It can be difficult to find and it also didn't seem like the safest location. But otherwise the hotel is clean and pretty.

Great location
A lovely riad, right in the centre of the Souk. We used the collection service (15euros) and I'm not sure we'd found it without that! Once we got our bearings though it was easy to find and it was a great location. The room was large and had a mini fridge, there was wifi (best we found) and a lovely roof terrace as well. Breakfast was simple but very good and the staff were lovely. On an eco front, they didn't need to change the towels every day, but that shouldn't stop you from using them. I would definitely recommend and go back again. The souk itself is enormous and very busy as is the square, but at all times we felt safe and on the whole the people were lovely.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is very well located and the people very friendly. The room was clean, quiet and it had an air condition. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely would stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay!
We stayed there for 3days with my family and had a wonderful time! This road is a little gem. Very quiet and comfortable! Beautiful set up inside, nice breakfast and good internet for those who need to work in the evening. Make sure you book the transfer with the hotel, as it saves a lot of time and nerves after long flight. Abdu was very extremely helpful recommending us places around and helping us with our luggage. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay again!

The Samarine is in the middle of the Medina. Streets are narrow, motorbikes jostle with pedestrians in the Souks. It takes a day to find your way through the maze of alleys. Samarine, however. Is on a quiet deadend. There is no noise inside. The rooftop is enjoyable. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff is excellent and the bed was comfortable. Samarine is not for everybody because it is comparably inaccessible. At the same time, staying there is an adventure that many will enjoy. We are glad we chose Samarine.

Muy recomendable
Se trata de un Riad situado literalmente a 5 minutos de la plaza Jamma el Fna lo que es una maravilla ya que en nada estás en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y muy limpias. Sin lujo alguno, pero con todo lo que se puede necesitar cuando se viaja: una cama muy cómoda y un baño limpio y con una buena ducha. El desayuno está incluido y es muy completo. No es exactamente lo que estamos acostumbrados a almorzar en Europa, pero es bueno.

L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est serviable et sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et très propre. Les petits déjeuners sont faits sur place (avec cœur, ça se sent) , ils sont copieux et excellents. Le riad est au centre de la médina, très bien situé. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Highly recommend
Lovely property with super friendly and helpful staff. Quite difficult to find so would highly recommend you book airport transfers with them (at 15euro each way) this includes a porter for luggage through the souks if after 1pm when cars are not allowed in. Location is great - right in the heart of the chaos but still super quiet in the rooms!

Perfect Riad stay!
Just come back from a stay here and have to say it was the best place I've stayed in Morocco. Perfect location and super clean. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Abdul Latif who helped us with whatever it was we needed. Recommend to anyone who's looking to book a riad, book this one!

Great location being in the heart of the Market
Location was on the spot. Literally in the heart of the market, but getting to the place you will need help, since local taxi would not be able to get in. Better call the guest house attendant which was very friendly to pickup you at your location. Overall good but would love to have our own kettle in the room, since we have our 2 yrs old, but since we are booked on the ground floor it was easy accessible to the kitchen. I guess better to request in advance if something you need during your stay.

Die unterkunft war sehr zentral. Man war mitten.im souk allerdings in einer ruhigen seitenstrasse. Die einrichtung ist etwas veraltet aber es war alles sehr sauber. Die mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wqr okay.

Riad was lovely the owners were very welcoming. Located right in the centre of the souk so I would encourage to organise transfers with the Riad themselves so you can be guided to the property. Trying to find it by yourself you might be walking around in circles for a while

Great location in the medina, but really hard to find. Very quiet, clean and well equiped room. Family friendly, we we're there with our 10 months daughter and they provided a portable infant bed. Great breakfast, super nice staff, we we're given a lot of advice for the rest of our trip - thank you so much :)

La atención del personal, muy amable y predispuesto. Muy atento. Desayuno muy rico a mi me encantó aunque no es muy variado, dependiendo del tipo de cliente claro. La ubicación excelente pero por la noche como cierren las puertas del zoco...no es fácil llegar. Lo que es el Riad en general muy bien.

La ubicación perfecta (dentro del zoco pero muy tranquilo y sin ruidos), el Riad muy cuidado, la habitación grande y limpia con una cama enorme y cómoda, el baño muy completo, aire acondicionado y una bonita terraza, el desayuno abundante y con elaboraciones y zumo recién hechos. Te ayudan en todo: desde organizar excursiones privadas a imprimir las tarjetas de embarque. El personal del Riad Samarine muy agradable y atento. Buen Riad para alojarte en Marrakech

Posizione fantastica, vicinissimo alla Piazza e nel centro della Medina. Riad carino, stanza molto ampia. La colazione semplice ma buona. Accoglienza non in stile marocchino, niente the e pasticcini che di solito offrono all'arrivo. Niente ricevuta di pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Personale gentile.

Mittendrin in den Souks und nahe am Djemaa el Fna. Zentraler geht es nicht. Freundlicher Empfang, gute Ausstattung (mal ehrlich: was braucht man groß mehr als Bett und Dusche? Man ist ja eh dauernd unterwegs)

素敵な宿だが到着するまで一苦労
宿の場所は非常にわかりにくいです。本当にこんなとこ入っていくの？というようなところを入っていくので、できれば周りの人に尋ねた方がいいと思います。私はmaps.meを使って向かいましたがmaps.meに示されているリヤドサマリネの場所は違っていました(2019年4月18日現在)。google mapの場所の方が正しいです。 宿は、非常に過ごしやすいです。泊まった部屋にはシャワーしかありませんでしたが、お湯もきちんと出て湯量も十分でした。 屋上には喫煙場所がありました。ホテルとは違い、外から帰ってきたら入口をノックして入口を開けてもらう必要があります。 フナ広場やスークも近くにあります。観光客等で道が非常に混雑して少しうんざりするかもしれませんが雑多な感じが楽しいかもしれません。 私は、バブーシュを購入するためにこのサイト(https://ironotabi.com/marrakech_walkguide/)を参考にして+michiやJaafarをみて回り良いものが見つかりました。 スーパーマーケットまでは、そこそこ歩くのでお水などはフナ広場で購入した方が楽です。少々高いですが。

Riad v centru města
Pěkný riad uprostřed mediny, pokoj byl uklizený, čistý, velmi velká a pohodlná postel. Snídaně sladkého charakteru. Terasa v posledním patře. Poměr cena, kvalita souhlasí. Pro evropana je složitější hledání lokace v medině v Marrakeshi. Personál je vstřícný a ochotný pomoci. Za nás nejlepší ubytování v Marrakeshi, které jsme měli.

Esperienza unica ! Scrivo in italiano così che possiate davvero intendere connazionali come è stato pernottare in questo Riad Samarine. All arrivo ore 12:30 ( check in previsto per le 14) ci fanno già la stanza piano terra . Camera molto spaziosa con letto big Size matrimoniale . Bagno con doccia tutto in stile marocchino pulita e curata nei particolari .in poche parole Bellissima . Il personale gentilissimo , il signor Abdellatif generoso e gentile ci ha aiutate in tutto . Consiglio di prenotare un questo Riad le escursione proprio xche sono onesti e pagherete il giusto . La signora di cui non conosco il nome , prepara la colazione con amore e si occupa anche della pulizia delle camere . Riad aperto h24 senza problemi di orari .per aiutare chi ci andrà , conviene prendere dalla piazza jmaa El fnaa il lato sinistro del Zaitun bar . Da lì utilizzando mappe arriverete con 2 traverse al Riad vicino alla porta d oro . Sulla sinistra e chiedete li così da trovare subito il Riad Samarine. Staff excellent. More modern Riad with very clean rooms. Spacious room. Very reasonable rate. Very close to market, just a few steps. Someway difficult to find at back of market and on some online maps it is not in the right place. Ordered breakfast for 8:30 and although breakfast was good, almost 20 minutes late. Keep in mind a few items: *Be prepared to pay an additional tax at riad if payment is online. * Get good directions in advance. * Bring your own shampoo. * It may be somewhat noisy if people are talking in middle court. * Bed mattresses very firm, at least in our second floor room. * Winter months room may be somewhat cool. Overall positive.
