Jawad and the rest of the staff were super welcoming and helpful! The Riad is very well located and everything is within walking distance. We had breakfast at the Riad everyday and it couldnt had been better. All in all, great experience and we are looking forward to coming back.

Perfect place to stay in Marrakesh.. the staff is amazing, and the place it’s lovely and well located… I definitely recommend it..

Amazing stay!
Amazing stay! Kaltoum was an amazing host and very accommodating. Attractive courtyard, rooftop lounge, and clean/comfortable rooms. Centrally located, safe but a little hard to find. Follow the signs.

Sauberes Hotel, nettes Personal, unser Zimmer war echt beengt und stickig, da im EG zum Innenhof mit nicht so guten Belüftungsmöglichkeiten, nannte sich Delux- Doppelzimmer. Lage ist ruhig,zentral und sicher, da nachts Security Personal in dem Viertel ist.

RAS Personnel très discret et efficaces,toujours à l’écoute. Très bien situé en plein cœur de la médina,proche des moments et musées touristiques à pied. Ravie d’avoir passé trois nuits avec mes enfants et mon mari dans ce beau et très typique Riad.

schönes und typisches Riad in der Medina
Leider hat nichts geklappt. Der versprochene Transfer vom Flughafen zum Riad war nicht organisiert. Die vereinbarte Überraschung für meine Frau (sie hat den 50 Geburtstag gefeiert) war nicht bereit. Das Problem besteht darin, das die Besitzerin bzw. die Chefin nicht im Riad vor Ort ist, sondern alles von Ihrem Wohnort in Frankreich per Mail beantwortet und sie selbst lässt ihre Angestellten arbeiten. Grosse Versprechungen aber nichts eingehalten. Im Riad hat dann auch das Wlan drei Tage lang nicht funktioniert. die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Riad ist schön, aber es hat kein Flair für die Gäste und allgemein wird von allen alles versprochen, aber dann wir einfach nichts gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und geben ihr bestes, aber die Besitzerin ist sehr schlecht. Schade und für uns das letze mal.

Bonjour Monsieur navrées de prendre les choses de cette façon désagréable, je vous rappelle que vous avez changés votre heur d’arrivée, plusieurs fois et le dernier changement était de votre aéroport par email et non par tel je ne suis pas sensé être coller a ma boite mail 24 h sur 24 , un changement urgent il se fait par tel portable ou fixe. Je-vous ai envoyer les noms de restaurant et aucun ne vous a intéressé, j'allais juste vous faire plaisir , je ne suis pas censée connaitre vos gout pour choisir un restaurant a votre place finalement vous ne vouliez pas organiser le dîner chez nous au riad Dans n'importe quel hôtel les services ne sommes pas gratuit, vous avez payer le logement chez nous pas plus Bien Cordialement Houda

An oasis!
We stayed at this riad for 3 nights in August. Sara and Jawad were very helpful and pleasant. The riad is a bit difficult to find, so we were dependent on a kid who insisted on showing us to the riad... To avoid the following argument about how much to pay for the guide to the riad, agree at the beginning how much you will pay. In our case, the kid wanted 5 euros at the destination! When we gave him the change we had - 12DH - he was very angry... It was not a great way to start the stay... Considering the location of the riad is a bit hidden, I think it would be helpful if the riad sent an e-mail prior to the stay with both a drop-off location the tourists should request from the taxi driver along with clear, mapped out directions, so that the tourists are in control and are not dependent on guides... Sara however was very helpful in dealing with this situation. She supported us and sent the kid away. Also, because on the first night we were having trouble finding our way around the medina, especially in the dark and weren't, as a result, able to get any dinner, Jawad offered to go out and buy some pizza for us. The riad itself is beautiful and peaceful - a true oasis in the medina. The breakfast in the central garden was very nice, but could have been more diversified - mostly carbs. An egg, some yoghurt and fruit would have made it perfect!

Best Hotel Ever
It was the best place I have ever stayed. I felt like a Goddess. They waited on me hand and foot and were so happy to do it. They have every amenity you could ever ask for and to be honest I didn't want to leave the hotel. I am already planning my next trip back.
