Good stay
Good stay for 2 nights on route to airport, particular thanks to Sophie who is a great asset to the business. So helpful. One downside was we could not sit in the reception area before we went for our flight due to all the staff sitting and relaxing waiting for there next shift to start, not a good practise.

If you have a car this hotel is excellent. If you need to rely on public transport then it’s not so easy . The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a good 3 star hotel.

They charged $90 damage deposit at the time of check in which should have been refunded at the check out but instead of them refunding it to our credit card, they charged it twice. That's $200 just for damage desposits. We had an early flight to catch so had to check out around 4am. There was no one at the front desk to open the gate for our Uber driver to come in to the property nor us to go out of the property. My husband had to look for the button to press to open the gate. Overall, poor service and we'll never stay there again.

Unfortunately we didn't get the friendliest of welcomes from the night receptionist (our flight was delayed but we did advise we'd be arriving late) however the two gents the following morning were fine. Breakfast was pretty basic for the hefty price tag! Room was good, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here during the rugby World Cup and so everything was busy but the place was well run and the staff were helpful. The room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable close to the airport
First to note there is no elevator, so had to go up one floor with my luggage. Other than that, the hotel is great: clean, quiet, close to the airport, free parking, nice breakfast.

Our decision to stay at a hotel in Marseille was made at the last minute. Lufthansa lost our luggage, and we had to wait 24 hours to pick it up, so we wanted to find a nice, affordable, and conveniently located hotel near the airport. The Brit Hotel Marseille Aéroport was all of that and more. We booked online and minutes later we checked in. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were more than enough to meet all of our needs.

The staff went far above and beyond anything. We had had a long, stressful, and rainy day and they provided such wonderful service as to make us forget all that.

Although this hotel was nice, they don’t provide lunch or dinner at the hotel on the weekends and the transportation is limited as well as No restaurants close by.

Chambre familiale microscopique ( pas la place d'ouvrier les valises), pas d ascenseur, salle de bain petite. Repas très mauvais. On veut faire croire avec des titres alléchants que c'est de la bonne cuisine mais c est vraiment très mauvais.

Pratique pour une etape
hotel dans la moyenne, pas une grande decouverte mais assez cosy. Pas d'ascenseur, ça peut etre utile de le savoir. Personnel ok, facile de se garer sur le parking gratuit de l'hotel. Pas loin de restos, grandes surfaces (si vous avez une voiture). Chambre bien insonorisée avec l'exterieur, mais pas avec le couloir et les autres chambres (moyen). Wifi ok. chambre simple mais confortable. Grand ecran TV avec accès pré programmé Netflix, Amazon Prime... donc pratique.

Surprise Outdoor Space
We arrived after dark, and at first glance this hotel seemed like nothing special, until we walked in and were greeted by a kind and efficient host. The room was lovely and clean and I highly recommend the breakfast they offer as the setting alone makes you want to linger.

L hotel est tres propre et pratique. Beaucoup aimé cette hotel. Beaucoup aime la chambre. Le personnel le matin etait serviable. Un peu plus l impression, le soir, que je dérangeait. Quand j ai demandé s il pouvait me recommander un resto, il m a dit qu il ne voyait pour où je pouvais aller pour manger . J ai du marcher 25 minutes pour trouver un restaurant. Via Nostra. Il faut dire que je n avais pas d auto. Petit dejeuner tres bien.
